• Tanase (10/5): Great location - An excellent accommodation in the historic center, close to Garibaldi train station and the Cavour and Museo metro stations. The hosts, Antonio and Mario, were very kind. A special mention for Antonio’ s special coffee! Also, the Italian-style breakfast was rich and filling. The entire property stands out for its cleanliness and tasteful design. It is the ideal place to spend a few days in Naples and visit Capri, Pompeii, or the Amalfi Coast. I 100% recommend it! -

He was always pleasant, and I would give him 10 stars if I could. The location is an easy walk to many sites and the train station. The shower had great water pressure, but if you are a plus- size person, you may have difficulty using it.

• Eva María (10/5): Muy bien! - El alojamiento está bien cuidado y las habitaciones muy cómodas. La cama y almohadas permiten un buen descanso. El baño está bien equipado, y sobretodo, hay silencio para poder dormir sin ningún tipo de ruido, que en mi caso, era necesario. Desayuno muy bueno y completo ( opción dulce, fruta , tostadas y café y zumos). Pero lo mejor, la atención en todo momento, de Mario y Antonio, que nos cuidaron y ayudaron siempre que fue necesario. Magníficos anfitriones. - La ubicación a unos veinte minutos andando de la Piazza Garibaldi y de la estación central, por tanto, muy bien comunicado para realizar excursiones a Sorrento, Erculano, Pompeya o Paestum. Y a quince minutos de dos calles clave en Nápoles: la vía del Tribunale y su paralela, Spacanapoli.
• Jana (9/5): Tolle Gastgeber und gute Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden - Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, zwei Metrostationen in 5-8 Minuten erreichbar, viele Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer (Afrodite) lag zum Innenhof und war daher etwas ruhiger. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem (harte Matratze-für mich angenehm). Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich - Cornettos, Toast, Joghurt, Obst, diverse Säfte, Wasser, Kaffee und Marmelade/Nutella. Die Vermieter (Antonio und Mario) waren sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Zimmer ist mit 14qm kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint, aber das ist ja häufig so. Außerdem ist man ja ohnehin nur zum Schlafen da. Ich würde noch eine zweite Nachttischlampe empfehlen. Aber das nur am Rande, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

• Marie-Laure (10/5): Nice place pour un séjour touristique à Naples - La situation géographique à proximité de la gare est très pratique pour explorer la région. L’emplacement permet de visiter à pied tout le centre historique. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute pour nous donner tous les conseils utiles pour notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique.

• María José (10/5): Ideal - Alojamiento ideal para explorar la bella Napule. Reservamos la habitación más pequeña porque era la única que quedaba libre, pero es perfectamente suficiente y cómoda para una estancia de unos días. La ubicación está muy bien, a unos 15 minutos andando de Garibaldi. Nosotros fuimos andando con las maletas y ningún problema. El entorno de Garibaldi puede impactar al principio, pero en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de inseguridad. La zona del B&B es tranquila, tienes muy cerca la estación de Cavour y también la de Museo, y hay buenos restaurantes en la zona (en Hermes te darán recomendaciones). Al lado hay una iglesia que es una pequeña joya, nosotros hicimos el último día una visita guiada gratuita en italiano y nos encantó. Antonio y Mario de Hermes son unos profesionales excelentes que ofrecen una atención personalizada. También se encargaron de reservarnos un taxi con precio cerrado al aeropuerto para nuestro regreso, porque llovía y no queríamos tener que ir a coger el Alibus. Ofrecen depósito de equipaje, lo cual resulta muy práctico si tienes el vuelo por la noche. El desayuno también está muy bien. Simplemente nos encantó todo y, sobre todo, ¡nos encantaría volver!

Limpo e organizado, tudo funcionou muito bem. A aparência do local, para quem chega a Nápoles pela primeira vez pode chocar, mas rapidamente se percebe a excelente localização.

The property is very clean and internet is good, the coffee is great, and the freshly squeezed orange juice tasted great (oranges are from Antonio’s front yard). The room is at one layer higher from ground floor so doesn’t have to take elevator though we still could take elevator. The location is good and in nice neighborhood, we had a pleasant happy stay.

Rummet var varmt och skönt, kunde inte önska bättre. Frukosten är typisk italiensk med diverse sötsaker. Men det fanns även yoghurt och rostat bröd. Personalen oerhört vänliga och hjälpsamma. Saknade gemensamt utrymme för att umgås en liten stund med våra vänner. Sängarna var aningen hårda.

• BERTRAND (10/5): Une expérience chaleureuse - Mario est un hôte prévenant mais avec beaucoup de maturité et sans excès. S’agissant d’un voyage d’hiver nous avons particulièrement apprécié un appartement parfaitement chauffé avec de l’eau chaude à profusion. Le petit déjeuner était également généreux et apprécié le matin. Enfin une bonne insonorisation appréciable dans une ville bruyante. Le quartier est assez populaire mais pas de sentiment d’insécurité et une restauration de proximité très abordable du coup. Très anecdotique - décoration un peu impersonnelle mais le reste est très très bien.

Ci hanno permesso di fare late check-in e ci hanno atteso pazientemente. Ci hanno dato molteplici e utili indicazioni e suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Pulizia al top, servizio da hotel più che da B&B, buona qualità dei prodotti offerti per la colazione, posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico in tutta tranquillità, stazione centrale e metro abbastanza vicine per raggiugere praticamente qualsiasi destinazione. Nulla di negativo sulla struttura o sulla gestione, solo un piccolo suggerimento: aggiungere qualcosa di salato per la colazione per coloro che non possono (o non vogliono) mangiare dolci.

• Bubulj (10/5): From start to finish, Antonio's helpfulness at Hermes made me fall in love with Napoli! - Hermes hotel was a wonderful oasis in beautiful Napoli! Antonio and his son Giovanni went above and beyond helping me navigate the city - wonderful hosts! The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and serves a delicious breakfast of fruit and fresh pastries, cereals and yogurts. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Everything was fantastic including the location on a wide thoroughfare close to Cavour metro station.

Matelas confortable. - Personnel accueillant et gentil (merci beaucoup Antonio et Mario!), recommandation de restaurants et d’endroits à visiter. - Bien situé, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la gare centrale (où se trouvent métros et Alibus pour aller à l’aéroport), à proximité du centre-ville. - Petit-déjeuner simple et efficace, mention spéciale au panier de fruits garnis tous les jours. - l’hôtel est situé au premier étage de l’immeuble. Il y a un ascenseur si besoin pour les valises. Canalisation légèrement bouchée dans la douche, l’eau coule mais doucement.
• Annette (8/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Leckeres italienisches Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee und frischem süßen Gebäck, Obst, Joghurt. Frisch renoviertes Bad mit großer Dusche. Zimmer zum Innenhof angenehm leise. Unterkunft nah am historischen Zentrum. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

• Michael (9/5): Ein perfekter Ort für kurze Städtetrips - Als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing perfekt, tolle Lage! Frühstück war einfach aber sehr persönlich! Das 3-Bett-Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber! Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

• Patricia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Výborný hotel s dobrou polohou, v pešej dostupnosti od historického centra a hlavnej stanice Garibaldi a Porta Nolana, cca 15 min ( konečná regionálneho vlaku pre výlety do Sorrento, Pompejí a na Vezuv). Velmi milý personál, nič nebol problém ( kedže sme odchádzali dost skoro ráno na výlety, mohli sme si klasické talianske ranajky a výbornú kávu servírovat sami v ranajkovej miestnosti). Dostali sme vela tipov , co navštívit v meste a okolí, tipy na restauracie a miestne delikatesy. Izba a kupelna pekne zariadené, všetko nové a čisté. Izba do ulice, bez pocitu rušenia hlukom z ulice, balkonik s výhladom a atmosférou Všetko bolo super. Ked sa vrátime do Neapola, tak určite do Hermes

• Simone (10/5): Wenn ein B&B in Neapel, dann dieses! - Uns hat einfach alles gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, bereits vor unserer Anreise haben wir tolle Tipps bekommen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Es war sehr geräumig, das Bad war klasse. Alles sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Minibar, die bei Anreise befüllt ist. Die Preise absolut ok. Das Frühstück klein, aber fein. Der Kaffee wurde frisch zubereitet und zum Tisch gebracht. Bei Abreise hat uns Antonio ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt und uns bis zur Abfahrt begleitet. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Neapel reisen, dann würden wir diese Unterkunft noch einmal auswählen.

• Ateseta (9/5): Great value for the money! - The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they suggested places to go in Naples. The location is in a typical street, but in a safe area, having a common entrance yard, the doors to the entrance make you feel safe and quiet which is very important for Naples. Clean and cozy rooms. The bathroom with its shower is really excellent. The breakfast is typical Italian- coffee, croissants, juice, cereal, toast, butter and jam, fruits, and so on.

• Marie- Christine (10/5): Excellent séjour - Très bon petit déjeuner! Notre hôte a été très arrangeant quand nous devions partir très tôt, on se préparait nous mêmes notre petit déjeuner , nous avions tout à disposition dans la kitchenette ! Excellent emplacement, on peut visiter Naples à pied sans problème. De plus nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour du départ sans frais supplémentaire. La chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure donc relativement calme pour une ville comme Naples. La personne du ménage nous rangeait un peu abusivement nos affaires et on les cherchait le soir en rentrant! Mais c 'est un détail car la propreté est irréprochable! Pas de chaussons mais on ne les a pas demandé non plus .....
