• Jayne (5/5): All in all we had a Good stay, minor negative things we are sure will be addressed. - Location very good, quiet. Communication wasn’t great, however this could also have been partly a Booking.com issue. Stairs if you have luggage as it’s on the 3rd floor. No coverings on window in one of the bedrooms. The lounge needs a good clean. Washing machine and dryer were not used due to being dirty, mould

• Keishini (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent next to Pitti and Ponte Vecchio Being able to leave our baggage earlier than check-in was appreciated. Inclusion of washing machine was useful for a longer stay, everything else was standard Bedrooms didn't have any curtains, we made our own Lack of lift/elevator was known but still painful

• Hannah (7/5): Good - Good location and space. No curtains for privacy or to block light for sleep. 6 flights of steep stairs with our luggage was a challenge.

• James (8/5): Great apartment in the heart of Florence - Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment - perfect for a short stay. Very centrally located and in easy walking distance to Florence’s main attractions, but tucked away down a quiet street. Easy check in and good communication from the hosts. Good value compared to other options. Furniture was a little worn/stained. There were a couple of tea bags, but no coffee or milk was provided. Second bathroom was very small. Separating and taking the rubbish out to an offsite location was a bit of a hassle (although this is common in Florence/Italy).

• Anne (1/5): No lifts - 3 stories high and 60 steps up and down. He said he would meet us to carry our cases down - No breakfast . Location poor as it was a long way from the station and available taxi ranks . It was an apartment so no breakfast required by owner. We were not met at the property as arranged by owner so waited for over 2 hours to be let into the apartment. After receiving help from a near by shop attendant who got through to the owner and he sent someone to help us. Not good enough, after a long trip to get there We had a black out so finally through booking.com got in touch with the owner. The man next door helped. When the owner arrived he walked straight into the apartment without knocking and blamed us for the power outage as we used the washing machine which was too many appliances at once.
• Adam (4/5): I will never stay here again. - Leaving. This was not the stay for us, the host when connecting with them on whatsapp was not helpful at all. When asking for recommendations of places to eat for breakfast I received a "Everywhere is good". Following this, the day before we were leaving I requested a late check-out, again I received a message and it went like so "Hi, we have new people staying with us tomorrow, will you be cleaning the apartment and checking them in yourself?" It was ironic because the room when we got there still had dust everywhere so it wasn't even clean. It was rude and not helpful, this location ruined our stay in Florence. There is no mention of the 3-storey staircase that you must climb in order to get to your room, so imagine carrying 2 large bags up unassisted. Once reaching the door for the room, there is a specific way to open the door; the instructions given are not clear enough on how to open it. The door itself is wooden and looks like with one massive push it will split in 2.
• George (8/5): If there was no humidity issue, I would say that everything was perfect - Host was very helpful, the apartment was very comfortable, the location was central Humidity in the bathroom of the en suite bedroom as well as under the air condition of the second room
