• Jean-Luc (8/5): Bel appartement bien situé, quelques améliorations à envisager - La situation géographique, le calme extérieur, la propreté, la taille de l'appartement, la décoration, l'existence de volets, le confort général. Dans un appartement de ce niveau, l'absence de grille-pain est difficilement acceptable. La cafetière était, elle, très basique (trop petite notamment). L'étendoir à linge annoncé était en fait une penderie très simple. Il manquait des porte-serviettes (difficile de suspendre les serviettes pour cause de manque de crochets).

• Gustavo (8/5): The scam of the cleaning fee - The apartment is nice and the location is great, quiet but with some options nearby. I loved it The owner was pushing us constantly to clean. We left the apartment in perfect condition but we didn't like to be pushed during our vacations "wash dishes, take out the trash...".. We paid 65 euros from the cleaning fee upfront when we made the reservation. So they charged us for cleaning and they pushed us to do the work. It is one or the other. It was rude and unfair.

• Robert (9/5): It was a beautiful time in Venice. - Loved the location and the ambiance of the neighborhood. The furnishings were so lovely. The towels were very scratchy and not enough for five people. The stairs to the apartment are somewhat steep but are not a problem if you are in decent shape.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Super charming apartment in tranquil square close to buzzy bars and restaurants - We absolutely loved the location in Canareggio - it was in a charming, quiet square just one block back from the buzzy Fondamenta degli Ormesini with all the fun cichetti bars and good restaurants. It was an easy walk from the station and into San Marco but away from the crowd crush. It was also close to ferries to Murano and Burano. The apartment was super comfortable, great kitchen and very charming. Loved it. I made the mistake of using the information on our booking confirmation about collecting the keys rather than checking further WhatsApp correspondence with the hosts about where/ how to collect the keys. Once I worked this out it was easy to collect the keys right at the front door to the property

• Tamara (8/5): Fabulous accommodation in a fabulous city! - Fabulous location in Venice - so great to get away from the crowds of the centro storico! Lovely restaurants nearby & the bonus small bar in the piazza below. Valentina was an excellent host and provided wonderful recommendations. She responded very quickly when we had an issue with a window in the apartment. Grazie mille Valentina!

• Dawn (9/5): Superb - Great location on a pretty square near an airport water bus stop (Orto). Small pop up bar by the canal and nice restaurant on the corner. Walk over the bridge to more streets with lots of canal side restaurants and bars. Contact with host was excellent and Instructions on entry/ exit very clear. Pay the tourist tax to the agent before arriving to get self check in. Nothing really. The wfi was intermittent but the owner kindly came out to fix it. Offered us a portable wfi when became clear it was likely to stay off due to heavy rain in the street cables.

• Irina (9/5): Superb - if you like a quiet place far away from touristic crowds, this is the one. also the place is 5 min walk from water bus stop that takes you directly to the airport. there was coffee and selection of teas as well as drinking water filter, which was really handy. the flat is equipped very thoroughly. 2 bathrooms, hairdriers, tv, ac, etc. there is an aperol stall in front of the door, as well as a lot of nice cafes around. tiziano's house is the next door. we were surprised with the house rules: to wash the dishes and take out trash. later a venetian explained me the trash problem: there are no trash bins in the city, it is collected manually from every door. but i still don't get the dishes thing if you pay 250 eur a night.

• Alex (8/5): A good place for a family of four - easy access to property from train/airport and local restuarants - Location was good for restaurants and for access to/from the train and airport. The pictures online made it difficult to understand the layout - a floor plan would have been helpful It was a fair walk to the major tourist attractions
• Kim (9/5): Location was lovely - close enough to the hustle and bustle but quiet enough to feel private. - Perfect location - apartment was clean, tidy with plenty of supplies. En-suite was very small but sufficient.
• Sylvia.sta (9/5): Great place to stay in Venice! - Location is great! Quiet part of Venice where you can relax after touristic crowds. You can walk everywhere and have some really good restaurants nearby. Apartment is very clean, comfortable with beautiful furniture. For sure it added some quality to our stay 🙂 Some minor issues in the bathroom like broken hair dryer and leaking shower tray.

• Armando (9/5): Great locations close to everything, but on quiet area. 15 minute walk to train station and 5 minutes to airport boat - Only 15 minute walk from Train stations, but many bridges and steps along the way. Recommend using porter if you travel heavy, best to travel light. Only 5 minute walk to Boat shuttle to airport. Only one bridge to cross. 👍🏼 Communications with (Valentina, property manager)was great! Very helpful and quick to respond to questions. She shared many great local tips. 👍🏼 A+ Shower in 2nd bathroom was very small, it was very tough to shower for an adult. It would be great to have two twin beds in second bedroom!
