Aldo (8/5): Best View - Checking in can be a bit confusing and you have to be patient with the lift, it's a great place to stay in SIN with an amazing view of the city. The guys who run the hostel are very understanding and helpful.

Verified traveler (10/5): Cannot fault this place! - This was the best experience I’ve ever had staying I. A hostel and can’t recommend it enough. The staff were absolutely excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing. And the rooftop pool is out of this world! Will definitely be back.

Verified traveler (2/5): Great building facilities but bad hostel owners!!! - The owners of this hostel stole my airpods off my bed when I had gone to the toilet and they were cleaning the bunk above mine. I would recommend travellers to use many of the alternative hostels in this same building to ensure they and their belongings have a safe stay. The pool on the roof is a big draw to staying in this apartment block and rightly so! It's got a bar, a good atmosphere and incredible views.

The beds were comfortable Negatives: The pool/etc is shared by everyone in the entire high rise building (comprising of numerous hotels, hostels, and residences). Very busy. There is a communal fridge. Some pre packaged food is bought as a gift for my family got opened and stolen. Despite my name being written on it. Disgusting behaviour. Staff didn’t seem to care... in fact when I asked one of them he said he’d seen someone take it 2 days ago??? Very disappointing I paid for a room with 4 beds but they overbooked so put me in a room with more people. They told me to make it up to me they would include a breakfast which would ‘normally be expensive’. This ‘expensive’ breakfast consisted of toast with butter, jam, or Kaya spread.... one morning on my 4 night stay we even got some juice! Extremely disappointing and bad customer service. There were no towels provided. At all. Even in the toilet after you washed your hands. Not even towels in the kitchen after you’ve washed your dishes. Ridiculous. Bathrooms were always covered in water. The floor is slippery stone so this is a real health hazard. No soap in the bathrooms. Occasionally soap is provided in the shower. Someone would come in late at night and turn off the aircon - thus you would wake up in a pool of sweat Location isn’t very convenient to access the majority of good places in KL. Wouldn’t stay here again
Alexander (2/5): Had no beds, didn't give back all the money. - When we arrived they had no beds available for us, so the guy offered to "help" us get to another hostel in the same building. He retured the money but didn't even give me the amount I paid. He booked a new hostel that was more expensive and refused to give as a free upgrade for our inconvicne. Very disappointed with the service and still haven't got everything I paid for back.
Hector (10/5): - Hostel is located in a huge appartment building, the staff was really helpful and the hostel itself was really good. The pool was also really good with an amazing view of the city but the only downside is that it gets really crowded

David (10/5): Amazing hostel, with an incredible pool and view - One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Clean, secure, convenient. Bunk beds are comfortable, include curtains for privacy, each have a reading light, and each has a universal plug socket. Good WiFi. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Convenient to public transport - both metro (Rapid KL) and regular trains (KL Komuter) which can be used to get to Batu Caves. 5 mins walk to both stations. View from the rooms is amazing, as is the view from the living room. Living area is nice to hang out and relax. Hostel holds less than 15 guests but it's actually really easy to make friends here because of the smaller size. Bathroom is clean and modern with a good shower. And of course, the best perk of all: access to the rooftop infinity pool with the amazing view of the KL skyline. The pool is shared between all 3 towers of Regalia Suites but was never too busy while I was there and there was some time when I was the only person in the pool. I booked this hostel 100% based on the view - but the fact that they have got every other thing here right like curtains, reading lights and universal plug sockets for each bed just tops it off perfectly. I could live here, seriously. Amazing place and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
