• Howizi (5/5): المكان قريب ولكن متعب - المكان في سنتر المدينه وكل المعالم قريبه منك والمقاهي والمطاعم والمواصلات قريبه جدا السكن كان في الدور الرابع ولا يوجد مصعد ولا خدمة حمل الحقائب وكان الدرج متعب للغايه ولم يكن هناك اطلاله على الساحه بل اطلاله خلفيه وعذر المضيف ان هذا هو الحجز ودخلت وحجزت حجز اخر للغرفة التي يقول انها مطله وعندما احضرت له الحجز الاخر بمده اكثر اعتذر وقال هذا هو الموجود

• Maria (6/5): - Единственный плюс этого жилья- расположение. Находится прямо на главной плошади старого города, вид из окон на площадь просто потрясающий! А Пороховые башни, кажется, можно потрогать рукой, дотянувшись из окна. Но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Здание очень старое и в нем отсутствует лифт. Если у вас багаж, то чемоданы нужно будет тащить по крутой лестнице. При бронировании об этом не предупреждали. Нас разместили на пятом этаже, поэтому подъём дался нелегко. Пожилым людям останавливаться здесь не рекомендуется. В подъезде идет ремонт. Точнее, стоит. Его начали и не закончили. Сама квартира очень просторная, но давно не видавшая хорошего ремонта. Фото не соответствуют действительности. Обшарпанные деревянные окна, местами потрескавшаяся штукатурка, дешевый ламинат на полах. На двери туалета был сломан замок,она не закрывалась. Всё покрашено масляной краской,довольно грубо. Простенькая мебель, далеко нн новая. В общем, обычная квартира старой постройки в среднем состоянии. И хотя ванная и кухня достаточно неплохи, это далеко не luxury, как позиционировалось изначально.

• Pamela (8/5): Great place in the best location in the Old Town - Great location. Quirky place and great place to stay. Fourth floor means it’s quite a climb if you’re not that fit!
• Dennis (5/5): Super Lage, sehr abgenutzte Wohnung - Lage ist top, direkt am Old Town Square mit allem was man so braucht "um die Ecke". Perfekt als Start von Stadtbesichtigungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr groß und hat 6 Betten (2x Doppelbetten und 2x Einzelbetten in insgesamt 2 Schöafzimmern). Es gibt eine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein WC. Aufteilung gut. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr abgenutzt: angeschlagene Fußleisten, von den Wänden abbröckelnder Putz, abgeplatzte Fenster die komplett feucht sind, total gekratzte Türen,, offene Leitungen im "Abstellraum". Im ganzen Aufgang wird offenbar renoviert, weshalb alles rum liegt. Insgesamt sehr ungemütlich und man fühlt sich auch nicht so sicher.

Right on the christmas market square The stuff were very nice 4 flight of stairs (105 steps) with language and every time you leave and come back, was not for the weak... It wasn't 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, but a double bed and a single in the living room and a single bed in the bed room It had a sewerage smell that was "covered" with air freshener, leaving the place smells constantly terrible. The shower head attachment was broken so we had to hold it while showering, there was a coffee machine but with no coffee pods. Bottom line- the location was amazing, so we took a deep breath and spent most of the time outside anyways 😄

We spent most of the time out and about :) I did not mind - but some people might struggle, as it is at the top of 4 flights of stairs.

• Bruno (10/5): - Estava extremamente limpo, localização fantástica e boa relação qualidade preço! Se aumentarem o preço torna-se caro. Com duas crianças e as malas foi um pouco chato não ter elevador, mas compensa pela localização e limpeza. A host foi muito prestável e deixamos o carrinho e coisas cá em baixo. Tivemos um pequeno problema com uma infiltração do apartamento de cima, mas nada que faça com que baixe a avaliação.

• Лилия Щербина (10/5): Сказочный вид на Рождественскую Прагу - Эти апартаменты находятся в самом сердце Праги на Староместской площади. Окна салона и одной из спален выходят именно на нее. Окна второй спальни выходят во внутренний дворик. Мы были там в Рождественское время, по этому на ярмарку можно было не ходить, а любоваться ею из окна. Это сказочно красиво. В апартаментах салон и две спальни. Размер их впечатляет. Высоченные потолки, огромных размеров комнаты. Большая ванная. Отдельный туалет, что удобно для больших компаний. Так как там может поместиться 8 человек. Всего в квартире было 2 односпальные кровати, две двуспальные и два дивана. На диванах, как мне кажется, будет удобно только детям. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания: микроволновая печь, посудомойка, стиралка, кофеварка, духовка, холодильник, посуда, огромный стол для восьмерых гостей. То, что все пишут в минусы, для нас оказалось плюсом - отсутствие лифта. Так как в Праге все очень вкусное и калорийное, мы боялись вернуться в Мадрид с лишними килограмми). Но спуски и подъемы по бесконечным ступенькам не дали этому свершиться)). Апартаменты находятся на 4 этаже. Те, кто писал в отзывах, что нужно искать массажный салон для получения ключей, вы шутите? Вход в этот самый салон граничит с входом в подъезд, в котором находятся апартаменты. Заходите, говорите имя и вам дают ключи. Заходите в соседнюю дверь и все. И естественно, что прям к подъезду такси вас не сможет подвезти, так как это старый город. Но там пройти нужно просто через площадь. Это буквально одна минута. Не понимаю людей, которые пишут эти пугающие других людей отзывы. Я была с ребенком и спокойно прошла от такси к подъезду, любуясь на красоту Рождественской ярмарки, с двумя рюкзаками. И ничего, все нормально). Понравилось ли нам? Мы не хотели оттуда уезжать) Можете посмотреть полное видео про эти апартаменты на странице в тикток liliainmadrid ❤️🎄✨ 1. Если у вас проблемы с ногами или вы человек в возрасте, то вам будет сложно подниматься по ступенькам на четвёртый этаж. 2. Матрасы на двуспальных кроватях очень старенькие и уже не выполняют все функции матрасов. 3. Одеяла очень тонкие. 4. Мы были в декабре, когда на улице был ноль градусов, и нам очень не понравилось отключение отопления. Я так понимаю там стоит какой-то таймер. Когда отопление включается, в квартире жара, батареи как кипяток. Но когда они выключаются, моментально холодает и по ногам тянет ужасным холодом. Это не очень хорошо для зимы. Сидеть без отопления было крайне некомфортно. Мне кажется, лучше включать не такую высокую температуру, но чтобы грело постоянно. Зимой после прогулки на холоде хочется зайти в теплое помещение. 5. Диваны и стулья очень требуют чистки. Мы не особо привередливые люди, а вот брезгливый человек не сядет на такую мебель, всю в пятнах. Это немного портит великолепие впечатление от этих апартаментов. 6. Но все эти недостатки просто растворяются в воздухе при одном взгляде из окна на главную елку страны.

Nous y étions durant le marché de Noël et avions vu sur le sapin de la place principale c’était magnifique. La localisation nous permettait d’accéder rapidement à tous les points d’intérêts. Le rapport qualité prix est super! Cela n’est pas dérangeant mais bien avoir en tête qu’il y a 4 étages sans ascenseur à monter avant de pouvoir accéder au logement.

• aurore (8/5): Logement presque parfait - L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. La vue est juste magnifique !! Logement spacieux et propre. La literie dans une des chambres mériterait d'être changée, les matelas sont usés au point de sentir les lattes... La cafetière était HS, obligés de sortir du logement pour boire un café dans un bar.

Továbbá a hirdetés reggelit is ígért, ami szintén félrevezető. Sajnálatos módon nincs lift, erről tudtunk, mégis egy idősebb korú társaságnak bizony kihívás megmászni 4 emeletet.

• Jitin (4/5): great location...but not suitable for family with kids and seniors. the apartments is not very clean - Location is the only positive. It is right on old town square. Cabs do not reach to the main door so had to drag the luggage for few meters. The apartment was not clean. rugs were dirty. the apartment seemed dusty. Whole building is under renovation and our apartment was on 4th floor. For us, it was a nightmare to carry the luggage to 4th floor without lift. This definitely not a place for a family with kids and lot of luggage.

• Christof (8/5): Grosse, geräumige Wohnung, am besten für Mieter ohne eigenes Fahrzeug - Zentrale Lage mitten in Prag, sehr schönes, altes Gebäude. Grosses Badezimmer mit separaten WC. Allgemein sehr viel Platz im der Wohnung vorhanden. Keine Dusche, auch kein Duschvorhang bei der Badewanne vorhanden. Keine Zufahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnung vorhanden, auch kein Hinweis darüber. In der näheren Umgebung, keinerlei Möglichkeiten, das Fahrzeug legal zu parkieren. Unsere Wohnung war im vierten Stock, kein Lift vorhanden. Der Schlüssel musst bei der Thai-Massage nebenan geholt werden, ohne Anfrage wurde keine Information darüber abgegeben.

Bildiğiniz ev ortamı yani rahat kalınabilir. Yeme içme yerlerine çok yakındı. Tesisin tek sorunu asansör olmamasıydı. Valizler 4. Kata çıkmak oldukça yorucu oldu.

• Gordon (10/5): Old Town Square Apts review. - You opened the door and you were on the Old Town Square. The view was also superb. Our party had a great time - the apartment was great. The stairs are a killer. I'm 62 and had to stop to catch my breath going up them. Elderly people might find them simply too much!
• Francisco Javier (8/5): Buenas relación calidad-precio en una ubicación espectacular. - La ubicación es inmejorable. En la misma plaza de la Ciudad Vieja. Aunque no teníamos vistas a la plaza sino al patio interior. Cerca de todo. Nos asignaron un apartamento en la última planta (4⁰ piso sin ascensor), por lo que a diario teníamos que subir 105 escalones. Creo que sería conveniente advertir a los huéspedes de que no existe ascensor ya que viajábamos con niños y tampoco es demasiado aconsejable un apartamento así para personas mayores o de movilidad reducida.

• Gitte (8/5): Super Lage, Kurztripp geeignet , 4. Etage - Super Lage, mitten drin und trotzdem ( zum Innenhof) ruhig zum schlafen bei offenem Fenster. Check-in unkompliziert direkt nebenan im Thai Massage Salon. Konnten sogar eher als Check-in Zeit rein ( normalerweise 15:00uh) also fragen kostet nichts, falls Zimmer schon leer und gereinigt ist. Matratze war gut. Eine Seite etwas weich, andere angenehm fest. Das es in der 4 Etage ist, wussten wir, also alles gut. Man ist ja eh draußen und nicht ständig rein-raus. Hell und geräumig. Eine Toilette und extra Dusche. Waschmaschine falls man es benötigt. Küche alles da- Grundausstattung ( Appartement also sollte man kein Highend Kochausstattung erwarten, der auch alles I.O) Kaffeemaschine sind Kapseln . Haben wir alles nicht benötigt. War nur eine Hilfe für diejenigen die es wissen mögen. Fussläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Lidl ein paar Strassen weiter. Gastro, Spätshop alles da. Waren nur eine Nacht da. Toilette richt etwas. Liegt an dem Historischen Gebäude oder evtl. das selten benutzte BD. Habe Wasser laufen lassen und dann ging es. Etwas hellhörig wenn die Nachbarn ( Gäste) ihre Unterhaltung im Flur nicht angemessen ihrer Lautstärke führen. Liegt aber an den Personen, nicht an der Wohnung. Und ja, es könnte mal in der einen oder anderen Ecke Farbe aufgefrischt werden aber auch das ist kaum erwähnenswert.
• Lucia Elsie (8/5): All is perfect except the stairs. - The location and the view are perfect The stairs! There is no elevators only stairs. We got apartment 4th level, carried up with those lugages. I counted 105 stairs total. It was tough!
• Natalie (7/5): Great Location & apartment is huge - Both the size of the apartment & the location were amazing! right in the corner of Old Town Square with a great view. There was plenty of space and the amenities inside the apartment were also really good. There was no reception as such, the property is managed by the employees at the Thai massage place next door. this is where you pick up keys and drop them off on check out. There are no elevators so you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs which could be a problem for older people. There was also a lot of building and renovation debris on all of the floors which seemed a little dangerous to me, there were just stacks of wooded planks, cements buckets etc also after check out there is no real safe location for your bags, they are just stored in the back area of the massage parlor behind a chair. I was anxious about leaving all of our belongings but we didn’t really have any other choice.

• Kieran (1/5): Good location but bad overall stay - The location was perfect, straight out of the front door and you are onto the main square. No complaints about the location Trying to find the property is an absolute nightmare, there’s no signs for it whatsoever so just be careful. To get the keys you have to go into a thai massage next door. Second of all there is 105 stairs up to the property which we was not informed about so that was not nice at all. We was also not informed about the construction works going on in the property meaning there was drilling at 7 am every morning and there was materials left in the walk ways that could have easily been tripped on.

• Denisa (10/5): I’ve been twice at this apartment and would book again! - The location is amazing, you can’t be closer to the old town square !! And the apartment is gorgeous, has everything you need! It wasn’t an issue for us, but the apartment was on the 4th floor without a lift .

• Madison (8/5): Very good - Clean and spacious apartment right in the centre of Prague. A lot of steps but can’t be helped and got used to it pretty quickly!

• Aaron (8/5): Very good - Absolutely super location with incredible views. Apartment is spacious and comfortable and well appointed. The stairs are mentioned in other reviews and we were prepared and the pay off with the apartment is worth it. If you have older people, people with disabilities or breathing difficulties in your group this is not the apartment for you. Minor grumbles, the coffee machine was not working, kitchen could do with more equipment also hand towel in the toilet and more towels in general would have been nice but these are minor gripes.

• Charlie (8/5): Very good - Good location - great for what we needed Literally no indication of where to pick up the keys. We walked round aimlessly for an hour trying to find where to go because the gate was closed. Turns out the keys were at the massage parlour next door so had to speak to them. There’s literally no indication for this on the website so I would highly recommended reading the reviews if you’re going to stay here - otherwise, you’re stuffed.
