• Alejandro (2/5): - Location Not worth the value you're paying, and let me explain why: If you're going to Rome ONLY for the sightseeing, with absolutely no intention of being online while at the hotel, then the place is fine. However, if you, like me and many other people, intend to do at least some work at the end of the day, or even upload the hundred photos of the Colosseum to Instagram and you need to use the internet for this, then this is NOT the place for you. The internet connection is awful, slow and it's interrupted every two seconds. Since having a decent internet connection is in this day and age is a given in my opinion, the place deserves a two star (especially because it prevented me from doing work, which is vital for me). There are two things that are good about this place: 1) location, and 2) the overall setting of the room (although very small). Now, if you don't speak Italian, then forget about watching any TV at the end of the day. ALL channels are in italian. Not one single international channel. Now, let's talk about breakfast. I booked via Booking.com and the rate was "with breakfast included". This is what you will get: you will get a daily coupon per person to go to a restaurant downstairs, where you will be given a coffee, one croissant, and one orange juice. Technically it is breakfast indeedl, but just don't expect eggs, bacon, or anything else you may think of regular breakfast. It's not it. Now, this place is a hybrid of a hotel and an Airbnb, whereby you get daily room cleaning, for example, but there is no reception per se. There is someone in one of the rooms that you can ring, but not available 24 hours. So, for about 600 Euros for three nights, I would definitely NOT recommend this place, and I would not stay here again.

• Lindsay (9/5): 2nd year in a row, and we'll be back! - We stayed here last year and booked again, as soon as we got home. You can not beat this location. The property itself is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in - immaculate! There are slippers, toothbrushes, maps, clean towels every day, hairdryer, etc. The list goes on, and they have thought of everything. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the showers are powerful, with endless hot water. Perfect. Unfortunately, there were some other guests who were very inconsiderate, coming in very late and being extremely noisy. This is NOT the fault of the property, just bad manners from rude people. Once they were in their room, it was fine, but the level of noise in reception as they passed through was unacceptable. Again , there is no blame on the accommodation, just the individuals. For this reason, I wouldn't want to stay in the room closest to reception again.

• Claudia (9/5): Passend für einen Städtetrip - Wirklich toll ist, dass der Kühlschrank täglich (!) mit Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt wird, Kaffeemaschine ist im Zimmer sowie auch ein Wasserkocher. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie zB eine Flasche Prosecco und eine Schachtel Cookies wurden vom Gastgeber bereitgestellt. Wir hatten Glück, Zimmer war sehr ruhig und selten so gut in einem fremden Bett geschlafen. Zimmer ist funktional, wie auch das Badezimmer (etwas klein, für einen Städtetrip aber völlig ausreichend, wir waren lediglich zum Schlafen im Zimmer). Lage ist sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Anliegen wurden prompt erledigt. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder buchen, schon allein wegen der tollen Lage. Luft nach oben gibt es immer, für einen Städtetrip ist das Angebot passend!

• Gordana (9/5): Overall, a very comfortable and practical stay in an unbeatable location. - Location, location, location. The apartment is just a two-minute walk from Piazza Navona and makes an excellent base for exploring Rome on foot. We managed to walk to every major sightseeing point in the city, even with a six-year-old child, and it was not only doable but genuinely pleasant. The apartment is well furnished and regularly maintained. The bathroom is quite big, clean and well-equipped. The owners provide water, juice, coffee, and tea on a daily basis, which was a very thoughtful touch. We were also welcomed with a bottle of champagne and biscuits, which made our arrival feel even more special. The included breakfast at the bar downstairs is simple — a croissant, fresh orange juice, and coffee — but more than welcome and very convenient. Luggage storage is also available both before check-in and after check-out, which made our arrival and departure much easier. There was very little to dislike. The only minor point was that there could be some noise from the street downstairs early in the morning. However, the apartment has double doors/windows, and when they were closed, the noise was reduced substantially.

The rooms were very clean and the Ammenities were all free which is a loft saver when it comes to water. Beds were firm and perfect after a long days walk. Bathrooms extremely clean and had all the toiletry items you need. The windows opened to the street and were great for listening to the city but when you need some silence they blocked out all the noise when closed. Would highly recommend

Tuvimos problemas para acceder la primera noche fuera del horario. El personal, que estaba en otro piso de al lado, no era especialmente amable ni competente. Toallas de poca calidad. Alguna con rotos.

Vasca idromassaggio una chicca della stanza anche se ci vuole molto per riempirla. Kit di cortesia troppo "scarso", essendo una suites mi aspetto frigo bar con "alcolici" o vino oltre a bottigliette d acqua e succo, inoltre il kit colazione era composto SOLO da mini confezioni di 2 biscotti. Colazione gratuita al bar sotto è una cosa molto bella, peccato che per il prezzo della suite, il bar sotto offre cornetti e paste decongelate o comunque NON fresche e NON fatte da loro. Si sente leggermente troppo le persone appena entrano nelle altre stanze. troppo poco insonorizzata per essere suite

Beautifully designed room to make the most of the space. Great size bathroom. Lovely windows with shutters and an internal door to sound proof. Easy to access once you had the keys. Breakfast at the cafe next door was spot on. Staff friendly and helpful. Contact via WhatsApp would make it easier for international travellers. The online check in was ok, but I initially struggled to find the apt (closed wooden doors) and couldn’t get into the apartments themselves. Admittedly this may have been me being a bit day following a long day of travel.
• Barbara (10/5): DANCE FIT FESTIVAL Atlantico Roma Eur - Il Personale e la Gestrice sono molto accoglienti il ragazzo che si occupa delle struttura è molto disponibile e cerca di accontetare tutte le richieste....la Posizione è perfetta vicino a Piazza Navona si arriva ovunque a piedi pieno di local ristoranti .I mezxi pubblici li si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti .Per arrivare a Termini con le valige ci vuole il Taxi 20 euro.viene davanti alla Struttura .Inoltre pur essendo in Centro storico nelle Stanze non si sente alcun rumore sono davvero silenziose.In camera vi è Macchinetta x il caffe e Bollitore con svariti Tee, Caffe Acqua ,Succhi compresi nel prezzo della Prenotazione..Mi sarei fermata ancora ma purtroppo era tutto prenotato quindi prenotare x tempo. L unica cosa è la colazione,diciamo che il titolare del posto ove si può fare colazione compresa non è molto elastico .Capuccio 1cornett se ve ne sono ancora altrimenti me la prima volta mi ha detto che potevo avere 2 biscotti 2di numero e un bicchiere piccolo di spremuta stop..Se uno desidera altro se lo paga .Peró fanno dei buoni tranci di focaccacia Romana e farcita in svariati modi .Unico punto;forse rivedrei accordi con il titolare del Bar , oppure senza colazione e uno poi va dove crede e se la paga..

• Thilo Brednich (8/5): - Trotz Buchung für 3 Personen hatte Booking diese Information nicht an die Unterkunft kommuniziert, dort hat man nur mit 2 Personen gerechnet. Das führte bei Ankunft zu Verwirrung, konnte aber zum Glück schnell behoben werden.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del ragazzo che si occupa delle pulizie che prima di partire ci ha dato due bottigliette d’acqua fresche Colazione di bassa qualità nel bar vicino, dove la pulizia non è proprio il punto di forza (una bevanda calda, una brioches e un’aranciata). Dato il prezzo della struttura potrebbe essere offerto ai clienti qualcosa di più (se chiedi anche solo un caffè in più è da pagare). Nella struttura composta da 4 camere è difficile trovare qualcuno a cui chiedere informazioni di persona. Ci ha accolti una signora molto sbrigativa, un po’ più spirito di accoglienza verso i clienti non farebbe male

• Carlos (8/5): Muy recomendable por su ubicación y precio para familias. - La ubicación es inigualable, súper céntrico, lleno de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor y se puede caminar prácticamente a todos lados dentro de Roma. Dos cosas tienen que mejorar. La primera es que el agua caliente de sus regaderas se acaba muy pronto. No es posible que dos personas se bañen una después de la otra sin quedarse (la segunda) sin agua caliente. Esto nos pasó en los tres cuartos que utilizamos. La segunda es que deben mejorar la calidad de sus toallas, ya que siendo relativamente nuevas se sienten como trapos baratos.

Highly recommend. Nothing, except a clearer sign outside door saying name of property would be helpful.
