- Anja (10/5): Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage - Sehr schönes und freundliches Boutique Hotel mitten im Herzen Istanbuls. Die Zimmer Größe, Sauberkeit, Deko und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Authentisches türkisches Frühstück. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Matratze war für uns zu weich (Rückenschmerzen). Kissen und Matratze waren in einer Art Hygiene Schutz aus Plastik eingepackt - dadurch überhitzt man etwas beim schlafen. In den Badezimmern müsste nochmal das ein oder andere Detail ausgetauscht/repariert werden.

- Ana_ss (8/5): Cute hotel, but a lot of noise from the outside - The location is excellent in terms of transportation and proximity to attractions — many places can easily be reached on foot. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, which makes the area very lively and convenient. The hotel itself is very charming and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the noise is unbearable if your room faces the street. While the lively neighborhood is definitely a plus during the day, it becomes very difficult to sleep at night because the sound insulation is almost nonexistent. The windows are very poor, and you can hear everything from outside. I strongly recommend bringing earplugs. We unfortunately did not have them, but I believe the noise would have been much more manageable if we had. Another negative point for me was the pillows, which were very uncomfortable. Comfort during travel is extremely important to me, so I felt this was worth mentioning.

- BIRGIT (9/5): Nice and cozy , carefully renovated little hotel . ... a little gem 💎 - Great delicious turkish breakfast, with a big variety of food like cheese, eggs, vegetables, nuts, honey , various turkish salads sweets and fruits. Easy to walk to several bus, boat and tram stops. Excellent friendly stuff at the reception. Specially Mustafa was very helpful with tips and gave us the feeling of coming home when we came back from our trips. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around the hotel . This was nice in one way ... but Friday and Saturday it was very noisy until late in the night , because we had a room with the street view. People in rooms to the backslide didnt have this problem.

Громкая музыка из бара напротив до двух-трёх часов ночи и полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, не спасали даже беруши, спать невозможно. Подушки ужасные: высокие, жёсткие. Грязновато, свет тусклый. Если вы приехали активно бодрствовать ночью и спать днём, то вам понравится. Если же вы хотите ночью спать, а днём знакомиться с достопримечательностями этого прекрасного дневнего города, то вам точно не сюда. Вот если поменяют окна на стеклопакеты со звукоизоляцией и подушки на нетравмирующие шею, то ,пожалуй, можно было бы сюда вернуться.

Είχε πρωϊνό και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό Το πρώτο βράδυ που μείναμε, η κεντρική θέρμανση δεν έκλεινε με τίποτα , το δωμάτιο είχε φτάσει 30 βαθμούς μέσα , με αποτέλεσμα να μην κοιμηθούμε καθόλου. Την επόμενη μέρα είπαμε στη ρεσεψιόν το πρόβλημα και ευτυχώς ήρθαν και το διόρθωσαν.

- Gamze (7/5): Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist gut. Die Lage ist Top aber das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage war sehr gut! Die Anbindung an die Tram und die Fähre sind sehr gut. Viele andere Stadtteile sind leicht zu erreichen. Im Stadtviertel Karaköy und auch direkt in der Straße und unterhalb des Hotel gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Die Räume sind geräumig und schön groß. Das Hotel zeigt kleinere Mängel auf, kaum modernisiert oder auffällige Schäden sind nicht behoben. In unserem Badezimmer ist das Wasser innerhalb kürzester Zeit übergelaufen und hat das ganze Bad durchnässt. Ein kaputter Türrahmen und auch der aufgequollene Boden im Schlafzimmer deuten darauf hin, dass das Problem schön länger besteht aber nicht behoben wird. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man sich momentan nicht darum kümmern könne und ein Zimmerwechsel nicht mögliche sei. Das duschen war nicht nur wegen der Überschwemmung sondern auch durch den fehlenden Wasserdruck und kaputtem Duschkopf eher unangenehm. Da das Badezimmer auch keine Lüftung hatte, hat es im ganzen Raum bisschen muffelig gerochen. Außerdem sollte einem bewusst sein, dass das Hotel in mitten von Bars und Restaurant liegt. Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht und somit ist man nachts von dem Lärm nicht verschont geblieben

Хотелось бы отметить уютный и чистый номер, вкусный, обильный и разнообразный завтрак. И самое главное хотелось бы отметить очень удобную локацию гостиницы. Все исторические достопримечательности рядом, кафе и рестораны в шаговой доступности, метро и автобусная остановка тоже недалеко. Благодаря удачному выбору гостиницы, наш отдых удался на 100 %

- Alena (3/5): - Местоположение отеля в 5 минутах ходьбы от набережной. Нормальные завтраки. Номер был с видом из окна на глухие стены дома с железной лестницей(вместо заявленного сада) и внешние блоки от кондиционеров, грязное постельное белье, серые( когда-то белые) полотенца и постоянно отваливающаяся лейка душа. После разговора с персоналом согласились поменять номер на следующий день, там вышеперечисленные недостатки были устранены, но в туалете ободок унитаза был треснут пополам. При этом стоимость номера в отеле не маленькая и совершенно не соответствует качеству. Единственный плюс отеля это местоположение и то при условии, что вы хотите шума!)

La camera era spaziosa nella zona notte, il bagno un po' piccolo, ma comunque dotato di tutto il necessario. Colazione buona. Personale cortese. La sala colazione è un po' piccola e non ben illuminata, si crea un po' di confusione quando c'è tanta gente.

- Sabrina (8/5): Für einen kurzen Städtetrip, mitten im Geschehen - ist das Hotel ideal. - Super Lage, schönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, alles da was man braucht, Frühstück ok. Es war sehr laut. Liegt natürlich an der Lage mitten im Zentrum und neben zahlreichen Bars. Muss man einfach wissen. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht ganz abdunkeln, man wacht also mit Sonnenaufgang auf.

Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. It's time for a refresh of the whole hotel - there are quite a few broken bits and pieces, chipped paint etc. Nothing major but it detracts from the overall impression.

Tak jak wspomniano wcześniej: Ogromny hałas z zewnątrz - w moim przypadku święto więc był dramat Łazienki do remontu, moja dodatkowo była brudna od jakiegoś papieru Dodatkowo podczas mojego pobytu, pokój miał zepsutą elektronikę, która cały czas hałasowała. Pierwszą noc nie mogłem wcale zasnąć. Problem miał zostać rozwiązany na drugi dzień rano. Po zapytaniu o 17 jaki jest status, zostałem okłamany, że ktoś dalej nad tym pracuję - a wcale tak nie było. Fakt, ten zepsuł cały wyjazd. Hotel dodatkowo odrzuca reklamację i wymaga podjęcia działań prawnych. Dodatkowo bardzo późne śniadania - od 08:30 a nie było o tym żadnej informacji wcześniej. Najgorszy pobyt w hotelu.

Особенно молодые люди Onur и Ramil , отзывчивые, доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. Успехов вам пацаны. Желательно бы поменять или постирать шторы, тюли. И полотенцы

- Francisco (8/5): Hotel in top Lage mit guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hotel liegt in einer lebhaften Gegend, in der alles, was man braucht, direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelführung sollte sich die Zeit nehmen, jedes Zimmer auf kleinere Reparaturarbeiten zu überprüfen und diese zu beheben. Insbesondere im Badezimmer sollten einige Kleinigkeiten instandgesetzt werden.

- Marcel (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel in top Lage in Istanbul - Top Lage mitten in einer der Gassen im Kneipenviertel - dadurch natürlich auch entsprechend laut, was wir vorher wussten… Das Zimmer mit dem getrennten Schlafzimmer für die Kinder war gut und geräumig. Kleinigkeiten, die eigentlich nicht sein müssten und auch schnell und einfach behoben werden können (fehlende Handtücher am Anreisetag, kaputte Klobürste, defekte Shampoohalterung). Zudem hat der kleine Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert, was für uns jetzt nicht schlimm war.

- Georgia (9/5): Great stay and value for money! - Great stay at Royal Tophane in a very central location, with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the team were friendly and very helpful with directions and booking taxis. The only thing to note is that we stayed on the top floor and there was some noise from an exhaust system in the building opposite. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

- Anar (10/5): Вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, отличное местоположение - Местоположение идеальное! Все рядом, остановки трамвая Т1, набережная. Так рада, что выбрали именно этот отель. Сначала хотела возле Галатской башни с видом на Босфор, но там столько лестниц просто ужас, а тут налево пойдешь бар Папель найдешь, направо пойдешь все что угодно найдешь))) Улочки с барами вообще огонь. На любой вкус и кошелек. Приветливый персонал. Лестница наверх в старинном стиле, такое интересное ощущение поймала пока поднималась, но есть лифт. Завтраки отдельная благодарность команде за заботу. Было вкусно, сытно. Не понимаю людей, кто писал, что скудные завтраки, мне интересно посмотреть что же вы кушаете дома? Все было: все виды сыров, зелень, огурцы, помидоры, турецкие намазки разные, фрукты, к чаю несколько видов выпечки, омлет, яйца вареные, мини пирожочки/сосиски в тесте. Вкусный чай. Кофе пакетированный (не зашел). Да, отель требует ремонта. Особенно в ванных комнатах. Мы жили на 4 этаже, когда принимали душ, то у друзей под нами на 3 этаже текла вода по стене немного. Но комнаты чистые. Окна из дерева, до 12-1 ночи немного слышно с улицы шум, но мы приходили тоже поздно и от дневных прогулок по Стамбулу просто отрубались. Для кого-то это минус, но для меня цена с завтраком в таком районе просто идеально! Даже в крутых сетевых отелях можно всегда найти минусы, поэтому для нас с мужем это никак не повлияло на атмосферу! Готовы вернуться, будем рекомендовать отель.

Love the fact that I received 2 bottles of water everyday. Shower heads: please fix the calcification. It squirts everywhere. A box of Kleenex would be nice. A smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and Prime video app. This would really makes it a 10. And more hangers than just 2 odd ones in the closet.

- Vera (1/5): - I don’t recommend to stay here if you don’t mind to have a party all night and coming to sleep in the nearest room. Absolutely bad experience. Family room for 3 persons is on the 1st against bar with disco up to 4 am. Windows are very bad and you hear all better than you are in this bar. It was very disappointing experience. Me and my family couldn’t sleep up to 4 am. We tried to do it with noise-cancellation in air pods, but we felt the bass, also baby doesn’t have airpods. It seems that hotel owner may change windows, I’m not the first person who mentioned it, but in booking so much good reviews, so I thing they are scam.

Очень темное помещение для завтраков и неудобные стулья. Нет горячих блюд. Яйца вареные и те холодные. Но в целом, голодными не останетесь

- RonTim (8/5): Perfecte sfeervolle locatie om Istanbul te verkennen - Leuk hotel in een historische sfeervolle setting. Mooie, echt ruime kamer, aan de achterzijde van het pand, met een behoorlijk goed bed dat voor onze lengtes een beetje aan de kleine kant was. De douche is heerlijk, maar er is wel wat slijtage hier en daar, dat gerepareerd zou kunnen worden. De horecastraat waar het hotel staat is bruisend en geeft veel sfeer. Is een mooie uitvalsbasis om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. De Galatabrug is op nog geen 8 minuten wandelafstand, de Hagia Sofia op zo'n 25 minuten en de Galatatoren is om de hoek. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijke en servicegericht. De straat van het hotel is in een wandelgebied, maar het personeel komt je netjes ophalen bij de taxistop en loopt met alle je bagage in 2 minuten naar het hotel. Het hotel had voor ons een taxi geregeld van en naar de luchthaven. Dit was allemaal heel goed geregeld en keurig op tijd. Gemak dient de mens, voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Het ontbijt was prima, maar staat in een ruimte die niet heel sfeervol is, maar is verder wel ruim voldoende en van prima kwaliteit. In de kamer was het bloedheet en dit kon niet goed geregeld worden, dan maar de balkondeuren open.

- Kamilla (10/5): - We were looking for a cozy hotel in the center of Beyoğlu and found Royal Tophane. The hotel is simply wonderful clean, with very friendly staff. They even allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening while we were waiting for our transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel has an excellent location all the main attractions of Istanbul are nearby, and the T1 tram line is just a short walk away, which is very convenient. The only possible downside is that if you are a light sleeper, the noise from outside might bother you a little, as the hotel is located on a very busy street. Other than that, we have no complaints the hotel is excellent, and we would happily stay here again -

- Zeinel (6/5): - Сотрудники Отель старый, нуждается в очень хорошем ремонте. Место расположение хорошее но стоит на очень шумной улице, окна пропускают и холод и шум. Ребята на ресепшне дали выбрать номер тише, очень отзывчивые и вежливые. Чистота тоже так себе, много пыли, за 3 дня проживания в нашем номере не убрались, видимо из за того что уборка только до 14:00 дня. Также отель очень темный, не хватает света. Завтрак так себе, скудный, соков нет. Обращаюсь к начальству отеля , вместо того чтобы отчитывать своих сотрудников перед гостями отеля, лучше бы вложили деньги и занялись бы ремонтом отеля и поменяли бы окна и улучшили бы завтрак.
