• Winston Alexander (10/5): Exceptional service and welcoming by the hosts! - Facility-wise, the room is very nice. But I do want to highlight the service of the host. Despite only staying for one night, the receptionist is still very warm and helpful towards us. We were allowed to leave our luggage with them until evening after checking out, as we have planned a boat trip on that day and did not want to leave our luggage in our rented car. They also allowed us to use the toilets of their cafe to change into clean clothes! Just ensure that you have your translation app to ease the communication if you don't speak any Albanian. The rooms are very nice and they also have a lot of facilities and a complete kitchen, including pans and all. However, there was no dish soap and sponge prepared. This was not a problem for us as we only stayed for one night, but you should plan on bringing your own dish soap if you do plan on cooking or using the kitchen utensils, or just ask them in advance. The are very friendly and could very likely prepare this for you if you ask politely.
• Christine (2/5): Bring ear plugs!! Noisy! - The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything above that are residences. they offered me another room on the same floor but that doesn't solve the problem because all the noise is the same. also the person next door was vomiting profusely at 5: 00am and I could hear that. since I felt I couldn't get away from the noise, I decided to leave and go to another place. The manager wasn't in that day. she doesn't speak any English. The guy at the bar speaks some English. so communication is a real problem at this place. went back the next day. the manager is not there again. she's hardly ever there. went back the second day and she told me she wasn't giving me a refund via email. I reported them to hotels.com about their false advertising. it's not soundproof, you don't get a coffee tea hot pot. I asked for one. I never got it. I never saw the ironing board. that too is also listed as an amenity. I do not recommend these apartments. they're noisy. there's a bar downstairs on the the ground floor adding to noise.

• Luigia (10/5): Ottima posizione bell’accoglienza - Appartamento accogliente, pulito e facile da trovare . La proprietaria parla molto bene l’ italiano ed è stata disponibile e gentile offrendoci anche un paio di birre e quattro chiacchiere. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro su una strada lineare quindi impossibile perdersi :) letto comodo , cucina attrezzata più lavatrice e stendino per appendere il bucato , solo un consiglio: ci vorrebbero più mollette per stendere il bucato . Tutto il resto perfetto Niente . Tutto perfetto
• Kateryna (9/5): - These apartments are located on the main road close to the sea. This location is one of the best for staying in Sarande. Rooms are spacious and clean. Furthermore, the owners clean the rooms every 2 days and there is an iron and a washing machine provided which was very important for us. There was a construction of another building nearby that didn’t allow us to sleep in the morning. Hopefully, they will finish by next Summer. Rooms on the first floor are a bit dark so I would recommend to book the ones on the 2 nd floor.

• Ozturk (10/5): - The rooms were cleaned regularly and the balcony was large and functional. Parking was excellent. If you're staying in Sarande, you need to choose a place with parking. Otherwise, you'll never find a place. The air conditioner and other electronic devices were in very good condition.

Appartamento molto bello e di ampie dimensioni, con balcone ampio e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche di più giorni. La camera e il bagno erano puliti e curati. La struttura si trova in una zona più tranquilla di Saranda e noi lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Parcheggio comodo. E' andato tutto molto bene. Non ci sono state delle note negative durante il nostro soggiorno. E' una struttura che consiglierei.
• lalucedellavita (10/5): Struttura meravigliosa . - Se visiti Saranda questa struttura e nel miglior posto di Saranda accanto alle spiaggie , soprattutto con parcheggio compreso in garage cosa fondamentale a Saranda . Stanze nuove , grandi , con tutto anche un enorme cucina . Essendo stile albergo perché hanno anche il bar aperto praticamente sempre , c'è sempre qualcuno ad accoglierti .

It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. And the lady of this apartment woke up very early and welcomed us, she arrange room for us to rest and sleep. Thank you so much. You were very kind to us.

• Michael (10/5): Great hosts and spacious with everything you need - Julia and Emiliano were great at making our stay more comfortable- Emiliano gave us great recommendations for places to eat and nightlife and even helped us book and reserve our bus tickets to Tirana. He even gave us his personal WhatsApp number to help us. Julia was kind enough to drop us off at the bus station when she learned we were too late to take a taxi. Very clean ans spacious apt and loved that there was a washer. Nice, family fun business in a great location. Thank you!
