• Helen (8/5): - The rooms were so comfortable and had everything you needed. The mini fridge was very welcomed (as was the AC!) The location was great!! So quiet and very secure. The cafe where you have breakfast is great, loads of choice and all very tasty! The booking.com website mentions nothing about this not being a hotel (I specifically requested hotels only in the search engine and this also came up). It's actually a serviced guesthouse and other than the lady who services the rooms you never see anyone. The breakfast isn't included - you get a €10 voucher to use at the cafe around the corner (which is a fabulous cafe!). The airport shuttle is also really expensive! €110 when the standard fare from the airport is actually only €55. But the guesthouse is hard to find if it's the first visit so the airport shuttle was worth that extra expense to get you right to the door.

Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con il portone, ma il proprietario ci ha subito lasciato la chiave per farci stare più tranquilli, e così è stato. La camera era pulita, molto bella, curata e ben insonorizzata. Inoltre, proprio sotto casa c’era un bar carinissimo, frequentato da molti giovani, accanto al nostro portone: perfetto per un aperitivo a fine giornata Tutto perfetto, nulla da segnalare
• Callum (9/5): Lovely stay close to the Vatican. - We really enjoyed our stay. The room is small but had everything we needed and the location is excellent. The bed was very comfortable which is always a win. If you're worried about the queues at Vatican City it's only a 5 minute walk from here and there's a metro station nearby which was handy for getting around the city. The old part of the city is very walkable from here but you can always take a taxi if you're tired after a long days sightseeing. One floor down at street level is a fabulous wine bar where they serve incredible food - the best we had on our trip. It's a hotspot for the locals so make sure you book ahead. There's several restaurants on the same street and a bakers and supermarket one street away. The hairdryer wasnt great but otherwise everything was fine. It also says airport transfer in the listing but this isn't free and only by arrangement, it's essentially a taxi. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of wine on arrival but we didn't get this until our last day.

La ubicación es más que perfecta, muy cerquita del vaticano, a unos 5min y también del Castillo de sAn Angelo. Está como a 15min de la Plaza Navona y en nada más estás en el Panteón. 5 min después estás en La Fontana de Trevi. La verdad es que es fabuloso. Luego, la habitación es perfecta en tamaño, el baño precioso. Todo, sin duda volveré.

The room was very nicely done, modern bathroom/shower and a nice bed. Location is great for seeing the Vatican, but for the some of the other main attractions of Rome it's a 30min+ walk.

You can buy a coffee and sandwitch for takeaway for that voucher, but if you want english breakfast or scrambled egg then you have to pay extra.

• Michel (8/5): Très bon séjour à Rome, juste un peu déçus par le manque de présence et de relation humaine de l’établissement. - Son emplacement et la propreté. Il faut savoir que ce n’est pas un hôtel, aucun accueil physique, tout se passe par WhatsApp…en italien et anglais. On a un code pour la chambre, et comme il y a 3 chambres et qu’on ne vous dit pas laquelle est la vôtre vous faites le code jusqu’à ce qu’une porte s’ouvre. On ne peut pas suspendre les serviettes. Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, cela se passe dans une bakery house dans le quartier (par ailleurs très bien) mais où il n’y a ni céréales, ni pain classique, ni yaourt, fruits etc…rien de simple.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, there is everything you need: tea, coffee, mini fridge, comfortable beds. But the most important thing is the host. We are very grateful to him, because he helped in all situations, starting from helping to find parking, breakfast and ending with extra time for check-out. if we come to Rome again, we will definitely stop here again.

A dos manzanas y media de la calle principal que va a la plaza De San Pedro. Rodeado de restaurantes, bares y supermercados y la parada de metro a menos de 10 minutos. En metro te encuentras a 15 minutos del centro y caminando a 30 minutos lo cual es genial! Fabrizio ha sido súper amable y nos ha resuelto cualquier duda que teníamos. La suite es muy completa y confortable para pasar unos cuantos días en Roma. Nos gustó todo☺️

• Steven (5/5): Good location but needs improvement - Location was good, away from the main city centre but also very close to the Vatican City and Rome city centre. Communication was via WhatsApp and relatively quick to respond. The bed was very soft and it was difficult to sleep in. One of the window shutters doesn't close and let in the light from the street lamp outside in so it seemed like day all night. We were without hot water for around 36 hours as well. The shower head was also difficult to balance securely in the shower.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, especially for exploring the Vatican, which is just a few blocks away. If you don't mind walking, it is very easy to walk from this location to almost all of the main tourist sites in Rome. It is also easy to access public transportation from this location. We also enjoyed how easy it is to communicate with Erika. She is wonderful and very helpful! The wall separating our room from the one next to us was very thin. We also had a few cold showers, as there didn't appear to be enough hot water to meet the demand of all the guests trying to shower in the morning. Waste basket in the bathroom had not been emptied after previous guests.

Steps away from Vatican. Room is not too big but Halsall you will need for a holiday stay. Comfy beds. We like to sleep in the dark, so we missed proper, light blocking curtains. They could also keep the room a bit cooler to reduce the need for using air-conditioning.

Cute apartment and the coffee and croissants were appreciated. The shower was very small and the shower head was so high up that water would spray out of the shower when you opened the door.

• Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - The location - minutes from the Vatican and lots of nice restaurants. We walked all over the tourist areas and this for us was the best location. You feel very safe, and have everything you need in close proximity without it being to busy. The room - had everything you need for a short break. We would definitely return to the hotel. There was shampoo etc so you don't need to take anything with you. There are also tea/coffee facilities in the room. The host was lovely, she kept in contact before, during and after our stay. She cam to explain everything to us and also sent over an information booklet. Nothing

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Location! But needs a better extra mail - Very good location, easy to find, clean and safe neighbourhood! Host is easy to contact with very good communication. The only thing is the extra bed is not fit for an adult, it was uncomfortable and is only really for a small child.
• Alexis (10/5): - We had an great time at this property. Amazing nightlight outside and short walk to the Vatican and hop on and off tours. The host was very helpful and assisted us in a taxi transfer at 3am with less than 12hours notice!!! Definitely recommend this location.

• Annelies (10/5): Best price-quality! - The host was very easy to communicate with and flexible on letting us come in quite late and also leaving a bit later than the check out time. The room had everything you need and more like an iron and Netflix. A good coffee machine is available for the people who need a coffee in the morning to be able to communicate. You are in walkable distance of all the main sites.
