Verified traveler (2/5): - i did my booking at Expedia and paid, then when i go to that CENK they didn't recognize the booking, and refuse to give my room. now i contacting Expedia for refunding.
Kad (2/5): Please don't go here - In my 40 years plus traveling for business and pleasure, I have never seen a dirty filthy hotel like this to the point that I would rather use a seat at he airport and spend the night. Hotels.com should not jeopardize their name and reputation booking for this place.
