A Puerto Madero l'appartamento era pessimo e volevano che firmassi uno scarico totale di responsabilità; al mio rifiuto mi hanno sostituito la chiave elettronica mentre ero a cena e sono potuto rientrare nell'appartamento a notte fonda solo dopo l'intervento della polizia. - Maksym (10/5): Great accomodation! - Great location: very close to the "sube", a quick walk away from a lot of the great sights, there is also a grocery store close by, where you can pay by card. Very accommodating hosts: they explained everything and offered cleaning and towel change. The apartment is very big, it has heating , so even though it was quite cold outside, we were able to heat the place up. Beds are comfortable, there even were extra blankets. There was a coffee machine, electric tea kettle that has adjustable temperature, other appliances. Was a bit cold in the begining, but that was quickly remedied thanks to the heating

Very difficult to have 4 people sit in living room. No hot water initially in main bedroom bathroom but fixed the next day. Very basic lodging but clean.

Mycket fint, rent och snyggt, perfekt för oss fyra vänner eller för en familj. Härligt med egen balkong och tillgång till takpoolen. Våra värdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Vi var nöjda med allt!

Muy ruidoso, por los coches de la calle, quise extender mi estancia y me querían cobrar por dia mas de lo que pagué por 3 noches. Me fui a otro, por supuesto, el apartamento no es nuevo tiene humedad en los placares y en la pared. Es un apart hotel en realidad.

- ESTEFANIA (10/5): Estancia perfecta en CABA - Todo fue perfecto, desde el trato del personal hasta el apartamento pasando por un buen desayuno cada día. El apartamento estaba genial, amplio y muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para unos días, incluso con un pequeño balcón exterior que nos sorprendió. Limpieza de 10, así como las zonas comunes del edificio y la piscina. La cama excelente y el baño con una ducha buenísima después de todo el día caminando. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, incluso nos dejaron botella de agua y cápsulas de café. Sin dudas volvería a repetir en este alojamiento. El desayuno a 2 minutos caminando, el chico fue super atento y todo estaba muy rico. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de bares y restaurantes, tiendas, locales para tomar algo... Caminar tanto de día como de noche por el barrio es un lujo, mucho ambiente y seguro. La lavandería la usamos un día y también fue muy bien, fácil y económica. El sistema para entrar es sencillo y rápido, así como vigilancia 24horas. Si tenías alguna duda las chicas te ayudaban por whatsapp al toque y con todo detalle. Gracias!!! Lucía y Nahir fueron un amor con nosotras y el chico de recepción que nos guardó las maletas un capo! (creo se llamaba Rubén) No nos queríamos ir, ojalá volver pronto!!! Añadiría un espejo de cuerpo entero, pero no hay nada que no me gustara.

She provided all the necessary information in advance, replied very quickly whenever I reached out, and went above and beyond with small but thoughtful touches like lending me a travel adapter and even providing an umbrella when it was raining. The apartment itself is in Palermo, which felt like a very safe and pleasant area. It’s modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the electronic access system, which made the place feel secure and convenient. The only minor point is that the apartment is not completely brand new anymore, and there are some small signs of wear. However, this didn’t impact my stay in any meaningful way.

- Lorena (1/5): El alojamiento NO posee cochera. - Al buscar en booking para alquilar puse el filtro con cochera y me aparecio este departamento, cuando en realidad NO tenia cochera, una vez que reserve lei una condición que decía que hay parking en las inmediaciones para alquilar aparte. Deje mi camioneta Toyota SW4 en la puerta del edificio y me la robaron.
- Silvia Noemí (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena a pesar de que no es Palermo, esta en el limite, El Dpto. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para unos dias en la ciudad. El ingreso siper práctico y todo muy bien explicado, es muy seguro. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Todo ok.

Muy agradable la decoración Todo nuevo y prolijo Y el detalle de la botella de agua muy útil. Lo recomiendo! El servicio de Internet es un poco inestable y suele haber pequeños cortes de luz . Solo eso

- Ainsley (9/5): Great experince and great value - Great apartment. Good size with great facilities I.e. the smart TV, great rooftop pool and handy good sized table! It was super clean and really good value for money. Nothing we ‘didnt’t like’. The only small gripes would be the pods kept falling through the coffee machine and the aircon being right in front of the left of the bed made a really cold draft for the person on that side. But very small points

- Kristel (10/5): Hea asukoht, turvaline ja võõrustajad on kiired ning külalislahked - Väga hea asukoht peatumaks Buenos Aireses nii pikemaks puhkuseks kui ka lühiajaliseks külastuseks. Ümbruskonnas palju erinevaid kohvikuid hommikukohvi nautimiseks ja palju erinevaid restorane õhtustamiseks. Selle majutuse võõrustajad on eriti külalislahked ja tähelepanelikud. Väga kiiresti vastava küsimustele ning jagasid saabudes palju häid soovitusi, mida teha Buenos Aireses. Saabusime varem kui oli lubatud ja kohe paigutati meie kohvrid hoiuruumi ja kokkulepitud ajaks toimetati meie kohvrid majutusse! Super üllatus oli!!!Apartment on ka väga turvaline.
- GuyLondon (10/5): Perfect stay in Buenos Aires, highly recommended! - Great apartment in Buenos Aires, walking distance to Palermo Soho and close to the metro that takes you to many other areas of the city like San Telmo, Puerto Madero, etc. Lucia was a fantastic host, we had some issues with our flat and she was very responsive, addressing them quickly and ensuring that we had a fantastic stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat very clean, we stayed on the 10th floor and the terrace had a very nice view. Everything was great.
- Deejayluke (10/5): - Great location in Palermo, very spacious apartament, 4 bathrooms, large living room , very nice balconies to seat and anjoy looking at surrounding trees . Also great Roof top swimming pool and chill area. And on top of that, great hosts of the apartment, really making an afford to help and guide me during my stay. When I come back to Buenos Aires I will be staying there for sure.

- Nacho Montamat (NHD) (10/5): Excellent value, location and hosts! - The location was excellent. Close to most of the coolest places to visit while in Buenos Aires. Quite a clean and safe neighborhood to walk. The breakfast was also great; just a few steps from the apartment with many options to choose from. An electric boiler whould be very much appreciated. Not much else TBH. Quite alright for our needs.

- Blackett (7/5): Lovely helpful staff. - Lucia the property manager and Ruben her assistant. were wonderful!! Helpful, kind, always there to answer questions and assist in any way. They kept some of our luggage when we flew to Mendoza for 4 days. The balcony was nice for morning coffee. The partment had a nice layout and was functional. This property isn’t new. It’s located in Villa Crespo not in Palermo. It’s a far Uber or cab ride to get to many of the tourist attractions. Guide companies won’t pick up people unless they’re in a hotel in the main areas of BA.
- Blackett (7/5): If you need an apartment in BA, and don’t mind being far from the major attractions, this is a good place for you to con - The staff! Lucia, Ruben and the other staff members were wonderful! Helpful, hardworking, conscientious, and caring. They stored our extra suitcase in between our two bookings at the apartment complex. As we are seniors who have mobility issues, they handled our suitcases for us. Whatever we needed, they made sure we received it . We like the layout of the apartment as well as the balcony, where we enjoyed morning our coffee. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and extra half bathroom, and a small kitchen with a full size fridge. Lucia bought an anti slip mat for the bathtub to make it possible for us to use the shower. A big thank you to Lucia, Ruben and everyone else who helped make our stay in Buenos Aires wonderful ! The property was not new and its location was Villa Crespa which is not too far out from Palermo. We didn’t realize that most of the attractions we wanted to see were far from that area. So the Uber and cab rides were fairly long and more expensive than if we stayed closer. Also on the surface, the apartment looked clean, however, it needed a deep cleaning. Lucia and Ruben have the cleaning staff return and they did a better job however my standards were a lot higher than their performance.
