- Harry (2/5): Stay away if you need an elevator - Location was very good, views from the terrace were very good and easy to get to every thing we wanted to see once you are on the ground level We asked for an elevator to upper floors through booking.com but we were lied to. Apon arrival we found that the elevator only services the first two floors. You must then carry your luggage up a further fifty five very unsafe uneven narrow steps. I Paid good money for a safe and easy accessible apartment and it was not. The lift even stopped between floors once and we were stuck for several minutes. I am a 72 year old and I have a bad heart with a pace maker fitted to it. My wife and I both were under stress worrying if my heart could take all the going up and down two or three times a day. The fridge had a broken freezer door, there were two cooking pots and one of those had a broken handle, the kettle lid was broken, the electrical cord on the small oven has duct tape on the cord. The shower was very poor. To sum this place up stay away it's not worth it unless you are a very fit healthy person who eats out. I DESERVE A REFUND For the stress we were put under. It was terrible thumbs 👎👎👎👎👎. I have photos of these issues to show booking.com if they are interested in people's safety and health
- Cat (10/5): Beautiful apartment in my favourite part of the city - What a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic but the apartment itself is just beautiful, I could live here, peaceful and homely There is honestly nothing to dislike, tourists need to expect that staying in a residential apartment in a city like Rome you are likely going to have to use the stairs so I don't understand the negative comments about this.
