Leanna (5/5): Small room in excellent location. Passable cleanliness rating. - Excellent location and close to all necessities one can ask for in Hong Kong (7-11, bakeries, cha chaan teng, MYR) . Located on a quiet street and close to airport bus stop. Filtered water station in the lobby made it handy to refill our water for the day. It had both hot and cold water options. Very strong aircon in the rooms which was nice but also had warmer option if it gets too cold. Small kettle was enough for hot water. Could be cleaner. There were booklice or small flies running around the wall and window area. We needed to check this everytime we came home as they come out once the Aircon was off. Even though they're harmless, it was not something we want to see (at least we didn't see any cockroaches which are very common in Hong Kong). Window area and curtains need to be cleaned. Floor needs to be swept and mopped as it was dirty. Hand soap was not provided by the sink which is unacceptable post COVID-19. We had to improvise to get soap to the hand sink. There was no safe in the room even though it was advertised. Aircon had a bit of a weird smell like cigarette smoke.

Rubie (7/5): Average room for 1 person, very compact but everything you will need is there. - Room was good for the price check out was too early compared to other hotels, to extend for 2 hours will cost you almost the same price as 1 night, I hope they can be more hospitable and flexible next time.
