• Madelene S (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - Great location, close to centro historico and the beach. The apartment is nice and the system with code lockers worked well and was good for us since we arrived pretty late in the evening. Everything was clean and in order in the apartment. On the other side of the street is a large Maskom Supermercado, very handy. There was a not so nice smell/odor in the bathroom, coming from the pipes we assume since you can also smell it in the staircase. We bought some air purifier spray that took care of it, but there is something in the building pipes that doesn't work well.

Największe minusy: bardzo słabe wygłuszenie – przez ściany słychać dosłownie wszystko (rozmowy, łóżka, inne odgłosy), ogólny poziom czystości pozostawia sporo do życzenia, a część wyposażenia jest już zużyta; dodatkowo drzwi wejściowe działają bardzo ciężko, łazienka i prysznic to największy problem – ekstremalnie niskie ciśnienie wody praktycznie uniemożliwia komfortowe umycie się.

Zalało na z góry z łazienki. Czystość prysznica nieakceptowalna. Sufity zalany do remontu. Odpoadająca farba, zacieki, zapachy. Woda albo zimna albo gotowana.

• Simona (9/5): Appartamento molto bello - La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che il porto e il mare. Appartamento con tutto il necessario, compresi gli elettrodomestici. Il lettino della bambina messo nella camera impediva il passaggio e non si apriva completamente, l'abbiamo dovuto mettere in sala da pranzo. Consiglio l'appartamento solo massimo per 2! Bagno un po' piccolo e con un cattivo odore.

• Paula (9/5): Much better than the reviews suggest. - Flat 2b-Plaza de la Merced, is around the corner, so everything is very close and walking distance. Apartment looks clean, bright & tidy. There’s a window/balconette (enclosed-probably a good thing as looks onto bins at the back of a supermarket), so no nice view but lots of natural light. Excellent air con, it was warm & cozy. There is a smart TV. Enough kitchen equipment for one or two people. Enjoyed the elevator, very stylish. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend. 8.5 Bathroom: shower tray fills with water if on full (doesn’t drain quickly enough), & is slippery when wet! No extractor fan above stove top. Late night bin collection (1am+2am & early morning). The contract, a little menacing, stating all the things that they will deduct money for, before you’ve even stepped over the threshold (welcome!), but I guess that always happens when you rent from a company rather than an individual. An awful, large coffee table (peeled & tarnished), doesn’t fit the lovely room. So nothing major.

• Corchennia (6/5): Needs updating and a thorough clean! - The location was brilliant, close to everything and had a supermarket directly across the road! I contacted the property in advance to ask about the possibility of an earlier check-in (at an extra charge if necessary), as I am 30 weeks pregnant and travelling with a toddler, and we arrived in Málaga very early. I was advised to message again on the day to double-check. When I did, the response was quite blunt, simply stating that the apartment was not yet cleaned. As a result, we were unable to check in until exactly 3pm, which meant spending several hours sitting on park benches trying to entertain a small child. Upon arrival, we also had difficulty accessing the property, as someone had locked the front door from the inside using a key. Once inside the apartment, it was immediately apparent that several things were in need of updating and proper cleaning. The sofa, in particular, looked very worn and unclean, with a blanket placed over it rather than it being properly maintained. All upholstery, including the decorative cushions, would benefit from a professional clean. The cleanliness overall was disappointing. In the shower there were thick black curly hairs on the walls and basin, indicating that cleaning had not been done thoroughly. There was also visible black mould around the kitchen sink area and in the shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillow was very hard, making it difficult to sleep well. There were also no duvet or pillows provided for the sofa bed, although thankfully no one needed to use it — particularly as the street noise at night is quite loud due to the nearby refuse centre. Small, low-cost touches would greatly improve the experience, such as providing basic tea and coffee sachets, making some effort to accommodate early check-in requests where possible, and ensuring the property is properly cleaned before arrival. The TV also appears outdated and could do with an upgrade.

• Charlotte (7/5): Suitable place to stay for what we wanted. Thank you! - Perfect location: close to bars, restaurants, attractions and the beach. Uber is €20 to the airport and only 20 minutes in the car. Air-con in rooms. Clean. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything going on outside. Towards the end of our stay, there was lots of parties/noise/slamming of doors coming from other apartments which we could hear up until 3/4am. This made it difficult to relax and sleep. The bathroom is extremely small which made it difficult to clean and use. There was also the smell of drains towards the end of the stay coming from the bathroom.

Baño extremadamente pequeño por lo que es difícil moverse en él. Cuidado con las personas grandes. Olor a sumidero en todo el edificio y más concretamente en el baño del apartamento.

Ich habe noch nie so einen komplizierten und blöden Check-in und Check.out Prozess erlebt. Kommunikation erfolgt nur über dumme Chat-Pots.
• Esther (3/5): Gurruñañas en acción - Cómo se puede observar en las fotos adjuntadas, en el “baño” al cual no podías acceder prácticamente debido a su minúsculo tamaño, se le salía el agua de la ducha debido a que la mampara no llegaba hasta el plato de ducha, ahí se había acumulado una humedad llena de organismos vivos que podías llevarte a casa de regalo, a parte del olor que salía de las tuberías que dejaba un perfume nauseabundo por toda la estancia y te acompañaba durante todo el día. Las almohadas no tenían funda y las sábanas eran más pequeñas del tamaño necesario, muy higiénico no era, mejor no pensar. Lo mismo ocurría si te querías sentar en el sofá, cuya tapicería llena de suciedad dejaba mucho que desear. Demasiado caro para el habitáculo que es.

• Julia (7/5): Cheap but noisy - It was clean and modern.The bedroom area was nice and there was wardrobe space . It was very noisy . The noise was from outside - traffic and refuge collections going in all through the night. This was especially bad for the person sleeping in the lounge area. It was disappointing that there was no tea/ coffee on arrival. The bathroom sink was cracked , the bathroom bin was old and rusty and the shower head was leaking.

La limpieza también bastante justa....el sofá cama con manchas, toallas rotas, lavadora imposible de hacer la lavada( en uno de los dos apartamentos, la goma de la lavadora está negra y el bombo de la lavadora lleno de agua) la cerradura de la puerta de apertura de uno de los apartamentos está medio rota, se sale el pomo del interior.

Amenities all nearby. 15-20 min walk to C1 line. -elevator. -WhatsApp chat if you need any help, replied quickly and friendly. -information given before check in (difficult to figure out the main door though) -Shower was VERY cold, hot water lasted 10 seconds at beginning of shower. Pressure also not working it was not enjoyable. - door has to be slammed really really loudly which disturbs neighbours as very stiff and gets stuck. - door knob with key code seems to be falling off, wasn’t sure if this was secure and safe at first felt quite scared the first night** -creepy characters hovering outside the flat which meant not always feeling safe. -balcony/terrace door does not lock, which was right outside my bedroom so felt I could not open my blinds in case someone entered the terrace. -TV channels only had radio or inappropriate chat channels - no actual TV. -cleaning was not to a good standard at all, sofa felt dirty and I had to wipe all the surfaces down which had dust and dirt on them. One of the towels was dirty too. Lots of dust under bed and empty bottle which was not mine! -bathroom super duper narrow and shower door doesn’t shut. -walls super thin can hear people peeing or coughing, however lucky my neighbours were quiet! **WhatsApp chat kindly offered to view the video I sent them RE door not shutting easily, however I decided not to escalate this further. Hopefully this feedback is constructive:)

We got apartment on the 1st floor. Good space for 2 people. All amenities available including washing machine. The shower door didn’t close completely so the water drips down onto the bathroom floor. But this was more because we were worried it could damage the interior - which was already happening to the bathroom door.

• Katherine (2/5): One of my worse experiences in Malaga ever. - Good location. If you like being bitten by mosquitos- stay here. If you like Netflix don't stay here it doesn't work. Roof terrace furniture filthy. Need a bowl for salad in kitchen. Expensive for what it is. Online registration form sent so late I had to spend 2 hours in a bar with bad Internet trying to complete the form. Then when I got to apartment NO INTERNET for 24 hours. Letting agency sent wrong log in. I had to ask for apology. The worse customer service EVER. I have been coming to Malaga for 4 yrs and this was my worst experience.
• Vitali (7/5): Good - Great location, very convenient for getting around the city. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sound insulation was not good — we could clearly hear loud conversations from neighbors, the elevator operating, and the front door of the building creaking late at night. It made it hard to fall asleep until things quieted down around 1 AM. There were no basic kitchen items like salt, sugar, or cooking oil.
• Elomary (4/5): The stay in malaga was great and the house as described in the application but unfortunately the hygiene and the propert - The property is near to almost everything in the city The property is not clean and also the neighbourhood is not clean there was a trash can in front of our house so the smell wasn’t good and a lot of flies everywhere
• Ilse (8/5): Nice location near everything - Location is very good. Easy to walk everywhere. Apartment is clean and ok design. Food market next to house. Door lock is a bit problematic to use. Walls are like paper, you can easily hear everything from in and outside of the house. Luckily it was quite peaceful for me. Not possible to store luggage at the house. I found 5€ storage for my luggage from Bounce luggage storage with friendly service.

• Rhys (10/5): Ideal location - Perfect location. Minutes away from bars, restaurants & shopping. Supermarket opposite. Bathroom a bit narrow but fine.
• Jones (10/5): perfect accomodation ! - Great location, was a perfect distance from all of the attractions. Amazing responsive staff- anticipated all of our needs ! Very clean and comfortable.
