• zhi (10/5): - The house is very big, the facilities are quite complete, and the location is also great. Since the landlord is a very nice elderly, be sure to contact him in advance, otherwise you may not be able to get in quickly.

• Fulani (5/5): - The location; the kitchen The fact that the unit was not the one I saw on the Booking.com link. Mr Norman asked me to occupy another cause the one I booked or saw on the booking link is actually not available. That was abit of a turn-off although his approach was very polite. But the I was eventually put in to was a smoking unit, my partner could not even afford to sit that lounge area as it had a string smell of smoke seeming the ones before use were smoking inside therein.

• Mtandi (8/5): Very good - the bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy, It was just my toddler and I sleeping on the bed but I could hear the noise when my toddler switches to sleep on the other side.
• Deon (3/5): Would not recommend - Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Wifi was slow and intermittent. No air-conditioner. Lack of kitchen equipment.

• Andiswa (5/5): Must be willing to compromise for the good price. - The owner is very friendly and will attend to your requests as best he can if you reach out to him. The place is also quite spacious and great value for money considering the area. The only issue is that the infrastructure is really old. The kitchen tap is broken, the TV is really old and not the flat screen advertised, the couches aren't comfortable and the shower head and door is not the greatest experience..
• Inga (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect. Central to everything It is hard to reach the property via navigation as all the entrances to the streets are gated. Only 2 entrances are usable 24/7. The host only told us this after we got there. It should have been in the check-in instructions. Only 2 toilet rolls for a week stay, no soap, hand soap, shower gel. There was no cleaning for the whole week. No bin bags, no towel change. The bed is not for light sleepers as it squeaks with any little movement. There was a water outage for the last day of our trip. We couldn't do anything, and the host did not communicate with us. We had to call around 12 to find out what was going on. He offered to bring us a bucket of water to flush the toilet. We left after 3 to start our day after buying our own water to wash and drink and prepare something to eat. The bucket of water was at the door when we came back in the evening, but the water supply had already been restored. Could not get hold of the host for early morning check out (7am). There was no answer at the main house to hand over the key. The host only replied 2 hours later.

• Chioma (6/5): It was ok, would have liked to stay more but load shedding was a big frustration. - The location was good as it enabled me to get to various areas in Sandton easily and the host was hospitable. Load shedding was a big problem as the facility had no backup power generator so missed some World Cup matches also had a security scare the second night as some security people stormed the Guest House purportedly in search of hooligans who they said they were informed sneeked into the Facility.

• Paul (7/5): Good - Bright, airy rooms.Good bathroom. Pool. Helpful staff. Good location. Extremely limited kitchen utensils for a self catering property. No back up power supply in a time of load shedding - not even a torch until requested. Lights in kitchen and bedroom not working, reported but not replaced during my one week stay. One afternoon and night the adjacent chalet (other half of the same house) with which the garden is shared, hosted an extremely loud teenage party - not much sleep that night!

• Denise (2/5): Where not to stay in Sandton! - Waited more than hour to be served. Sat in street waiting to be let in. All crockery cracked or chipped. Stayed for 3 nights. Received 1 small towel only. Basic kitchen utensils not present. No extra pillows. Only very flat ones. No sanatizing present. Record or liquid. Entrance to "suburb" extremely confusing. Pool dirty.
