• Emanuela (4/5): - posizione ottima in una piazza centrale ma tranquilla pulizia molto scarsa, i pavimenti infatti risultavano già sporchi appena arrivati; mancanza di alcune dotazioni in cucina tra cui detersivo lavastoviglie sufficiente per i giorni di soggiorno; testata del letto non ben assicurata al muro ma si muoveva rischiando di farsi male.

• Tracey (8/5): Super convenient location - Excellent location in easy walking distance from the train station and many famous attractions. While the piazza was always busy the apartment does not face onto the square so it was whisper quiet. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars right outside your door and a small supermarket a couple of minutes away if you turn left out of the entrance. All in all a very good option for a great stay in this beautiful city

Limited facilities in the kitchen. could have been cleaner. chared cleaning fee but had to empty the bins on departure. I think the cash payment of the city tax is a tax dodge. Two small tubes of shower gel and shampoo for two of us for 5 days. one towel each for 5 days.

• Nadine (9/5): Excellent location, very comfortable apartment. - The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything and close to all attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was pleasant, however, I did wait quite a few days for a response sometimes (when making arrangements for the check-in). Had they just said they'll send everything on the day of arrival it would have been fine but the fact I was told everything would be sent immediately and then it went very quiet for a few days made me a little worried. The shower tray seemed to be blocked, as the water would not drain, so we sometimes had to take a break when having a shower, to wait for the water to go down. The toilet seat kept falling off.
• Cindy (10/5): Great location and clean - Perfect location right in front of the Piazza Santa Croce. It is in walking distance to everything. Go to Vivoli for the gelato and the BEST affogato since it is just the next street over which is a huge plus. We were able to avoid the long lines. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean with beautiful remodeled bathrooms. The pictures make the room look quite gloomy but this place has so many lightings, I love it. You also have the option of using the keys or entering codes to get in. We love using the codes as they were much more convenient. Although we never met the host, they were in constant contact with us and checkin was very easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect!
• Brenda (9/5): Superb - In hot summer days, it was nice to explore the city during the morning and walking distance to return for lunch at the apartment and get rest. We were then able to restart our evening fresh withing 10-15 min walking distance from main spots. Near restaurants, supermarket, gelatos and places for drinks. Everything was clean and well equipped. Had a nice stay Day 1 we had some construction going next to our room (a little too loud) but rest of our days were good. would be nice to have at least some coffee available
• David (8/5): Great location, but mind the steps! - Good location. Hosts were very helpful. Too many stairs. 30 from street level to first floor (no lift). Unfriendly steps to upstairs bedroom.

• Prerna (9/5): Beautiful apartment, amazing location - The location was amazing, in one of the main piazzas which holds Santa Croce cathedral. It was walking distance to the main duomo and easily accessible to most of the sightseeing places/train stations. The apartment seemed recently renovated and thus the facilities were top-notch and the place was sparkling clean. Things were well thought of and provided for; we really enjoyed our stay there.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Fabulous location close to the least touristy area of Florence. - Loved the location on Santa Croce, very close to many bars and restaurants and a 30 minute walk from the station. Very clean, super comfy and very well equipped. Great shower. Very comfortable bed and peaceful as there was no noise from the square at night. Good communication with David and Britta and clear entry instructions. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in this incredibly beautiful city. The only thing I can say is that it would have been useful to have some coffee provided.
• Zseli (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is great, most of the sights are in walking distance. There are restaurants, cafeterias and small shops nearby. The bed is pretty comfortable. The floor could have been swept and mopped before our arrival.

Very nicely designed apartment in the wonderful Santa Croce area, which is very close to the centre. Nothing that we didn't like! Would be nice to have toiletries and other items in plastic free/refillable containers.
