• Jean-Michel (9/5): Excellent emplacement, personnel très agréable et bon rapport qualité prix. - L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à deux pas des rues commerçantes de Plaka et à 10 mn à pied de l’ Acropole. On peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est au top, très avenant, on a eu des messages avant notre arrivée pour nous prévenir qu’il y avait une grève de taxis. Mais l’aeroport est à 45 mn de métro. La chambre est très propre, il ne manque rien, tout est là pour se faire un petit repas sur le pouce. Et le quartier regorge de restaurants. Le lieu est très calme malgré la proximité du centre. Et la terrasse au roof top du 3eme étage donne une très belle vue sur l’ Acropole…. Seul petit bémol, notre chambre au 1re étage était très sombre car la seule petite fenêtre donnait sur un puits de lumière de 2m sur 2 qui ne donnait pas beaucoup de lumière justement. Et on ne pouvait pas l’ouvrir à cause d’une Clim qui se déclenchait régulièrement. C’est peut-être bien l’été mais moins agréable au mois de Novembre….( chambre 105 )…

• Jose O (10/5): - We loved the view from the rooftop and Melinna from the front desk is amazing. She was hospitable, accommodating, responsive and gave us excellent and useful information.
• Ira (10/5): - We stayed for a week in February in one of they classify as a premium apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen that we used for breakfast daily and dinner once. Grocery store is nearby. This apartment hotel is located in Plaka and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and other major sites. It was great in all the important ways: comfortable furniture and beds, courteous and friendly staff, efficient checkin and checkout, good water pressure in the bathroom, very clean, quiet (we were on the second floor), lots of souvenir shopping nearby. But, their name aside, this is not a “Resort” nor is it a fancy hotel. It is a small apartment hotel with less than a dozen units and there is no restaurant, gym, business centre, etc —- go elsewhere if those are the kind of hotel amenities you are seeking. There are not even any powered USB outlets … bring your own. However, we join all of the others who have rated this accommodation highly for the other reasons mentioned above. We will recommend this hotel to friends and will stay there again in the future without hesitation.
• syma (10/5): - Lovely , very clean property on a quieter road couple of minutes walk from the main plaka area. Great location walkable to most areas. Has a small rooftop terrace with nice views. Washing machine/ dryer available to use for a price. The staff ( Melina and Mary) were very lovely and super helpful. The reception is only manned in the mornings but that was not a problem for us. Small grocery store 2 minutes walk away and plenty of eating establishments nearby. Comfortable beds ( including the sofa bed) and excellent hot shower. Thank you Hapimag. Would definitely come back here again.

We had a water leak from the ceiling during our stay which wasn't addressed for a whole day and the handyman came at a time other than what was confirmed with us. He fixed the leak but did not clean up the mess on the floor.

• Justin (10/5): Hapimag...Happy Family - Great customer service and always available to answer any of our questions (no matter how silly!). We were able to secure a transfer to and from the hotel to the airport/port through Georges Taxi company who knew how great this resort was. This resort is a short 5 minute walk from the Plaka area of Athens. We always felt safe and secure. Their recommendations of grocery stores and restaurants were spot on as well. Only thing is I wished there were movie channels in English but hey, youre in athens so you should be outside enjoying the sites! Oh and the air conditioning worked perfectly on a break from walking to the Acropolis (8 minute walk away!)

• Erwin (9/5): Superb - Excellent location in Plaka,quiet street but not far from all the restaurants and shops,and the Acropolis is 10 mins away. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, gave us the suggestions for the best restaurants and places to visit nearby. The apartment was very convenient for us as a family (2 adult and 2 kids). I would like to also mention how they were reactive in arranging quickly a transfer for us from Piraeus port, when our initial taxi booking was cancelled at the last minute by Welcome Picks, we really appreciated it. Highly recommend. Nothing really.

• Jessica L (10/5): - Hapimag was a great value. Our suite was two storeys and tons of space, which is exactly what we needed at the end of a long trip. There is a tuck shop in the hotel which is perfect when you need water or even a cheap beer. It’s in Plaka but just outside of where it’s busiest, so it offers a calm reprieve without sacrificing access to fun. Steps away from shops and restaurants. Walking distance from popular Monastiraki and Syntagma Squares. Our airport shuttle was easily arranged by the hotel, but it’s also steps away from the subway which is great in Athens. Can’t go wrong at Hapimag.
• Maureen (5/5): Enjoyed our 2 day stay although it was too hot to visit/queue up to see the Colleseum. Great food - The location was very handy. Just a short walk to many shops and restaurants in Plaka. The room we had was quite dingy and we had to have the lights on in the day. It seemed like it was down in the dungeon.

• Tom (10/5): Small side street hotel with great location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms - impeccably clean, comfortable, quiet street yet close to many restaurants, shops, and Acropolis. the hotel was booked on the dates that we wanted to return. too bad because we wanted to stay here again.
• Jonathan (10/5): The perfect view of the Acropolis. - We arrived after the reception was closed. due to hotel.com emails it was a little confusing to find our member ID to gain entry. happy that my phone had power and that we had access to the internet otherwise we would have had a bad time. The room is comfortable for a two week stay even if we only stayed two nights. the roof top seating area is the best part of our stay. each day began and ended spending time on the roof overlooking the city and the best view of the acropolis. The receptionist was delightful and even at check out would call us a cab to airport at a future time and hold our luggage until the cab arrived while we ran and grabbed souvenirs.

• Nina (6/5): Would give 5* but... cannot - The place is amazingly located, the building is beautiful inside and out. The staff are wondeful and the apartments are modern and clean and comfortable. It's well organised and I wish I could give a 5 star but I simply cannot because of the window situation with standard studio I rented. I'm sure the deluxe apartments are wondeful. The standard studio was incredible claustrphobic because it only had a very small window facing a wall. Ontop of that it only had German TV channels. Not even Greek TV. Despite this being an overall wondeful building I would not stay again unless I could have a deluxe apartment. Don't recommend the standard unless the only thing you want to do is sleep. I'd rather stay at a much more basic place that had a window.
• Marianela (10/5): - Our stay here was Excellent! I had a good communication with Kiki before we arrived and during our stay Mary (sweet girl) was helping us on everything. Our room was like an apt, 2floors We were 3 and fit perfect! Plaka is a good neighborhood. 2 blocks from the hotel is a nice area with restaurants, and stores. We walk around and felt safe! Very close to main attractions, hop on and off buses. The hotel have a sitting garden area at the roof nice at night to enjoy a wine. Nice vacation in Athena’s a place to come back again!
• Elizabeth (10/5): Definitely recommended! - Really lovely place to stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all the main sites yet in a quiet side street. Supermarket close by to purchase food for breakfast and light lunches and plenty of great restaurants within a short distance to eat out.
