• john (10/5): - This is a low budget hotel there is a restaurant under the rooms to reach the rooms you need to walk through to the stairs no lift and walk up to your room rooms are very clean and tidy but basic facilities they have air conditioner fridge small bathroom 🚽 very nice and clean tv queen size bed
• Shobha (4/5): No...no....no... - It wasaweful... we landed in Ho chi minh at 11:30. When grab dropped us, we were looking for hotel... it was actually, walking into a restaurant, and they greeted us in front of customers eating food... theres no reception greeting as hotels.com states in the detail. It was awkward as we were two mom and daughter alone and didnt want to deal with this in middle of night... please dont go if you are females. Ok for males. .

• Jeremiah (4/5): - Room looked like bikers kicked the door in and trashed the place, hair everywhere. Do not recommend. Nicer places 10 metres away for same price

• Douglas (4/5): - This is basically some rooms above a restaurant, there is no reception, no information on trips or similar. Ignore the pictures, the rooms are very basic and dated. Would not stay again, even for the cheap price.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Friendly staff, good hygiene but dodgy security - Having arrived late at night at 1am, the reception have no fuss with my booking and provided me with the keys. There are no lifts but it is fine with me. The rooms are standard with good cleanliness. However, the windows to the balcony cannot be closed properly so there is potential for burglars. The conditions of the windows also caused me to wake up at 7am in the morning due to the traffic honks. Otherwise is a good stay.

• Globetrottin75 (4/5): Only for the location - This accomodation is conveniently located closely from the tourist attractions and marts. If you are going to book a room from the hotel, make sure to request lower floors. I stayed on the 5th floor. (from G level to 5th, it's really 6 floors) Without a lift, it had been a great workout with a heavy load of belongings. But the view is great. Noises from the club across the street and open Karaoke in the park, and the noises from the family's children is unavoidable. Security was a concern. No security camera on the floor. Safety door lock was broken, the balcony lock was non-functional. Hence, I had to place my own lock whenever I leave. Wifi didn't work. The staff gave me an alternative solution of the next door hotel's wifi pw. I made a complaint on this. Except for the 1 lady receptionist, staff's English is quite limited. You will find the male reception wouldn't bother helping you with the luggage, but playing the games most of the time. (But a very friendly dog is on site.) I wouldn't go back there for the second time.
• D9634KZjessem (6/5): not really for families - Basic amenities - balcony rooms great SHAME THAT THEY ALLOW PROSTITUTES TO RENT OUT GROUND FLOOR ROOM(S)- not good for families . Room cleaned every 2nd day only - no change of bed linen at all over a 7 day stay
• Jesse (2/5): - porter/bell hop - does not provide this service  *previous foyer/ reception area removed and filled with 10 game machines -current reception desk is small desk with a computer on it  *inside my room the sliding glass doors fell out of frame of 2 occassions - a major hazard that could injure a person  *room was not cleaned daily - usually every second day  *no flat sheet - just a fitted base sheet - donna cover was so thin as were pillowcases  *no bottled water provided  *no slippers - thongs yes  *toilet paper not in dispenser *no tissues *not a family hotel as hotel rents ground floor rooms to prostitutes on a casual basis

• Chris (6/5): - This is a very well located old building in District 1. The place is tired and a bit run down, but everything works. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the entire city through the closed windows, but I suspect that's most rooms with windows facing the action, especially in older buildings. Staff were friendly.
• 995SteveP (8/5): Great little family hotel - We arrived to the hotel that was in disarray due to renovations , but was not deterred, it was so quick and easy to check in , but was put in a room we wasn't quite liking , so asked if we could upgrade to a balcony room, which they said could quite happily do but not till the next day. The very next day they put us into a lovely balcony room and from there on in our stay was very delightful and the staff especially Tam were do friendly and helpful , I was quite disappointed I couldn't be there to see what the final look of the place would of been , so may have to return 1 day to see

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good cheap place! - Very basic hotel with a great location and great staff. The bed was clean, the AC worked and it is hard to complain for the price!
• TongSun Tony (8/5): A mini hotel conveniently located in city center. - A mini hotel run by a family. As I reach hotel, I got warm welcome by whole staff, especially Tam and she is very helpful and willing to help her guests if they need. Also she speak fluent English. While the property is not luxury like many of top end hotels, it is comfortable to stay. Spacious room with well arranged amenities and located just next to Pham Ngu Lao Street(Backpackers street). Plus, neighbourhood has plenty choice of restaurants, cafe, convenience store and hair cut. The only cons is no lift at the property, so if you are not comfortable up & down by stairways, request to lower floor. If next time I come to Saigon again, I will be back to this property again.
• svanuel (10/5): Excellent location and great beds - The staff always makes sure that you enjoy your trip to the fullest. The hotel is perfectly located and the beds are awesome. Third time I stayed at this place and will surely return again when I visit Vietnam.

• ravinz2018 (8/5): Strategically located - Location is really superb. Just across the busy street, Very clean and attentive staff. Laundry service is available too. Room has hot water boiler, hairdryer and other essentials plus a nice fridge. Definitely worth a stay whether for business or pleasure. Nearby 3 ATMs, Local food- Pho, Chinese Dim Sum, Royaltea, Changi village, Highland Coffee, Phuc Long tea and Asiana Plaza food court within walking distance. Bus station is also nearby. There are buses to and from airport. There's a Middle East kebab and coffee shop located adjacent to the hotel. Good place to grab a coffee before heading out for the day. Location easily searchable if you take Grabcar and taxis are always available.
• Paradise789715 (10/5): Would stay again! - Not luxurious at all but the beds and bathroom are really clean and that’s the thing you want. Get a window room with the balcony because the view is gorgeous. Bed comfy and shower warm :) The people that run the Inn are really friendly and they have an amazing puppy! They helped us book cu chi tunnel tours too. It’s not like a hotel but more like you’re staying at friends place. Casual but not like a backpackers which is great. Location is wicked! Just note that there is no lift so if you can’t climb stairs then be aware, but that was no issue for us. I would honestly stay there again if/when we go back to HCM.
• ricohai (10/5): FRIENDLY STUFF - It is a simple hotel , dont expect a lot of luxury features, However the location is so amazing where it is near to walking street. staff so friendly especially TAM , she is so nice and good English speaker who is ready for help anytime. Value of money is very good.
• younme2151 (8/5): I have visited Saigon many time but this time what's surprised me istay Inn Hotel , a very good deal for the location . - One of the most fun and convenient to the cosmopolitan , minutes walking to park , restaurants, Saigon market , clubs and "tay ba lo " ( foreigners hang out ..). Family run hotel , safe , very reasonable rate and good services . I definitely come back next time .
• 518nhungt (10/5): Remind me about an impressive memory😊 - Its such a wonderful hotel i have ever stayed in ho chi minh city. The people there are very friendly and supportive. I remember that time i got a bad fever at middle of the night. However, they didnt mind going around to find me the medicine. One year from that day but i still cannot forget about that terrible fever. God blessed me, i saw them in my life. Next time, if i go to ho chi minh on trip, i will choose to stay in your hotel for sure😊😊 Here are some cutie pictures still be in my phone☺️☺️
• Coastal705210 (10/5): Great hotel! - Walked in last minute and didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were brand new and everything was very clean. Paid 500 dong for a room with 2 beds and the room was bigger than expected for the price. Had aircon, tv with many channels including HBO, and a nice bathroom/shower. The receptionist Tam was very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel!

In general, the equipment is quite new and modern because it is new hotel which just run on. Specially, i have a compliment for the service attitude.the staffs and receptionists is friendly and kind , when i have any problem they always ready to help like brothers. Furthermore, the place is close Bui Vien stress therefor i can hang out easily to enjoy the night life in Ho Chi MInh. if i have a chance to come back, i surely choose Istay inn hotel to stay.
• ThucMinh88 (8/5): Hospitality Hostel - I traveled with my GF from 11 to 14 Nov. I booked a room for couple with 10$/nights,I stayed there and appreciate it very friendly. At 1st night stayed at here, the owner invited me to dinner with them. They let me enjoyed their special food : BÚN CHẢ HÀ NỘI :D + Rent motobike at here is very cheap, only 120,000 VNĐ for 1 days. + Room are big, clean, have a window & highlight is WC - water is very strong. + Near BenThanh Market, opposite Park.
• tiendat26 (10/5): Great budget-hotel with clean room - The location of this hotel is really good and at center of the city. Just a few minutes walk to Ben Thanh & Bui Vien street, also many local eating spots nearby. I stayed here for 4 nights with my parents. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. The owner is quite young and she is very nice, ready to help with cheap taxis, local advice, even offered us cheaper tour than in the market. Little advice, room with balcony has better view, consider to book it. Overall, well worth money, really recommend it!
