Nachdem wir ein Mini Zimmer bekommen haben, aber ein 25qm Appartment gebucht hatten, wurde uns mega schnell geholfen, unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und einfach klasse. Das hat ubs sehr beeindruckt und so hatten wir einen mega Aufenthalt in London. Danke liebes Team

• Mohammed Aden (2/5): [WARNING] Do not book from this fake hotel - I've never been to a worse hotel in London, absolute horrible, dirty, dishonest and a total rip-off. I booked two large studio rooms, but was given a tiny hazardous attic room with a ceiling so low I could barely stand straight. The receptionist was incredibly rude and sounded like someone who hated her job. Be very careful when booking from here, they will lie and say the pictures are only illustrative. Ruined my entire London vacation
• K (4/5): Disappointed - I was ‘upgraded’ to a one bedroom apartment. I booked a large suite. The stairs to the apartment are very very steep and not ideal with a large suitcase. The bathroom is very very small and the sink impossible to wash over. The kitchen is basically in a cupboard. Very very disappointed. I complained upon arrival and asked for the studio which I booked and was told there was none available
• Diana (6/5): Not as shown - Picture showed a sofa in room but there was not even a single chair to sit down. There is no A/C and you can open a window to let fresh air in but there isn't a screen so bugs were flying in. If they took out the wardrobe closet there would be more room as I couldn't get out of my own way.
• Virginie (6/5): - The accommodation is nice and clean, easy to access. However, it would be good to specify that the bed is not a standard size. It is not a 140cm bed. The bed is too small for two adults. We weren't able to rest properly, which is essential when visiting a city and walking 30,000 steps a day.

• Damiana (8/5): - The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths.
• Dóra (10/5): Great apartment - Great location, the apartment is well equipped, clean, is easy to access, and all info was shared in advance. The only negative is the bed was too small for two adults.
• Lesley (10/5): - Great property in a great neighborhood! Felt safe day and night. Baker Street tube station is just 2 blocks away and even closer are 2 grocery stores, a post office, and every kind of restaurant and coffee shop. Building is in great shape and the flat has great features (a well appointed kitchenette and a washing machine!). Can’t recommend highly enough.

• Mariana (8/5): The lock was not working.But a nice little room. - The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge. The location was extremely good.

• Diana (10/5): - It was exactly as advertised. I needed a small clean place to get ready in the morning and sleep at night. Easy access to the train and underground stations.
• Serena (10/5): Will be back - Brilliant location, but a quiet room, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The room is small and gas no view but I was only using it a base so that was fine
• Selina (8/5): - Gut gelegen. Metro-Station mit sehr guter Anbindung nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Nachts war es durch Bauarbeiten auf der Straße leider öfter etwas lauter. Fenster könnten schalldichter sein. Schade war, dass die Badtür zum Beispiel sehr demoliert war. Bad war klein, aber ok. Küche hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung für 2. Bett groß und bequem. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, es gab aber trotz dessen keine Geruchsbelästigung. Wir würden wiederkommen
• Margot (8/5): - Quiet and clean place. Good location in inner city of London. Only downside: bed is very small for 2 (large) persons
• Katarina (6/5): Over all a okay place - We had an okay stay in apartment 9 on the 3rd floor. But if you are considering staying here, you should keep in mind that the stairs are very steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. The ceiling in the room is very low. The bathroom door is a narrow folding door which can be difficult to open and close and it makes quite a bit of noise when going in and out. The bath cabin is small and the door into it is also very narrow. The exhaust/fan in the bathroom runs most of the time (also at night) because the apartment's indoor climate quickly becomes a bit damp when you stay in the apartment. The bed creaked every time you moved just a little, and it was quite hard/firm to lay on, and there was a socket missing on one side of the bed. But check in and out was easy and hassle free. The interior was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything a kitchen should contain. The area is packed with good restaurants, Tesco Express and Baker Street metro st. is just around the corner. There is, however, quite a bit of street noise. Many food delivery guys hang out on the street corner of the building and there are often 10-15 of them standing and shouting. Garbage is picked up every day, and it also makes a lot of noise. Maybe you don't hear it as much if you have an apartment that doesn't face the street. All in all an ok stay, but we won't be back a second time.

• Ishwarya (6/5): - The outlets were a bit challenging to access, and some things (a fan, hand soap, body wash) weren't there. We were on the ground floor with street windows, but it's a pretty quiet area so it wasn't too bad. Really cute place, very convienent location, great staff communication. I didn't love it because the check out time is really early, 10am, so it made things a bit hard when we were leaving. Overall though, a solid place.

• Peter (8/5): Good and Convenient Stay! - The Baker St apartments was overall good to stay at! It’s in a good area and convenient to multiple things. We were located on the top floor which was a bit of a trek up some windy stairs with our heavy luggage. But the apartment was very clean and well kept.
• May Hilde (8/5): Fin og ren leilighet sentralt i London. - Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i Viridan Apartments. God seng og praktisk med et lite kjøkken med det vi trengte av utstyr til å lage frokost. Trappen opp til leiligheten er ganske smal og bratt så litt utfordrende med kofferter. Jeg var i kontakt for å få informasjon rundt hvordan komme oss inn i bygget og leiligheten og de svarte raskt og presist.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall, the room was as we expected - small, but conveniently located. The only issue we ran into was that no toiletries are provided, not even hand soap for the bathroom. We mentioned this to management, and they told us that we had to buy our own, despite "soap," "shampoo," and "free toiletries" all being included in the listing. When we mentioned the info in the listing, they basically brushed us off, and it looks like the listing still is claiming they're provided. The only other issue was that the thermostat in the room didn't work, and the knob on the radiator was broken, but the room was a comfortable temperature fortunately.

• Verified traveler (8/5): London Calling - Positivo: o apartamento era confortável, central e com transportes e serviços vários nas redondezas. Negativo: Não tinha ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha que para as altas temperaturas que estavam em Londres não era suficiente. Tinha janelas, mas por estar na cave davam para as escadas do pátio da entrada.
• A (2/5): - I recently stayed at the Baker Street property for three nights and four days, and I must say it was a disappointing experience overall. Upon arrival, we were given a basement apartment with no air conditioning or fan. This posed a significant security threat, as keeping the windows open for fresh air and circulation was not an option. As a result, the room became unbearably hot, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the customer service team was unhelpful when we voiced our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they offered us a room at a different property located far away at an extra cost. This was completely unfair and inconvenient, as it would have meant sacrificing a good night's sleep for a room in a basement with no air circulation. The fact that they expected us to pay more for a better room is simply unacceptable. Another aspect of our stay that left a lot to be desired was the housekeeping service. We requested a replacement for the bathroom amenities, but the staff flat-out refused, leaving us with only one small soap to share between two people for the entirety of our four-day stay. This lack of attention to basic necessities is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment. Considering the multitude of issues we encountered during our time, we believe a full refund of all three nights is a fair and necessary compensation.
• Gillian (8/5): - Apartment was spotless and a decent size. The bathroom fan was very loud and didn't turn off at all, so i found it hard to get to sleep. No air conditioning and as it was at the very top of the building, up 6 flights of stairs!!!, it was absolutely boiling.
• Sabine (4/5): - It is a very tiny apartment, I guess not more than 16 m2. Very small kitchenette so cooking or even use the cooker is a challenge. We were out al day so not a big issue but I would not go back and rather book a place with a little more room. Location however is perfect!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Ikke tale om en dobbeltseng - Sengens størrelse er meget misvisende! Der er tale om en seng, der er maks. 140 cm bred, så det skal man lige være indstillet på. Der blev brugt lidt meget parfume i diverse rengøringsmidler, men ellers levede stedet op til vores behov.
• Ina (6/5): - Pros: the hotel staff was nice, answered quickly, location is nice - close to a subway, busstopp, shops and good restaurants. Cons: no elevator, can be noisy (older building), just one set of towels even if you stay a week, uncomfortable pillows (not able to switch them if you stay less then a week). Overall an okay experience, but a tad on the expensive side for what you get
• Amir (2/5): - I rented the property for my father during his cancer treatment in a nearby hospital. I called the week before and was ensured that the apartment would be clean, accessible and secure. Upon check in there were a number of issues: 1) The apartment was in the basement. There was no banister on the staircase from the ground floor to the basement. This is unsafe and accessibility was poor 2) The inside door lock (as described in the check in video) did not work. The slider lock button was redundant. 3) There were damp patches on the ceiling throughout the apartment and the apartment was smelly due to damp 4) The air conditioning did not work. The control panel showed an error code 5) There was unrestricted access to the outside basement court yard from the street level 6) There were no locks on the windows in the apartment. The window handles are flimsy. The place is not secure Having raised these issues on day 1 via email (office was closed) the email agent repeatedly noted that there is no air conditioning (despite there being a unit and control panel) and asked for photos of the other issues. She was most unhelpful The following day, I called the office. The call handler was polite and arranged for a bicycle lock to be fitted at the street level to deter people from accessing the outside basement courtyard. He told me that the landlord would have to be consulted regarding the fitting of locks to the windows. The door lock remained unaddressed.
• Ester (10/5): Frábært staðsetning og allt til fyrirmyndar - Frábær staðsetning, mjög snyrtilegt og hreint. Eina sem við vorum í vandræðum með var að koma t.d. hárþurrkunni/sléttujárni í samband og ná að horfa í spegil á sama tíma (framlengingasnúra hefði hjálpað), í það minnsta á þessari íbúð. Vantaði fleiri innstungur nær baðherberginu. Mundum velja aftur að gista þarna.;)
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Property was lovely and clean. Followed the check-in instructions and called them for the details, which was easy. The location was super convenient for the Tube but it was quite noisy with cars/lorries passing all night which was loud and disruptive. The curtains also didn't shut fully and let in quite a lot of light. More towels and toilet paper would have been useful as were staying for 6 nights and we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people, and 1 bath and 1 hand towel each. A kitchen towel would also have been useful to dry up cups etc. The bed was extremely comfy and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed (except a towel!). The air con seemed to be broken and couldn't make it work but temperate was ambient enough. Shower was great too, and the smart TV was handy, although the wifi was quite slow and unreliable. A really lovely apartment though, and would definitely stay again!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointing stay - Our flat was located in the basement, there was no ventilation in the room as we were unable to open the windows since it faced the smoke pipe and allowed spiders to crawl into the room. The duvet and bedsheets were not clean-there were hairs found and the duvet had yellow staining. The air-conditioning was not working.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended! - Fantastic apartment in a great location. Really well maintained, clean and very comfortable with everything you could need. Was given the wrong code for the key collection which could have been an issue, but I luckily ran into staff onsite (whilst on hold with Customer Services) who were amazing and sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended.

• Emilya (10/5): Marylebone gem - Overall I was very happy with the studio apartment - very clean, nice amenities and loved having my own washer/dryer, customer service very responsive when I couldn’t open the front door with the code, in my favorite area (Marylebone) and steps from Baker St tube, near lots of restaurants & shops. The small studio is fine for 1 person but would be a bit tight for 2. I’d definitely stay there again.

It has kitchen (oven, microwave, stove..) plus washer. It was a bit small but very cozy. Recommenced it to everybody who visits London as tourist. • Chad (10/5): Very clean and safe. Good value. - I was impressed by how new and clean the building and room felt. It seemed like it was renovated yesterday! It was roomy with a washer and a communal dryer in the building. The neighborhood was very nice and I felt perfectly safe. Being about a block from a Tube station, you could get anywhere very quickly. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen would have been great for eating in, if we actually used it! As London apartments go, this was a good value for the the price. There wasn't a lot of touristy stuff to see in the immediate area, but being about a block from a Tube station, you could get anywhere very quickly. My apartment was on the 4th Floor with no elevator, so don't forget anything in your room! If you don't mind the exercise, it was a great deal. A/C is seasonal, but I think that is regulated by the city. With the windows open at night, a cool breeze kept the apartment comfortable, and the outside noise was minimal for central London.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig u ist super ausgestattet!Ein Adapter für deutsche bzw. viele europäische Geräte wäre noch super gewesen. In der Nähe von dem Apartment findet man alles...Restaurants,Post,Supermärkte!Man wohnt nur 3 Minuten von einer sehr großen Underground Station!Dort fahren alle drei Minuten Bahnen in diverse Richtungen! In dem Apartment roch es oft stark nach Kanalisation,das war sehr nicht so angenehm, aber als wir dieses angesprochen habe,wurde direkt reagiert.
