The pools, waterpark and entertainment were also really good. 5 minute walk away is a load of shops. Our room was beautiful and they also upgraded us for free. Would definitely stay here again.

• kasrula (10/5): Best holiday ever! - Best stay in Turkey ever – Greenwood Suites Resort, Antalya We have just returned from Greenwood Suites Resort in Antalya on 20/05/2026, and I can honestly say this was our best stay in Turkey ever. We had two rooms (1705 and 1711), and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent contemporary-designed rooms that are modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Both rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. It was also fantastic that all rooms have air conditioning, which worked perfectly throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the excellent WiFi, which worked brilliantly all over the hotel—something that can be rare when travelling, but here it was reliable everywhere. The staff were outstanding. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Their professionalism and willingness to assist really made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities are amazing, especially the swimming pools—there are around 8 pools, all offering something different, with entertainment happening throughout the whole day, making the atmosphere lively and fun for both adults and children. For families, the kids’ entertainment at night was absolutely amazing and kept everyone entertained. The food was another major highlight. There was an excellent choice of food, with plenty of restaurants available, including buffet options and à la carte dining. It was fantastic that food was available late into the night, giving lots of flexibility. I would also say: do not believe some of the negative comments others have written. Our experience was nothing but positive, and we could not fault the hotel. Greenwood Suites Resort delivered everything we wanted—comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, fantastic food, and brilliant entertainment. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.
• shannongQ8139AY (10/5): Great hotel, lots for your money! Would recommend. - Stayed a week from 9th may, Fantastic hotel, room was clean and spacious. It also had a full sized fridge freezer and washing machine which was so handy! Staff were all absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful. The location is great, there’s plenty to do around the hotel and lots of activities within 30 mins of the hotel, beach is a 5 minute walk away or the have a shuttle there hourly. Food was good. Lots of choice, so much fresh fruit and salad. We were at the hotel every meal and never ran out of choices even my kids found plenty they liked! Drinks were very good, good selection and very good measures! Swimming pools were clean and well maintained, every area is always very well staffed. The water park is really good always games etc going on. There also 3 separate pools elsewhere in the hotel which are quieter if the water park is too much for you. Overall really nice hotel, close to the airport and you get good value for money.

• emma361991 (10/5): Great hotel for families - We have had an amazing holiday at greenwood. All staff have been so friendly, even when the language barrier gets in the way. The entertainment team have all been great, getting all the kids involved, even our eldest who is a little shy usually. My youngest has made a great friend in Radik. He has made her feel so welcome, and her little face lights up when she sees his face. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children.

The animators have been amazing, and my youngest loves Radik and hiwi. They have made the holiday so enjoyable. They cater for all ages, and make even the most nervous feel welcome. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it.
• paultZ6963JA (6/5): Average at best - Stayed here for a week 12 to18 may. Good and bad . Good. Great price compared to other hotels in area. Clean and tidy. Great selection of drinks. Great location. Swimming pools and slides are brill. Loads of sunbeds. Excellent evening shows . Thoroughly enjoyed them. Friendly staff. Bad. Not enough staff in hotel.always waiting for drinks. 5 staff in dining room and people queuing to get own drinks. Lobby bar always had a queue in the evening with 1 staff pouring drinks.9pm show even worse. I was queuing and 9 people in front. Waiting like 5 to 10 mins for a drink is bad. Need more staff. I told them this twice and nothing changed. Guest relations coming round and asking if everything is OK 4 or 5 times. Told them about queuing and nothing. They phoned our room 2 times and asked if everything OK. And phoned again near end and asked for good feedback on here. Food. Acceptable but repetitive. Not a lot of choice. One day there was beef stew, chicken drumsticks , bbq chicken and kebab for the meat selection. Of course meat is the most expensive but come on. Give us some more variety. I had chips every day because there was no other choice of potatoes. Except 1 night they had potatoe wedges. The worst thing was the hot dog sausages for lunch were used at night. They put 2 on a plate and dressed them up with sauce and garnish. WOW. this is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Other hotels in area like miracle resort or limak lara have about 3 or 4 times the selection of food. Beach. Advert says 750 metres to sea. No chance. Minimum 1km. That's in a straight line. Take theirs bus and its at leasts 2km. Went to beach once and nothing special. No music. No WiFi. Pool Pool area near hotel had WiFi. Pool with slides did not have WiFi at all. Pools not heated. Except baby pool. Very cold Animation team. They didn't exist in my eyes. Saw them playing darts and water polo. No one came round and asked if we wanted to join in. Not once. But when they were selling tickets to bingo for 10 euros they were on us loads. Everyone saying about radik. Not sure who he was . Maybe he was the one with the microphone shouting at the top of his voice" applause!! " every 5 mins. Very annoying Spa. Expensive. 70 euro 50 min massage. You can haggle price but why not have cheaper and you might get more people. When you see 70 euro most people walk away. Good massage anyway. Too many children. Was not half term but loads of them . Enjoyed the holiday but its more like a high 3 or low 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star. Won't be going back. Sorry
• briza43 (6/5): Not a 4 Star, but mainly OK - Reasonable location, but a a few hundred metres towards shops would be better. Paid for a 2 bedroom. These are on the ground floor and first floor only. First room offered was Block A, across from reception, in left hand corner, on first floor. Vary dark with no sunshine. Asked Reception for a change of room. Given Block D, which was much better - larger living area, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, washing machine. Problem in that balcony is only outside children's bedroom, and is small and narrow. Not conducive to sitting outside with drinks in the evening. Beds had frayed blanket with holes in it. Duvets had no covers until the last evening, despite room being cleaned every day, when staff put covers on them. 2 single duvets for a double bed. Kitchen area only had 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. No utensils, so had to use wooden stirrers supplied, although we had plastic utensils with us. Washing machine and large fridge/freezers was good. Fizzy drinks and water replaced when empty. Hotel grounds were a bit shabby - quite a lot of weeds growing through paving, which should have been cleared before the season started. All bars were good. Food - on first day, there was a lot of variety. BY days 3 and 4, you could see how much was recycled into other meals, but there was always something to choose and nice to try small bits of Turkish food to avoid waste if you didn't like it. Restaurant staff were very good. Not keen on staff picking up plates on roller skates. Think this will be a problem in busy summer. When collecting towels at Spa, be prepared for a sales pitch for massages and treatments etc. Didn't use Gym, but it was well equipped for an hotel however, we did see young children playing on machines. Indoor pool was fine when not busy. Bought Land of Legends tickets from Jet2 rep in hotel, and got discounted rate. Also used the car service guy in hotel, which was good quality and punctual. Got a sparky van for our son's birthday. Asked if hotel could provide a cake. As it was his 21st, they left bottle of wine and fruit in the room, which was nice. Offered balloons and banners, but we had brought our own.

The pools are great, specially the heated one as our youngest was not a fan of the cold water. Food was okay, could do with more selection but didn't expect it to taste like home food

Great cocktails especially of the cocktail trolley at night times, maryem makes great passion fruit martinis 😋. The ice cream man (didn’t catch his name) was lovely aswell. Hotel Staff and entertainment team were amazing and very helpful with everything. Great options at meal times and very handy having the pool bar with the kids so they can close to pool and in their wet costumes. Rooms very spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We will definatly be visiting again.

Resteraunt, Pool, aqua bar, all the day time activities! He is very friendly super fun & very good with my 18 month old baby! The kids club has a little soft play area which was good!! The food was nice and the rooms was good! Would recommend to anybody! Mini disco at night and the night entertainment was really good . !! Jus want to say again RADIK IS THE STAR OF THE HOTEL!!!!!

• Sinem (3/5): Very Poor Experience- Not Worth the Money! - I only enjoyed the tours that i booked seperately! Our stay was very disappointing. My son got food poisoning, and the hotel staff showed little concern and pushed us toward expensive private medical services. The food quality was poor, the location is far from everything, and the rooms were not cleaned properly. We also had a blocked shower that was never properly resolved. Definitely not worth the money!

The staff were great, especialy the blonde lady she halped us by letting us stay 2 more hours in the room before our flight. Everything we asked for, they ressolved. The food was amazing and huge variety.12 points out of 10🙂 Entertainment was good-every night was a different theme and was fun. Rooms were basic and not up for standards. • Paul (8/5): Great hotel lovely spacious rooms and the staff were so polite and caring and there for the holiday guests - Couldn’t really fault this hotel , suites are lovely and spacious , great entertainment team day and night , really caring girls in the kiddy club which our kids absolutely loved. Food was ok and available around the clock even after hours on floor 1. Overall experience of this hotel was great I honestly couldn’t find much to dislike about this hotel, apart from housekeeping really, they could do with a mop/bucket and actually wash the floor instead of just running a brush around , floor was quick dirty each day but bearable

• Yakovlieva (10/5): - Приехали в 7.00,заселили сразу, весь персонал очень внимательный,попросили тёплое одеяло,вопрос решился в 2 минуты.Номер шикарный,убирали каждый день,причём качественно.В баре какой хочешь коктейль,холодное пиво, бармены просто супер!!!в ресторане официанты такие же умнички.И вообще весь персонал старается сделать ваше пребывание безупречным.Еда 24 часа в сутки,то в одном ресторане,то в другом.Бассейны чистые и на любой вкус,сауна и конечно аквапарк!!! Море в 20 минцт идти пешком,если очень медленно,но каждые полчаса ходит бесплатный автобус от отеля,так что вообще не проблема.и на пляже тоже есть что покушать и напитки,лежаков и зонтов достаточно,песок и море чистые.Мы получили огромное удовольствие от отпуска и обязательно вернёмся!!! Никаких негативных впечатлений.

Хорошее расположение внутри отеля, все рядышком. Отель и бассейн отлично подходит даже ранней весной т.к. есть бассейн с подогревом на улице и внутри и рядом сауна и тренажерный зал.

I lost my glasses over the balcony and housekeeping went on the roof below to get them back for me . The weather wow we dropped on really well it was around 23 each day. The food there was always something to choose from and very healthy I could recommend this hotel enough.

• Sami (3/5): nicht zu empfehlen - Überschaubare Anlage, alles relativ einfach erreichbar super Rutschen auf Anfragen bezüglich der Zimmerausstattung wurde vom Hotelpersonal schnell reagiert Leider verlief der Urlaub nicht wie erhofft Schon beim Eintreffen im Hotel fiel uns auf, dass die Dame an der Rezeption kaum Englisch sprach, das einchecken war somit schon die erste Herausforderung. Wir wurden dann mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter in ein Zimmer direkt am Pool und direkt am Übergang zur Hauptbar und zur Bühne einquartiert. Am Tag war das noch ok, da der besagte Pool hauptsächlich von den Erwachsenen benutzt wurde, nachts liefen aber andauernd betrunkene Gäste an unserem Zimmer vorbei, wodurch wir sehr oft geweckt wurden. Nach dem zweiten Tag bekamen sowohl meine Frau und ich dann auch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, was den Urlaub endgültig ruinierte. Das gröbste war nach 1,5 Tagen vorbei und wir konnten unser Zimmer wieder verlassen, leider konnten wir aber den restlichen Urlaub trotzdem nur ganz wenig essen, weil uns sofort wieder schlecht wurde. Die Reaktion des Hotelpersonals darauf war totales Unverständnis und wurde damit erklärt, dass die lokale Küche nicht jeder verträgt. Die Türkei war aber bereits das 30ste Land, das wir bereist haben, ich war als Kind jedes Jahr in einem Land mit ähnlicher Küche und selbst 4 Wochen Thailand haben wir ohne solche Ergebnisse geschafft. Diese Erklärung ist somit nicht logisch. Auch der Strand war sehr verschmutzt und voller Bierdeckel, Stromkabel und ähnlichem Müll, die Pools im Hotel konnten wir aber leider auch fast nicht nutzen, da sie für unsere Tochter viel zu kalt waren. Das ironische an der Sache war, dass der Kinderpool der kälteste von allen war. Für Erwachsene mit stabilem Magen kann man dieses Hotel besuchen, ansonsten würde ich es nicht weiter empfehlen

Room perfect 5× Cleanlessness 5× Location 5× Staff 5× Food 5× Drinks 4× due to running out of certain ones and not restocking. Entertainment 2× due to not much going on at all. When was on lasted for half hour. Guest relation team 5× Reception team 5× The pool area were all ammculate. Weve never seen pools so clean. Our over all stay was perfect. Would we go back YES. Turkey, for me, is known for it's abundant selection of dishes in it's resorts, so that would be only recommendation to improve, however, my apartment was spacious and cozy at the same time. And foremost, Yfuk - friendly and helpful security sheriff deserves a promotion!!

Before arriving, we had some concerns due to the online reviews, but from the moment we checked in, everything changed in a positive way and we had a really nice holiday. Room & Cleaning: The room provided to us was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping ladies were very attentive and always smiling. We especially want to thank them for their effort. Staff: Guest Relations was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Radik from the animation team was absolutely amazing; he truly does his best to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Yusuf and Iskender at the bar were great—fast, friendly, and professional. The lobby bar staff, whose names we unfortunately cannot remember, were also very welcoming and kind. Restaurant & À La Carte: The main restaurant was sufficient and well-organized. We also really enjoyed the complimentary Italian à la carte dinner that was offered to us. Spa & Massage: The spa area is very good and functional. Don’t hesitate to ask about massage prices— the staff kindly provides suitable discounts. Also, we strongly advise you not to purchase the 15–20 euro hammam/massage packages sold by Jet2 or other agencies. The quality is very low and it cannot be compared to the hotel’s own spa services. If you plan to use the spa, definitely book directly with the hotel; the staff is truly professional. What Could Be Improved: In the gym, some adults were exercising with slippers, and there were children under 16 using the area. This can be dangerous, and controlling this would improve the overall quality even more. Overall: We arrived with doubts but left completely satisfied. Thank you to all the staff for their effort and hospitality. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a pleasant holiday experience.

We haven’t seen such a great variety of delicious dishes in a long time. The hotel also has several swimming pools and a water park, which was perfect for October since the sea had already started to cool down. Location of the hotel is also great - only half an hour from the airport. We stayed in a two-room suite with a kitchen. Everything was always clean, and the fridge was regularly resupplied. We would also like to thank the hotel staff for their help and friendliness, especially Ayten L. We were left with only positive impressions of both the hotel and our vacation.

Our room was run down with blown door casings, dirty grime on floor tiles, blown skirtings (see pics), lounge smelt of cigarettes from people outside on the car park smoking, pools freezing cold except the one small heated pool which was over run due to other pools being too cold to use and the food was just awful. Snack bar had the same food EVERY day, main buffet was bad. I am a fussy eater but my partner isn't and he didn’t eat much at all for the full 7 days. If you want 5 * don’t book here, this is more 3* and I know other guests we spoke to felt the same. We would 100% not recommend this hotel. Two positives from the visit, Ferat and Jacob from the bar team. Very friendly and helpful

It was a little bit cooler as we went on the october half term but we just missed a storm (we flew through it!) then got lovely weather for my 10, 6 and 1yr old girls! Fantastic first holiday. Food was a bit samey but still good. Drinks are good. Service was fab in all areas and make the hotel brilliant! Having a washing machine in the room was amazing...no mountain of washing to come home with! But I can imagine in the heat of the summer all the pools are busy. Entertainment was good, including Radik!! Who always went above and beyond to entertain our children! Food in hotel was always good. Always fresh and always replaced when something in the buffet ran out!

• M6241SGmichaelo (8/5): Half term break - Arrived after midnight and was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant that stays open until 6 am 😀. Our first room, located on the ground floor near the slides ,which had a permanent pool of water right outside the door, the shutter to the only window in the room didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t lock and to be honest the room was no way a four star room! The next morning, once speaking to staff, we were moved to the main hotel building to a room which was more worthy of four stars. The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very attentive and polite (when you make the effort to engage with them). The food is as you would expect for an all inclusive hotel with a wide selection to choose from. We went to the beach on the free shuttle bus which was great….the downside was at least ten stray dogs that were free to roam around the sun beds on the beach which was unnerving at times. At the hotel there are a lot of cats which go wherever they like in the restaurant, many times they were seen in the kitchen area and jumping on the tables outside taking food. There are not enough signs to tell people not to feed them. Also I feel there should be a manager at the entrance to the restaurant advising on what to wear especially at dinner time…. That aside we all had a great time
• caitlinwH5625JR (8/5): A great hotel, would stay again. - Came here for 8 nights on a family holiday. The hotel has amazing pools (one outdoor one heated!) the slides are great. A good option of drinks. Bottled water always available. The room was large, clean and had everything we need, as well as two bathrooms. Staff were friendly enough in the restaurants, food was good but repetitive and slightly ‘oily’ but there was a good enough selection every day. The entertainment throughout the day and night was amazing. The entertainment staff were brilliant and really added to the greatness of the holiday. Some names to mention are Radik, Bekka, Aren and Sem.

Check in was fine, felt that we could of been told more about the facilities, entertainment and where things were. Room was lovely and spacious, one double, one twin and sofa bed, large fridge and washing machine. Lights were not working and this was sorted within minutes of reporting. Food was fine, some nice dishes and a large variety. Unfortunately some of the food was not as hot as it should of been no matter what time you arrived. Pools were fantastic. Maybe the hotel was not as busy due to time of the year but there was no need to put towels down for sunbeds as plenty available. Evening entertainment was superb with somethingfor everyone. There was a team of workers including Radik, Bekka and Areen. They were so friendly and you could tell that they enjoyed what they did. There was also games during the day which alot of people participated in. The only thing I would mention is that at times some staff in the restaurant were not as friendly as their co-workers, but this would not put me off returning.

The food was nice and had food going on all day. But the real gem of the hotel is the entertainment team: Radik, Arin and Beka. They have been so friendly and engaging no matter what age and invite you to play everything with them. They encourage you to get up during evening entertainment and just overall are so friendly and funny! by far the best entertainment team i have ever seen!

The food offered a wide selection, which was appreciated, although it would have been better if it had been served warmer. The swimming pools were generally quite cold, with the exception of one warmer pool, which unfortunately appeared rather murky and could have benefited from better maintenance. I was also disappointed to discover that the à la carte restaurants required an additional payment, as this was not clearly communicated beforehand and gave the impression that they were included. Regrettably, during my stay, I suffered an accident after slipping on water in the entertainment area, which resulted in a hospital visit. Despite asking several times, I was advised that the incident did not need to be recorded in the accident book, which I found concerning and unprofessional. The situation felt unsettling and left me questioning the hotel’s approach to guest safety. While the hotel does have some positive aspects, I believe significant improvements are needed in both safety procedures and communication with guests, as well as in the general upkeep of the facilities, to ensure a more comfortable and secure experience.

Since we arrived a bit late, we thought we'd be starving until the next morning but we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was a restaurant open all night. That was a great start. The room we stayed in was really large and clean. Overall, the food was very good, from breakfast to dinner. The outdoor bar also served great pizza. Since we were with children (ages 10 and 18), we really enjoyed the water slides. It was great fun for both, kids and me😉😉 The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially the October fest. All the staff deserve special mention, but especially Radik and Yosun (I forgot how to spell it; he worked at the outdoor bar). In summary, we had a truly wonderful week, and although I don't think it's a five-star hotel, I can really recommend it to everyone and l know they won't be disappointed. Thank You everyone who made our holiday special🙂🙂🙂 We will be back soon. BTW weather was very good☀️☀️☀️☀️

It's been the experience made better by the likes of RADIK and Baka The entertainment guy's really, really, really fun, really good with the children really good with the adults as well, try and get everyone involved. The rooms especially 1114 is really spacious and very clean. The waterpark is as good as it looks on the pictures. I advise you to play waterpolo its funny. 5 stars from me.
