From the moment we arrived, Nicole welcomed us with some drinks and food. We arrived before check-in time but she was more than happy to look after our luggage. Nicole took the time to point out highlights we needed to visit during our time in Rome along with providing recommendations of places to eat on a map she gave us. This was a nice touch. The room was lovely and just as the photos show. Beautifully appointed, tidy, clean, and very quiet. The aircon system was great given how hot it was. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main tourist highlights of Rome. We love to walk, but if you wanted to take a bus or train, these are close by. The neighborhood felt authentic and not touristy. This meant we had an incredible selection of eateries that the locals eat at, which were great quality and value. Plus it felt very safe to wander around at night. Whenever we left in the morning for the day or came back in the evening, Nicole or Antonio would greet us warmly. This was an experience you rarely get at hotels. We loved our time here and would stay here again without hesitation.

I can not say enough about their desire to make our stay special. The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit delivered to our room in the morning was delicious and much appreciated. Nicole even delivered some Limoncello in chilled flutes after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient with easy access to Rome’s sights and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants. The hotel located in an historic building is newly renovated, spotless and beautiful. The combination of wonderful accommodations and outstanding hospitality is something Nicole and Antonio should be proud of. Consider this your new home when visiting Rome.

There was no question we could not ask regarding jewelers, restaurants etc... and they could hat have been more helpful! My husband tripped and badly sprained his ankle. Nicole called a pharmacy to find an ankle brace and I was able to walk there and pick it up. The breakfasts were amazing every single day with fresh fruits, savory and sweet croissants, juice and more. The rooms were spotless! If I could give Nicole and Antonio 10 stars I would!

If you are lucky enough to find this gem, and it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful Italian meal, we loved Al Forno della Soffritta. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and was our favorite meal in Rome!

The room was really clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases. The complimentary breakfast was super nice, great coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants. The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere also at night and we found it to be super safe. To top it all, Nicole and Antonio are super nice, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

• Lee (10/5): Perfection - Everything about this place is impeccable - the room was bright, stylish, immaculately clean and had every amenity you could ask for including a fantastic shower, minibar with daily replenishment and tons of hanging space for clothes. The hotel is tucked away behind large wooden doors in a private courtyard (guests receive a key card on check-in to come and go as they please) and is ideally located in the diplomatic area of the city - a short 10-15 walk from Termini station and surrounded by delicious restaurants and bars away where the locals eat. The area is quiet and easily within walking distance of all the sights that Rome has to offer. But the real selling point is Nicole & Antonio, and their team. They could deliver a masterclass in how to provide flawless service. From the point of arrival, its like being greeted by a best friend. And for every second of your stay, the service is exceptional - it is beyond 5*. As a solo traveler, visiting a new city can be a daunting experience but Nicole made me feel just like I was at home in an unfamiliar place. The whole trip was magical, and much of that was due to the wonderful experience of staying here. If you're browsing for places to stay in Rome - stop. You've found the best.

Antonio gave us top notch restaurant suggestions and answered all of the questions we had about the area. They even offer a sweet little breakfast every morning, very thoughtful. It was very clean, in a great location, they are so friendly and so helpful with recommendations and tips about the city. I know the rooms may appear small in the descriptions but it is well laid out and no smaller than the others I’ve seen. If you are worried there is no breakfast included here, don’t be. Trust me you will not regret it. Also, the room was exactly as the pictures showed it. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know that visits Rome. If you see a rating for them that is anything less than stellar it is due to circumstances outside their control. Honestly, when I first saw so many 10 out of 10 reviews for them I was wondering if they offered something in return for a good review. A discount maybe? But no, they are really just that wonderful!

They have set a new standard of hotels which frankly has set me up for disappointment wherever else I will go in the world. High end rooms, attentive customer service, diligent cleaning staff - it's completely faultless. My partner and I work in property in London and to see rooms so beautiful, white towels and luxurious bed linen gleaming, not a fleck of dust on the polished floors almost makes you feel guilty for using the room. The covid precautions are second to none, with them I actually managed to be able to relax knowing everything within the walls is absolutely safe.

Upon arrival Nicole Sat down with me and my friend and went through a map showing all the places we should go and recommending some great restaurants. Antonio and Nicole are lovely people and made us feel very welcome and were always available to help. I will 100% stay here again if I return to Rome and recommend to friends and family. Location wise, it is close to Termini and there is a metro within 5 mins walk. But also, the buses are really easy to get around the the street taxi's really cheap. It only cost €10 from Vatican City!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights at Residenza Venti Settembre last week and we had an amazing time. Nicole and Antonio, the lovely couple who run the hotel, are amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. Nicole sat us down when we arrived and went through the map of Rome, giving us recommendations and directions. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and towels changed daily. Chocolates were even laid on the bed! When we returned from a day of exploring, we would be asked how our day was and even offered drinks. Breakfast isn’t included however we were offered tea/coffee and pastries in the morning which was a lovely touch. The room has good AC which is digital, mini bar which is complimentary and TV with Netflix. There is also a safe in the room which is brilliaby. We found the room very quiet at night and the bed was comfy. The hotel itself is conveniently located within around 20-25 minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain within the business area of Rome so is very safe and secure. Excellent hospitality, beautiful hotel, would recommend to anyone visiting Rome. We would love to go back! Thank you Nicole and Antonio!!
