- Julia.13 (9/5): Ruhige und gut gelegene geräumige Unterkunft - Sehr gute Lage - alles fußläufig erreichbar (sonst sind auch Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe). Durch die Lage des Zimmers haben wir nichts vom Straßenverkehr mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war super geräumig! Check-in war unkompliziert und am Tag der Abreise konnten wir die Koffer problemlos dort lassen bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. Entweder persönlicher Kontakt oder via WhatsApp- es waren alle immer hilfsbereit. Fahrstuhl im Gebäude haben wir täglich genutzt. Wenn es in einer anderen Wohnung lauter ist, ist es etwas hellhörig (was uns allerdings nicht vom Schlafen abhalten konnte). Hier und da etwas Spuren von Feuchte am Fenster- aber auch das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Estaba limpio y la habitación muy grande para la media de cualquier hotel. El personal Ilenia, en concreto, no necesitamos de ella pero sabíamos que estaba ahí para cualquier cosa. Perfecto todo Si tengo que poner alguna pega sería el mezclador de la ducha. No iba muy bien y pasabas del frío horrible al calor extremos sin control. Hay que echarle un vistazo. Lo demás genial.

Midden in het centrum (dicht bij vele highlights)maar toch rustig voor een plek midden in de stad. Dit hotel heeft de basis wat je nodig hebt om weer even tot rust te komen om je weer verder in de prachtstad onder te dompelen. Heerlijk die openslaande deuren met zicht op de binnenplaats voor wat koelere lucht (in mei)Ik raad deze plek zeker aan voor een paar dagen en kom misschien zelf ook nog wel eens terug. Als je liftangst hebt is deze locatie wel heel spannend. Nooit iemand van personeel gezien maar toch via de app goede communicatie en elke dag kamer weer netjes.

Owner responded very quickly to my questions The room is right next to the main entrance and the espresso coffee machine so not great for light sleepers like me. Voices carried disturbingly clearly through the ventilation system and as there was no door to the bathroom, I couldn’t help but hear. Only two sockets suitable for travel adapter, one for the fridge and the other for the tv, you take your pick as to which you can dispense with

They didn’t have a baby cot even though I booked a place for a baby also and they offered me an extra bed, which was an opened up sofa already existing on extra cost. Also, there is no breakfast or a place in the apartment where you can actually sit and eat even if you buy it yourself.

- Bianka (9/5): Ideale Unterkunft für die Reise nach Rom - Die Lage ist absolut super. Alle Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür). Die Haltestelle vom Flughafentransfer Fiumicino ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Schlüsselübergabe der Wohnung, wenn es nach 20 Uhr wird, ist sehr gut mit der Bar gegenüber geregelt. Hat man Fragen wird schnell geantwortet. Hab schon das zweite Mal hier übernachtet. Immer wieder gerne - gerade auch, wenn man alleine unterwegs ist. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

Struttura centralissima, dietro la Cassazione e a 4 minuti dal Pantheon e 6 minuti dalla metro Lepanto, con una decina di linee bus che passano letteralmente sotto casa. Nello stesso isolato sono presenti una farmacia, una gelateria e un localino che vende cibo tipico da asporto (supplì, pinse e pizze in teglia) super. Prezzo lievemente sotto la media. Consigliatissimo.

Not much really, the only minor comment I might have is that the shower temperature adjustment is a little tricky but it wasn't an issue.

- Bianka (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Rom - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Kurzer Weg von und zum Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen. Bushaltestelle für der Tür. Die wichtigsten Sehenwürdigkeiten sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Personal ist super nett und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Schlüsselübergabe nach 20 Uhr in der Bar gegenüber ist sehr gut organisiert. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

When we arrived the first night was exceptionally cold in the room, I used air conditioning according to the instructions but it worked very poorly. The day after they fixed the air conditioning issue, and provided us with more blankets (just in case) which was nice.
