• Juan (9/5): - Un apartamento muy bien ubicado, cerca de Namba y Shinsekai, y con varias estaciones de metro cerca. Tiene todo lo necesario, hasta lavadora. Es muy espacioso, lo que se agradece para gestionar las maletas y las compras. Está todo organizado para que entres con un código. Fue muy conveniente. Había un poco de polvo en algunos sitios, nada terrible.
• Trizia Gayle (8/5): Good for long stay. - Spacious room and they are very responsive. 6-8 mins walk away from the station, family mart, mega donqui. 10-15mins from shinsekai. Very close to spaworld. There’s a balcony, washing machine. limited supplies like hotel gives but overall, better i think.
• Kiana (9/5): Would definitely come back, excellent spot in Osaka - Really good value for money, very clean & had most things we needed. Excellent location close to alot of public transport spots and good food places. Really appreciated having a water refill station & free luggage locks (also has coin lockers). There is a waiting room if you are early to drop your stuff, use the toilet & head out. Bonus - super quiet area ! :) Wouldve been nice to have an iron, the best was not bad but not the comfiest But thats just me being picky- it was a great stay!

L’immeuble est situé tout près de la tour la Tsutenkaku, située dans le quartier rétro de Shinsekai. Appartement assez grand. Assez tranquille….. Assez tranquille….. sauf le train (métro) qui passe assez proche à tout les 5 minutes. Porte fermée ok, porte ouverte son un peu fort! Personne pour vous accueillir si problème. J’ai du demander de l’aide à la dame du ménage avec Google translate. Si vous n’avez pas un compte Google pour remplir le formulaire dans votre chambre , vous aurez un petit problème…..

El cifón de la lavadora olía horrible por lo que no se podía dejar la puerta del baño abierta dado que hacía insalubre estar en el apartamento.

• Yen-Hsun (10/5): Great accommodation, surrounding area slightly rougher but negligible, would recommend - Location was in a quiet neighbourhood, albeit the area is in the rougher patch of Osaka - it isn't too the point of the ghetto, but the vibe is definitely not as lively/fancy/nice as the other surround areas like Namba. That isn't to say this area was unsafe, it is simply a more humble area and that is reflected in the high non-native ethnicity seen in this neighbourhood. In-line with this socioeconomic population, the surrounding restaurants/eateries are also cheaper with more family-run eateries with ~1000yen prices. Very close to a Mega Donki (10min walk) for your shopping. Security at the premise was good, with 1 set of security locks to enter lobby that has surveillance cameras throughout, and another number lock to enter your room. Room was MASSIVE and clean. However the state of the room was a tiny bit lacking with some marks here and there, especially in the toilet where the wall plastering was coming off (in another room we booked, the wall was punctured and had a 20cm wide gap). We felt it was negligible as it's cosmetic damage and otherwise the rooms were clean, functional and good. The bed was very soft however, felt like a cheap IKEA bed - I am 67kgs and it really sunk underneath my weight. Aircon was adjustable which was great. One of the rare places where TV was useable as Netflix/Youtube was available. Cooking utensils were provided, albeit no oil which was a letdown, but otherwise great. Check-in and Check-out process was very simple. Cleaniness is great with no smell of smoke throughout. However, given overall value and size of the rooms, will definitely recommend and stay again. This place really suits a family and if you want to try cooking some food. However, if you want immediate access to shops/nicer restaurants closeby, you are better served by paying more and staying closer to Namba/Tennoji. No oil provided despite having all the cooking utensils, slight letdown as it's impractical to buy oil for a short stay. The holes in the toilets (in both our rooms) should be patched up.

• Tsui Yu (10/5): - 地點很不錯，附近的超市走路5~8分鐘都能到，離地鐵跟JR也很近。 我住九樓，乾淨又安靜，不過晚上的時候門外會有一陣一陣的怪聲音。 房間空間很大，加上沙發床可以睡三個人沒問題，自己炊煮的工具也有，有一台約200升的冰箱，廁所跟浴室是分開的，浴室有一個小浴缸可以泡澡，還有一台洗衣機在洗漱間。 雖然質感稍嫌不同，但是該有的配備都有，房間還有一個小陽台，早上看出去的景色也很不錯。 整體而言CP值非常非常高，價格比商務旅館便宜非常多，但住宿品質跟地點完全不輸商旅，是下次去大阪遊玩還會再考慮的飯店。 沒什麼缺點，硬要說就是電梯比較小台，不過依舊快速安靜

Номер достаточно просторный, для двух взрослых и ребенка 6 лет. Очень чисто, есть даже пылесос! Складной небольшой столик и две табуретки. Кухня оборудована чайником, тарелками, чашками, ложками, вилками, ножом, плитой, большим холодильником. Есть жидкость для мытья посуды и губка. Ванная комната оснащена стиральной машиной и жидким порошком. Отличный шампунь и кондиционер! Постельное белье очень приятное! Подушки массажные, удобные! Подробные инструкции по использованию кондиционера, стиральной машины. В трех минутах ходьбы есть круглосуточный супермаркет и кафе по отличным ценам. Прогуляться пешком можно до нескольких достопримечательностей, и до Дотонбори всего одна остановка метро. Рядом несколько станций общественного транспорта. Без пересадок мы добирались на метро из аэропорта всего за 45 -55 минут. Также было довольно тихо, спокойно в самом отеле. В общем мы не нашли никаких минусов в данном отеле! Все очень понравилось! Лучше не бывает! Ни разу не пожалели что забронировали этот апартотель. -

• Sara (8/5): Soggiorno confortevole. - Posizione comoda per raggiungere mete principali. La stanza al nono piano era ampia e confortevole, provvista di balconcino con affaccio sulla citta. Check in facile. La lavatrice in camera è ottima per chi vuole lavare i vestiti senza dover recarsi in una lavanderia a gettoni. Gli asciugamani forniti erano un po macchiati.

• Tu Anh (9/5): Well equipped studio apartment in residential area but close to Namba - Rooms were quite big for Osaka and well equipped. Especially cooking equipment and washing machine were very convenient. Just 20 min walking distance away from Namba. 3 metro stops close by (7-10 min walking distance). Many small restaurants close by.
