• Daniel (5/5): Less than adequate but the area was excellent. Host was friendly. It was not worth complaining - Very very little. Location There was 1 bedroom and one in the hall. NOT 2 BEDROOMS !!! The bed in the hall was a sofa bed. One bath room shower totally unusable. Filthy! Other shower had problems with the seal. . They put a cheap bed skirt (scratchy) as a sheet in the bedroom. Couple had to take sheets off of sofa bed in living room. Only one air conditioner worked at a time. Closed sofa bed in living room on first day, Floor filthy underneath. While removing sheets on last day, BEDROOM (behind bed) filthy had not been cleaned in ages. MOLD IN BOTH SHOWERS

• Amanda (10/5): - The mattress on sofas wasn’t so good, and the electric toilet was really loud, we stayed 5 persons and everyone woke up if someone used electric toilet. Good thing there are two toilets. And apartment smelled of chlorine. Everything else was okey.

He claims thst he knock and were inside and we didnt heared the knock or using door bell and he never calls and he decided to come inside our place without our permission beuse he collecting money for the taxes for the city . And he asummed that we will not paying becasue he said he dreamt about it

• Liudmila (3/5): Poor - The apartments are quite spacious, there are two toilets. They are located in the very center of the city, next to the Vatican. The owner was available for communication. All of us, five women, were horrified by the dirty apartment. There was mold on the walls, the air conditioners were black with mold. It was scary to turn them on, this mold would fly into our lungs along with the blown air. The bed linen on three beds was not fresh, with black stains. It looked like it had not been changed after the previous guests. There was mold in the toilets and showers, and they needed repairs. when we tried to find some other sheets in the closet, we found bags of dirty rags, trash...garbage... We were very unhappy...

• Michael (8/5): Comfortable and excellently situated apartment. - Perfect location . One minute from the Vatican. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Excellent assistance from owner. Needs a bit of tender care. Kitchen tap needs securing as it is very wobblily. Would be better if all bedrooms were enclosed , one is completely open.

• Duca (7/5): Good value for money and a happy stay - Very Good Location, communication with the owner was excellent and helpful. Some maintenance work is required, mainly in the kitchen and one shower.
• Jason (8/5): Great apartment and excellent location - The location was truly amazing, very close to Vatican city and could walk all around. Great restaurants, shops and easy access to transportation to go around the city. It was comfortable and lot of space for a family to stay in. Much better option and more affordable than a hotel for the space. One of the guests showers is too tight and the shower curtain will cling to you while you shower. It would be better to have a shower door or figure out a way to expand it.

Spacious Good wifi Bear in mind the following CONS: Little bit noisy (you could hear thru the walls people coming in/out at night). Needs better sound-proofing Not much natural light Worn-out bedsheets/pillows Shower leaking Not big deal for a couple of days but could be a problem for longer stays. Overall we had a good stay.

• James (7/5): Great being able to0o cook our own meals in our own place so close to the Vatican. - Tremendous value for money -- it was affordable, and the host allowed six of us to stay there. The room price was discounted compared to alternate accommodations, but the photos were brilliant on booking.com. When we arrived, we found the price matched what we should have expected. It was all good as we couldn't have afforded a better place anyhow - just a surprise compared to expectations. The host stated the sliding door that gave privacy to a bedroom was broken by previous bookings, but it hadn't been fixed., He didn't show much interest in fixing it until a fairly vigorous phone call and called around with a screen, but we had already hung dirty (unwashed) white bed sheets from the previous booking as a privacy screen. Kitchen cupboards weren't exactly clean.

• Peter (6/5): Would recommend but there are a few limitations. - The owner was very nice and accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with. The apartment was well located to the Vatican. A few limitations: the water did not seem to ever get warm enough for 5 people shower. We had to space out the usuage. A few essentials for cooking were missing from the kitchen such as a cutting board, bread knife and spatula. The stay was nice though and would recommend.
