• Stuart (8/5): Great experience in Venice. - The location was excellent. Plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby .Kitchen and view was also excellent. Bathroom great too. 9/10 Check-in was easy and early bag drop off was perfect for us to enable walking tour. . All good. Nothing major. We're used to smart Tv's to watch late at night.

• Ioana (10/5): Alegere perfectă👌 - Am avut o experiență minunată în acest studio micuț și cochet, perfect pentru o escapadă relaxantă. Priveliștea asupra canalului este absolut superbă, oferind un farmec aparte fiecărei dimineți și seri petrecute aici. Zona este liniștită, departe de aglomerația din centru, ceea ce face șederea mult mai plăcută și odihnitoare. Un mare plus este proximitatea față de un supermarket, dar și față de taverne și osterii autentice, unde poți descoperi atmosfera locală și preparate delicioase. În același timp, accesul către punctele principale este foarte facil: stația de vaporetto este aproape, iar centrul poate fi atins într-o plimbare relaxantă de aproximativ 15 minute. Este alegerea ideală pentru cei care vor să îmbine liniștea cu accesul rapid la atracțiile principale. Recomand cu drag!

• Lois (2/5): Compete power outage for a whole day and cleaners let themselves in before checkout. - Location was fairly good. During our stay there was a complete power outage for several hours, resulting in no lighting and no ability to charge devices or use essential electrical amenities. Additionally, contractors entered the apartment without prior notice or knocking, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. We raised this through Booking.com. Compensation of €20 was offered, and Booking.com later confirmed they were unable to intervene further. The loss of essential services and lack of notice before entry had a clear impact on our stay and is something future guests should be aware of.

• Anke (8/5): - Die Lage ist wunderbar! die Kommunikation leider nicht direkt per Telefon aber per Mail war relativ zuverlässig ! Die Ausstattung ausreichend! Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem und etwas angeranzt. Darüberhinaus musste man das schlafsofa selber ausklappen und Bettfertig machen, also die Couch ausziehen und beziehen . diesen Service hätte ich für den Preis absolut erwartet! Schade.

• Marta (7/5): - Està ubicat en un barri tranquil amb restaurants i supermercat molt propers. La cuina menjador amb un petit balcó és molt agradable. El sofà llit no és massa confortable ( matalàs prim i tou). Entenem que és problema de la ciutat els desaigües dels sanitaris feien mala olor ( es notava bastant).
• Tania (7/5): - It was easy to get there and having breakfast on the balcony while the locals go for a walk or have a chat on the sidewalk is a must. There's was an old lady playing the piano with the window open, it was lovely. The sofa bed was not entirely comfortable and it was noisy, we kept waking each other up when we moved

• Denis (6/5): - The main advantage of the place is its excellent location in a quiet part of the city, close to the center, with a beautiful view of the city. The condition system also works quite well. The place is actually quite run-down. The design is not bad, but it feels more like a simple rearrangement of the flat rather than a proper renovation. The mattress is very thin, and sleeping on the bed was quite uncomfortable. The kitchen is particularly disappointing and does not look very clean. Neither the kitchen hood nor the stove in the kitchen work. When we asked the owner, he simply replied that they are not included and that we should not cook there. It is unclear why one would rent an apartment under such conditions. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with old utensils and plates.

Near to a local supermarket Well equipped apartment with everything needed Stairs to apartment ! !! But that was because of a bad knee .Also found the sofa bed very uncomfortable

They are very cozy and clean, with an incredible view from the balcony overlooking the canals and Venice. The train and bus stations are nearby, as well as a large number of shops and restaurants. At the same time, the apartment is located in a very quiet area, away from the crowds of tourists. The Grand Canal, city center, and main tourist attractions are all within walking distance. I highly recommend it! My girlfriend and I were absolutely delighted with this apartment. It also has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

• Sam (1/5): Stay Somewhere Else! - Property has nice a bathroom, kitchen (all equipment to be able to make dinner) and balcony overlooking canal. Very noisy, can hear everything. The bed was absolutely awful, and it seems almost everyone else that has stayed here has wrote about this and still no change! No hand soap supplied. Also, my partner and I came away with bed bug bites everywhere on our body, so with all this decided to get a different hotel for our last night.

• German.y (4/5): Not recommend unless bed and hot water in shower not fixed. - Place and view were good. THE BED is not for sleep and not for sex and I don't know for what ... And big problems with hot water as boiler was in ECO mode and did not much boil the water.
• Vytautas (3/5): the bed is horrible - good location the bed is horrible. We stayed awake because it was very hard, the bars were stabbing our backs, it was very noisy. For the first time in our lives, we slept in such a terrible bed. You must change it. Also, in the bathroom, the shower system is broken, and water flows through the sides of the pipes.
• Michael Damian (4/5): Unresponsive 'til hotels.com called them... stains - The check in was very stressful. No one is physically there. If you call, you are told to use a messaging app. I messaged and called with no response. I got no reply until hotels.com called them and after 30+ minutes on the phone with hotels.com... bc of this we had to lug 80lbs of luggage over 12 bridges and take our bags to dinner while we waited...There were stains on the couch and the ottoman. Bed was very old and sagged a lot, very bad sleep. However, the kitchen and bathroom were very nicely appointed / modern. We loved the neighborhood, view, space (besides the stains and bed) but check in and stains made this 4* stay a 2*
• Magdalena (8/5): Lovely balcony - Location and balcony for us was perfect! In more authentic area of town far away from noise. A lot of sun. Quite spacious. Some problems with water - very cold or very hot even to burn. Lack of wine glasses. Not so good bed.

• Pechova (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed time in this accomodation. The flat is cozy, full of light. From terrace is view on canal. The location is cca 20 minutes from Grand Canal, not so rush but you can still see and hear life in Venice.
• Paige (3/5): We didn’t continue to stay after First Night because it was so uncomfortable. A waste of money - The only thing positive about this place was the fact it had a tiny balcony overlooking some water. the balcony was very tiny. It was NOT 3rd Floor it was up like 8 flights of stairs. The location was super abandoned. Long walk to get to anything civilized. Nothing is in the area. The “bed” was A very uncomfortable pull out couch. The AC was poorly working.
• Richard (5/5): Would stay again if there was a proper bed. - A well equipped appartment with lovely balcony overlooking a canal. The beds are both sofa beds. The matress on the double was good, but the springs far too weak so there was a big sag in the middle which made sleeping impossible (we each weigh under 70Kgm). We put the mattress on the floor which was OK but not ideal.

• Thomas (6/5): No Communication - I'm surprised this is on Hotels.com as it's actually more like an airbnb.The unit was as pictured and the balcony though small was fantastic. What was lacking was communication. Once we arrived with self check-in we tried to make contact thru emails and phone calls with no success. The issues were a TV that wouldn't display any channel. We didn't go to Venice to watch TV but at nite it would have been nice to have it on as background noise. The air conditioner said remote only. It went on ok but I couldn't turn it off the 3 days. It was more of a noise issue that anything else. I found myself without hot water in the shower. I found the hot water heater in a cabinet in the kitchen and we discovered that a common looking kitchen switch actually turned it on/off. I wouldn't give less of a rating for the bed as upon looking closely at the pics you can tell it's a sofa bed. This was my fault for not looking closer though one would think the description would have specified, "sofa bed". It wasn't terrible but sweaked alot. This is owned by a corporation that doesn't seem to care enough to make any effort at personal communication. In spite of these issues, it's a great location away from tourists and on a nice canal.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a very clean and comfortable property with very good facilities in a quieter part of Venice but close to transport links to all of the islands in the lagoon. The arrangements for meeting us were efficient and there was a warm welcome from Martin. There are some good restaurants within a few hundred yards of the property which we visited. We also enjoyed having breakfast and an evening glass of wine or Prosecco on the balcony overlooking the canal and watching Venetian life. We will be returning.
