- Yas (8/5): - とても丁寧な接客でしたので、これは〇。チェックインの受付は２３時までですが、それ以降も一応外出できるのも説明してくださって助かりました。 ただ、翌朝のチェックアウトがどうすればいいかわからず、何の挨拶もなしに宿を後にするのはちょっと気が引けました。 連泊でしたが預かっていたロッカーのカギをそのまま持っておいてよかったのか、最終日の鍵の返却にも８時半時点で、受付が開いてなかったのでちょっと不親切に感じました。 なれておられる旅行者ならともかく、そうでない旅行者にとっては鍵をどうすればいいか、チェックアウトはしなくてもいいのかちょっとわかりづらくてもやもやしました。 鍵をカウンターに置いていけばいいということでもないと思うので、こういうのはやはり挨拶したかったです。
