Die Putzfrauen machen einen tollen Job, gebt Ihnen ein Trinkgeld!!! Alles hat gepasst!!! (Und ich habe in Cancún schon so einiges erlebt: Riesige Schaben im Zimmer, Kopfweh, weil das ganze Haus schimmelt, Putzfrauen die mich bestehlen wollten usw.)

• Subham (9/5): Amazing Stay at Viento Suites - We had a really pleasant stay at Viento Suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s very convenient, with tour buses departing from nearby, which made getting around and exploring super easy. There are also multiple convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. The area felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Cancun with a perfect balance of comfort and location. Highly recommended! The only downside was a slight weird smell in the bathroom, and it would have been nice if coffee kits were provided, as this is quite common in other hotels in the area.

• COMEAU (4/5): Not a good place for relaxing. - There’s a lot to do for children. The staff is friendly. The beach is amazing. This is a huge resort. They pack this resort to the fullest and there is not enough staff or resources to accommodate the guests. People wait in line to eat. To reserve an à la cart you have to make sure you book at 8:00am. (A la cartes are to be booked between 8 and 10 pm.)Or you don’t get a reservation. People are on vacation not everyone wakes up early to book their dinner. There are not enough beach/pool beds. You have to wake up at 7 to put your towels either on the beach or pool. It’s just not relaxing enough. Too many guests not enough resources. I felt rushed and not relaxed at all.

I stayed here 7 days and without fail every single day they would be barking day and night. I couldn't sleep for the first four days and ultimately had to resort to buying noise cancelling headphones to go to sleep. If you sleep with headphones in or earplugs then I'd highly recommend this property. Otherwise, I'd reconsider.

Le frigo qui fait un bruit de fou, la lumière du détecteur incendie au dessus du lit qui clignoter toutes les x secondes et qui vous empêche de dormir, les murs très fins qui font qu’à 2h du matin vous vous réveillez car votre voisin parle au téléphone.

La forma fácil de hacer check in me gustó mucho, y sobre todo me gustó que las encargadas de el lugar son muy amables y lindas, le dan ese toque hogareño a él lugar. Volveria a ir y lo recomiendo, lo que ven en las imágenes es lo que hay, muy buen lugar cerca de los buses, hay un oxxo y un seven eleven a unos pasos. Otra cosa que me gustó es que hay un hospital con urgencias al lado para mi como madre de un niño siempre pienso en todo y eso le da un extra a el lugar. todo es perfecto. Excelente.

• Normen (9/5): - Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern. Der CheckIn spät nachts verlief unkompliziert und das Personal, welches nur tagsüber vor Ort ist, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Pool habe ich nicht benutzt, sah aber alles soweit sauber und in Ordnung aus. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln gefunden.

La camera molto pulita, siamo stati la prima e l'ultima notte del nostro viaggio e sono state perfette soprattutto per il parcheggio fuori la struttura della macchina. E' in una posizione molto tranquilla, non vicino alla zona più trafficata dell' Hoteleria, ma avendo la macchina abbiamo preferito così.

• Amanda Rochelle (10/5): - My husband and I recently returned from a 2 week stay at Viento Suites. This was our second time here and I can guarantee it will not be our last! It truly feels like a home away from home. We stayed in the suite that has a living room/kitchen area and can not recommend it enough for a slightly longer/extended stay. It was so convenient to have the extra space, full size fridge and cooking area so that we were able to purchase some groceries and make some quick meals. The AC worked great in both the bedroom and living room area and our room was always kept very clean and replenished with fresh towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The garden and pool area were clean and inviting and we enjoyed every minute we spent out there! The area surrounding is very safe and it is conveniently located to get to just about anywhere with a short walk or car ride (beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc). The absolute best part is the staff… Casi, Antonio and Meri were always so friendly and helpful and you can tell that they truly care about their guests. In fact, Casi recognized my husband and myself right away even though it had been over a year since we were last there. She goes above and beyond to always make our stay special. It was actually hard to say goodbye, but we know it’s actually see you later as we can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you for another amazing stay and we can’t wait to see you next time :)

• Juan Pablo (8/5): Regular - Buen aire acondicionado, linda instalación, se puede cocinar en el lugar, refrigerador grande. Falta de personal en el lugar para dudas y consultas.

• JOSE RUIZ MARRUFO (10/5): - Todo bien la amabilidad del personal excelente No se si no entendí o es normal pero me mandaron mensaje diciendo que la limpieza tiene costo como solo me quedé una noche creo se refiere a los que se quedan más dias
• Emma (6/5): - Les équipements étaient ok (lit, télévision) et la localisation pratique. L'immeuble est plutôt joli. J'ai trouvé que la propreté laissait à désirer (papier toilette avec des tâches marrons, piscine trouble). Aussi la porte censée être sécurisée de l'immeuble était cassée et, outre le fait que nous avons attendu plusieurs minutes en bas de l'immeuble sans nouvelles de l'hôte avant de comprendre que la porte était cassée, il n'y avait donc aucune sécurité dans l'immeuble.,

• Eric (6/5): - Muy bien para una noche. Cama algo incomoda pero espaciosa. Las habitaciones estan bien, tienen lo que necesitas y estan limpias. Mucho ruido desde bien temprano en la mañana. La señora que lo atiende es lo mejor del lugar, es muy amable y servicial.

• Sandra (8/5): - Wij hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt. Kamer was prima. Wij hadden een huurauto. Er was voldoende plek om de auto vlakbij te parkeren. Er is een mall in de buurt. 5 min met de auto. Het zwembad zag er klein uit. Hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er is geen lift, maar hoefden maar 1 hoog.
