• Admir (10/5): A great experience — when I come back to Istanbul, I will stay only at The Westist Hotel & Spa again. - Everything was nicely organized and clean, just as shown in the pictures. Everything was great!

• Douglas (6/5): Nice location and staff, comfort was a bit lacking. - The locations was great and the staff were really nice in reception. Also, the design and style of the place is nice. The free tea at reception was a nice touch. The Air Conditioning was off and could only be turned on by getting reception to turn it on for the whole building. They were nice and did this for us, but it's odd to need to call reception every time you want to adjust the AC. There are thermostats in the room but they informed us these dont do anything since it's adjusted downstairs by the hotel. There was also a big spider in the bathroom and a box of tissues with used tissues in the bathroom. Finally, the comforter for the bed was crazy small, it didn't fully cover the whole bed. They were nice and gave us a second though.
• Karol (6/5): Dogodna turystycznie lokalizacja, dostęp do sauny - Przyjazna pani z recepcji (black curly hairs) - dobre wskazówki turystyczne, bliskość do zwiedzania (Wieża Galata kilka minut spacerem), dużo restauracji i kawiarni w okolicy, sauna, łazienka - ok, uprzejme panie od masażu/strefy wellness. Także personel w restauracji życzliwy. Jest po prostu OK - bare minimum. Pokój był trochę ciasny, łóżko za miękkie, słabe poduszki, nieporozumienie z ręcznikami na saunie (polecam zapoznać się z zasadami saunowania), prawie doszło do nieporozumienia w komunikacji przy zamówieniu taxi po odbiór z lotniska (udało się zamówić, ale jeśli zrobiłbyś to za późno to nie wyjaśnią co możesz zrobić - ja wiem, ale ktoś starszy mógłby poczuć się zagubiony). Być może przydałoby się szkolenie z komunikacji z klientem, ale dodam, że nie wynika to z braku życzliwości czy złej intencji - po prostu mam porównanie z innych hoteli i można pewne drobiazgi dopracować. Meble do renowacji, okna nie są wyciszone (odgłosy ulicy), niepotrzebna prośba o wystawienie wysokiej oceny na booking - 9,3/10 to zawyżona i sztuczna ocena i niestety przez takie praktyki ludzie przestają patrzeć na oceny na bookingu. Czuć dość ekonomiczne nastawienie właścicieli - są jakieś kary za brudne ręczniki w regulaminie - choć nikt się akurat do mnie nie przyczepił. Zacząłbym od zmiany nastawienia i polepszenia podstaw, wtedy miejsce będzie lepsze i nie trzeba będzie prosić o recenzje. Poza tym, ujdzie, ale na zdjęciach tak jakby lepszy efekt niż wrażenie na żywo.

(Sinem c’est toujours un bonheur de la retrouver). je tiens à remercier aussi la femme de chambre pour son travail remarquable et sa gentillesse, la chambre était toujours impeccable à notre retour. La literie était extrêmement confortable Un hôtel propre calme et proche de toutes les commodités garantit un accès immédiat aux transports, restaurants, commerces et attractions locales. C'est mon hôtel de prédilection et je m'y sens comme chez moi Je recommande vivement 🙂

• Michiel (9/5): Erg fijne dagen gehad! - Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie! Hele fijne massage/hamam gehad in het hotel. Super!! Onze kamer was op een gegeven moment wat gehorig maar dat viel uiteindelijk wel mee.

Het kon best wel gehorig zijn in de avond, maar was goed te doen. Verder was het jammer dat de kamers erg warm waren en de airco niet kouder kon dan 18 graden.

• Tatjana (8/5): - Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte nach einer zweiten Decke gefragt und sofort eine bekommen. Darüber hinaus ist die Lage wirklich top. Man hat alles was man braucht. Ebenso sind die Empfehlungen sehr cool und hilfreich. Ebenso wirkt es sehr modern. Es wirkt zwar sehr modern und neu aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle sollte man flecken und Löcher beseitigen. Das ist nicht wirklich störend, würde jedoch hochwertiger wirken. Nachts fiel helles Licht aus dem Flur durch die Schlitze der Zimmertür, sodass das Zimmer nie vollständig dunkel war. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig und man konnte deutlich hören, wenn jemand vorbeilief, gesprochen wurde oder Türen auf dem Flur geschlossen wurden. Es fühlte sich an, als würde alles direkt neben dem Zimmer passieren.

• Sevda (10/5): Sehr sauber, sehr zentral, außergewöhnliche sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! - Wer mehr als ein Hotel, nämlich ein Zuhause sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Housekeeping Damen, Safak, Ayse, Zühra und alle anderen leisten außergewöhnliches. Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und behandeln einen mit großem Respekt. Dasselbe gilt für die Belegschaft die an der Rezeption arbeiten. Sinem, Mustafa, Berk und alle anderen Mitarbeiter behandeln einen ihre Gäste wie Könige. Sie gehen auf alle Wünsche ein und machen sogar unmögliches möglich! Dieses Hotel ist einzig und allein aufgrund der Mitarbeiter ein großer Mehrwert! Mir hat alles gefallen. Mir würde nur nicht gefallen, wenn das Hotelpersonal nicht mehr da wäre.

Einkaufsstrasse, Superermärkte, Restaurants, Strassenbahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc... alles fußläufig erreichbar. Nachts kann es teilweise etwas lauter werden, da man halt mitten in Istanbul ist. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber mehr braucht man im Prinzip nicht. Bad mit begehbarer Dusche war auch Top. Und alles war sauber. Zimmer könnten manchen Leuten etwas zu klein. Nachts kann es lauter werden.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und. serviceorientiert. Alles war sauber. Morgens wurde einem Kaffee und kleine Küchlein bereitgestellt. Es gan super Tipps per Whats App. Top Preis-Leistung gesamt. Die Lage in der schmalen Gasse sorgt dafür das es recht dunkel ist und die Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein.
• Kian (7/5): The stay was okay for the price paid but some room for improvement - Staff were very friendly and helpful, very responsive via whatsapp. Location was good with a short walk out into the main road and further up to taksim square. Good shower pressure and the room was well cleaned every day Unfortunately the AC unit was not very good and we were constantly woken up by noise especially in the morning by cleaners and the resturant downstairs early in the mornings. The bed and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable.

• Alexandra (8/5): Good value for the money and location, could use some upgrades. - The location is very good. Located close to the main attractions and Galata tower. Rooms on the street side are noisy and we had to change our room due to a broken shower and window that didn't open properly. But the staff was kind and offered us a premium room on the rear side that was quiet and sunny.

Others were brilliant too, didn’t get their name unfortunately! Shower/ water pressure during shower was not great. The staff have taken note and said they will fix it. However it worked and I had a good stay so not a huge complaint.

Room was spacious and even though it was on the lower floors there was no street noise. Very friendly and helpful staff. The towels have seen better days and weren't puffy clean as expected in similar places. The overall cleanliness was meeting the minimal standards, but just about. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but a bit too pushy in asking for 10-score reviews. Sauna and spa are tiny with no dipping pool to cool off.

Ich habe mein Portmonee verloren und das Hotelpersonal hat alles dafür getan es wiederzufinden und am Ende konnte ich meinen Flug noch bekommen. Würde immer wieder zurückkommen. Nichts!!! Alles toll!

It would be great if a bit more attention could be given to the maintenance of the furniture and the bathroom plumbing, as some elements seemed slightly worn or in need of repair. Additionally, the balcony door was not functioning and could not be opened, which was a bit disappointing. Addressing these small issues would further enhance the overall guest experience.

• Pabalelo (10/5): A beautiful place that made my stay truly enjoyable. Great location too. - The property was amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I absolutely loved my room. Nothing at all.

• Imani (9/5): - Great location, centrally located. Very friendly staff, clean facilities. The hotel staff were very kind, they left me desserts in my room on my birthday. I could hear a lot of noise from the street at night in my room, but in a busy area like this it's to be expected I guess.

• Mehmet (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt im Westist Hotel war einfach wunderbar! Die herzliche und einladende Atmosphäre ist beim Betreten des Hotels sofort spürbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Frau Sinem; vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich willkommen und bestens betreut. Die Lage ist perfekt; Sie sind in 2 Minuten auf der Istiklal-Straße. Ein Taxistand befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl des Westist Hotels und werde bei meiner nächsten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
