- Silvie (9/5): Cena versus služby a umístění je perfektní, určitě se zde vrátíme. - Naprosto nás nadchlo místo... Ubytování je na klidném místě s úžasným výhledem, přitom do města se dostanete MHD během chvíle, na Černý Most i pěšky :-) Pohodlné parkování před hotelem, 4 výborné restaurace v bezprostřední blízkosti. Snídaně dostačující, matrace velmi pohodlné. Nemohu říct, že přímo nelíbilo, ale v dnešní době už je stadard ledničky na pokoji a ano, lze si o ni požádat :-) Byli jsme 2 noci, takže jsme ji nepotřebovali, při delším pobytu a v létě by chyběla.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Lage, Gastronomische Einrichtungen, Parkplätze, Anbindung an das Streckennetz sehr einfach und doch perfekt. Frühstück , Zimmerservice, Gastronomie und Lage außergewöhnlich gut. Immer sehr gerne wieder. Es gab keinerlei Schwachpunkte.

- Bezdek (9/5): Ubytování i klidnou lokalitu doporučujeme. Doprava do centra Prahy naprosto bez problémů i s MHD. - Hotel je velmi pěkně zařízený, prostory čisté, personál velmi příjemný. Nabídka snídaně byla skromnější, ale na celkový příznivý dojem to nemělo vůbec žádný dopad. Není nic, co by se nám při pobytu nelíbilo.

- Andrzej (9/5): Very nice hotel with good restaurant - For me the location of the hotel was optimal (close to our office on Chloumecka street). Very nice hotel with enough space in the rooms and bathroom. Clean, well equipped and maintained. Nice surroundings with a couple of good restaurants including the one in the hotel building. The only thing are the opening hours of the reception -> openned until 6:30, might be a bit problematic when travelling with a car or late plane, but maybe there is a solution for that kind of cases.

- Binyamin (6/5): No value for the high price - When I asked for a kettle and a mug to make tea because there wasn't one in the room, they gave it to me. The hotel did not answer my questions for a long time and I had to involve Booking customer service. There is no socket next to the bed, we are in 2025, a normal traveler needs a socket to charge their phone. There is no kettle in the room, it was expected that for the price the hotel charges there would be a higher level of service, which was not the case.

- Wojciech (8/5): - Hotel bardzo ładny, w okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, nie daleko przystanek autobusowy z którego można dojechać do stacji metra. W pobliżu też market i stacja paliw, sam dojazd do hotelu bardzo łatwy i szybki.

- Petr (8/5): An issue with the aircon and no curtains - This hotel is average in terms of the room. There was an issue with the air conditioning that couldn't be controlled by the control panel. The room also lacks curtains to block the light.

It's fine if you travel by car and need to stay for a night, as it has convenient access from the highway. The room was reasonably clean. With that, I'm done with listing the pros. (We didn't order breakfast so I can't comment on it.) The room, that we stayed in, was anything but cozy. Not sure when the hotel was built, probably 90s, and you can tell that it hasn't been refurbished since. Glad we only stayed for one night. The reception closes at 6:30pm that I learned only after I made the reservation. (Perhaps it was hidden somewhere in the small-print, but came as a surprise.)

- Carissa (8/5): No reception or enough people working. - The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down.

Beautiful open place with restaurants within castle walls. Close to the soccer fields, which was important to us because we were watching a children's tournament. Check in until 21:45, which was a problem for us because of the distance we had to travel.

- Cawmook (8/5): Good location, great food, quiet location. - The hotel building and surrounding buildings are the old stronghold so the place has its own story, but also limitations. Rooms were not as comfortable as in modern hotels, and there is nothing more than a bed to sleep and breakfast. It's in a quiet location, where you can rest. It's far away from the city center, but that location was our choice because of the conference nearby. You can go by subway or bus to the old city that stops close to the hotel. Shops are within walking distance. The restaurant serves very good food in the evening, and there are also others within walking distance. Free parking is a plus. English-speaking personnel at the reception desk can help.

- Damien (6/5): - We booked this hotel based on the comments of others who had stayed there, and all I can say was Big Mistake! The Hotel itself was nice, the area was quiet and clean and we thought ok, this looks good! Then we went to reception and meet the very unfriendly receptionist who gave us our room. Then the room.. to describe it is difficult, it was not in the main hotel and to be honest I think it was a converted garage or store room? One small window at the front so the electric light had to be on day and night and it was cold! Sparsely decorated and ZERO Chance of the “ view over Prague “ that was mentioned by many who stayed previously.. Then the killer blow! The first evening we arrived after our 4 hour drive there was a wedding in the hall directly next to our converted room and we could hear everything and the very loud band that were playing. , I went to reception to ask mr unfriendly if there was anything we could do ( a proper hotel room in the hotel would be nice :) ? But he was very stressed dealing with another unhappy customer and asked me to come back, I said ok, we would eat something across the street and come back in 30 minutes , which we did and behold .. the reception was closed and he was gone !! The following day we spent the whole day in Prague which was wonderful! All in all a very expensive stay in a converted storeroom and a receptionist who seriously needs to consider a career change ..

- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel California - 1. Charged 37 euro in my card , for a box-meal I took from the bar to my room . I offered to pay them immediately and said it was gonna be on my room. 2. Accidentally locked my self out from my room At 9 pm. Hotel completely desserts. The manager showed up at 1:30 next day after I called him several times. Annoyed I had to bother him. 3. Noon be cleaned my room during my stay. The morning of my departures I cleaned everything, vacuumed the place and left… ???
