- Katherine (10/5): - Loved our time at Just Sleep NTU. The location was great - just a block from the entrance of NTU and the Gongguan MTR, and right across the street from the Gongguan shopping area with a night market, tons of great little restaurants and cafes. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast, and was a large, bright room with lovely wraparound windows with views of trees, buildings and hills. Our room was spacious and clean. Made this our home for a weeklong stay in Taipei while we visited our daughter, who’s studying at NTU. Will definitely stay there again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 除了地點，沒什麼優點 - 住過高雄二家捷絲旅，和台北比較如下： 1.都不提供備品(但高雄有提供拖鞋)，但check in時，高雄會提醒沒有備品，是否需要購買；台北的沒有。 2.都是禁菸，戶外區高雄有煙灰缸，台北沒有。 3.台北管理不善，洗髮液沒了，也沒有檢查到⋯頭沖了水只好用沐浴乳充數。 4.早餐粥(不熱)、幾樣小菜、冷飲品、熱咖啡，麵包⋯與高雄相比，實在寒酸。
- EvaKing (10/5): Great location and the best view, right at Taiwan National University - This is definitely our most favorite hotel in Taipei! The location is perfect: 2 mins walk to MRT & buses stops will take you almost everywhere, next to the entrance of University great for morning run! The well trained young staff are very helpful and friendly which made me feel energetic at this lively environment. The breakfast is well balanced choice of Chinese and Western, good coffee and yummy bread! stayed on top floor, the best view in Taipei! Wonderful experience, strongly recommended!
- Leon (2/5): - Old hotel with dirty carpeting. Mold in bathrooms. Toilets showing age. No amenities such as gym or lounge. Service is subpar with workers who didn’t want to be there. Better choices for the price point.

- Sophia (10/5): - Great dorm like hotel near NTU and many shops, transportation, eateries. I love their free breakfast option which included Asian style breakfast foods and fresh fruits and salad. They have a free laundry machine and dryer in the basement for guests and the rooms are spacious. Would definitely stay again

- Scrubb1 (10/5): Very helpful staff and comfortable room - Very pleasant hotel close to lots of shopping and near the metro. The room was comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff were helpful, letting us store our bags for many hours both before and after check out, and helping us with transportation and getting around the city when we don't speak any Chinese. We liked the calculus on the walls of our room, too. Breakfast was about the only thing that could have been improved - it was certainly adequate, and I enjoyed the congee, but the hot options were a bit limited.

The equations on the walls of the room put you into an academic mood if you are visiting the university. Also across the street are shops and a night market. I was upgraded to a suite room.

- bernadetham (8/5): Satisfied - Pro’s : very close to the mrt station (about 5 minutes by foot), near the shopping street (just across), convenience store, traditional market, and of course NTU. The area around the hotel is nice and quiet. The staffs also very helpful Con’s : the interior seems a little bit old and although tasty, the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of varieties. Will come back again for sure 😊

Very nice room, tasty breakfast with plenty of eggs and fruit, near the subway and easy to catch a car from. Night market across the street is tasty. Laundry in the basement is a godsend, and it's free! Really generous of them. Fridge in room is also good--you can keep snacks in it.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants across the street. Decent buffet breakfast included with the room. Coffee pot and refrigerator in the room. Comfortable beds and the room is a good size with a table and couch.

The view and the room were fantastic, I would like to especially thank to the staff, Irene, we met her at the restaurant, she was very nice to help you. Highly recommended!

Very convenient and the service is very nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family and it was a very nice experience here!
- 760keithl (10/5): Attentive staff and relatively large hotel room - The hotel staff were attentive to details and proactive in addressing your needs. When we dropped our bags (before check-in time), they offered a bottle of water to our drained out children before we asked. Also, after checking in, they introduced a few famous local eateries to us (and they were great!).
- Lesghy (10/5): Very good hotel - I love Just Sleep, everything is perfect. My housband and I enjoyed staying here. The personal is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is varied and rich, especially the lunch that is excellent.
- W4130ZWjennyw (10/5): Simple, clean and convenient hotel with friendly staff - I will highly recommend this simple, clean and convenient hotel. It’s located within 3 minutes walk to the metro station and many other bus lines that will take you to various parts of the city. You are also right across from a night market as well as an indoor market that’s opened during the day where you will have access to a wide variety of local food. Room is always clean including toilet, mugs and kettle. Front desk staff generously provided me with an empty carton box and even thoughtfully attached a handle for easy carrying. Beds are huge! Will definitely return.
- liangjunt (10/5): Good hotel - Third time visit. Close to gongguan MRT station and NTU. Breakfast included, wide variety. Rooms are spacious and bright. Friendly staff, very good service. Provided convenience when needed. Visitors mostly staff and students of NTU, so safe and nice environment.
- C4273YBjeffr (10/5): Comfortable stay, excellent location - My wife and I enjoyed staying here — excellent location next to National Taiwan University and there is a night market across the street and many things to do nearby. Subway station is very close (Gongguan station). When we got to our room there was a nice welcome card and a ballon bear and balloon flower. The temperature is the room is nice and cool, which is important in Taipei summers! Building design is notable too (round). Free laundry machines — washers and dryers.
- jyewonk (10/5): Thank You ! - We stayed in Just Sleep for 4 nights from May 4th till May 8th with 2 kids. My first one's 7th birthday was on May 7th. I bought small pieces of cakes from dinner the day before and asked the staff to provide on the bday morning (breakfast at Just Italian). They not only provided but decorated with chocolate syrup, gummy bears and M&Ms. My kid was so moved he almost cried. Staffs were so kind enough to print out the pic and displayed in the room when we came back in evening, with the balloon decoration in Korean bday message as in the pic attached. Room was also so clean everyday, location was great to all famous destinations. This trip to Taipei was first overseas trip for my kids and they fell in love with this country and first one will forever cherish his 7th bday in Just Sleep. Thank you so much ! - WPPZ (6/5): Too expensive for this quality - Family room wasn’t big enough for over 3 people. The space was so narrow. Moreover, the hair dryer was too small to dry hair. And all furniture look so cheap. Great Location. Nice welcome and service. Clean room.

- WenLingL30 (10/5): Visiting family - I have been here for 3 times. Come back from Malaysia to visit my family every year. Here I can enjoy the wonderful view of Topest Taiwan University . N variety of local food I deadly missed in GonGuan night market. And the room is very nice clean and neat.
