L'emplacement est en plein dans une rue très animée, bruit dans la rue toute la nuit , prévoir boules quies. Autres locataires très bruyants en arrivant la nuit dans leur logement malheureusement. La porte de la sdb ne fermait pas à clé.

• Klara (10/5): Luxe net appartementje met een heel vlotte check in. - De centrale ligging was heel leuk … hou wel wat rekening met het nachtlawaai. Men probeert dit zeker heel goed op te lossen. Er is dubbele beglazing met ruiten waar nog 40 cm tussen zit. Perfect voor het lawaai. Alles was zeer netjes ! Goeie douche en goed bed !! De incheck is heel vlot verlopen en kan op voorhand al plaatsvinden. Dan ligt je enveloppe met kamer toegangskaart klaar en hup … je appartementje binnen. Heel leuke inrichting ook. Geen negatieve zaken.

You couldn't put them up or down, they were down the whole time because they are big and it was still very bright at night. Also , there is a loud bell that goes off more than just on the hour. And its directly next to the hotel. I didn't see that in the description. Also, they built in the TV so you can't connect and cables, and it's not even a smart TV with wifi. The wifi is very slow too

• Marie-claire (8/5): Geweldig verblijf in centrum! - De accomodatie was ruim, schoon en midden in centrum! Alles op loopafstand. Bij aankomst bleken we de beschikking te hebben over een soort van minibar bij de receptie, water, koffie, cola, fanta, vers fruit en koeken, alles inclusief voor gasten. Dat was een hele positieve verassing.

• Thomas Baum (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann im öffentlichen Parkhaus, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, parken und ist unmittelbar in der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig und manche Leute sind einfach zu laut im Hausgang. Dafür kann aber der Inhaber nichts. Was ich nicht so gut fand ist die Tatsache, dass für das Schlafsofa keine Bettbezüge, Decken etc. vorhanden waren. Diese musst ich mir in einer Vorratskammer im ersten Stock selbst holen.

Letto addossato ad una colonna che rendeva complicato salirci. Divano letto scomodissimo e non preparato. Mancava 1 coperta. Non ho potuto contattare l host per chiedere coperte e cuscini. La reception avrebbe dovuto essere aperta di pomeriggio e invece lo era di mattina e non mi ha avvisato del cambiamento

Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, bequemes Zimmer, kleine Küche, guter Haarfön. In der Lobby gibt es Getränke zur freien Entnahme. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Dusche war nicht gut abgedichtet, sodass nach dem Duschen der Badezimmerboden immer nass war.

Kamer 307 en 306 zijn beide direct onder de airconditioning (die bij koud weer ook verwarmt). Het was alsof er een helicopter aan het opstijgen was boven het bed. Enorm slecht geslapen daardoor, zonder een passende oplossing door het personeel.

I paid, and was confirmed for two weeks in a superior apartment. I was downgraded to a studio as “no superior apartments were available”. I asked for a refund for the difference in price between the studio and superior apartments. I was told “ no, you have a nice apartment “. The elevator was broken for one week.

• Eveli (9/5): Would definitely stay again, excellent location for exploring the city, clean and comfortable. - Excellent location in the center of the town, short walk to the marina area and beach. The appartement was very clean (looked quite recently renovated) and comfortable, check-in was well communicated and easy. Restaurants all around (BrunchIt for breakfast and La Barra Inka for dinner just around the corner - I recommend both!). I only stayed for one night, but if I had stayed longer, I would have appreciated a way of securing the wooden balcony window /door covers somehow (those kept rustling in the wind when opened). For some visitors the street noise and stairs could be an issue - not for me though :)

Все было на высшем уровне : чистота, самое центральное расположение ( все главные достопримечательности в радиусе 1 километра), напротив небольшой ресторанчик с вкусными блюдами (рекомендую), в фойе мини бар ( чай, кофе, напитки, вкусные печеньки). Быстрое заселение. Рекомендую!! Даже сложно ответить, но я бы добавила пару крючков для одежды на входе. Но это не главное.
