Chất lượng dịch vụ rất tốt, cảm giác khách lưu trú được tôn trọng. Bonus: e Bốp hàng xóm qua chơi rất dễ thương. Cần thay mới mắt thần phòng 202.

- Moniqueau (7/5): Would return, but PS: it's nothing fancy - Negative: unclear when the roller doors close at night time. There is a phone number on the back of your keycard you can call if you get locked out, but they don't necessarily pick up quickly. Water dispenser a bit mouldy at the outlet so bought my own drinking water. Shower tap/Water took a while to heat up. positive: great location (but note: Grab taxis, for some reason don't drive down the alley at the Granda entrance. You should meet them at nearby hotel 'Somerset', approximately - easier meeting point). Close to Circle K for food and drink. Good price compared to other hotels. also, it's spacious. Verdict: would return again :)

Bed was comfortable. Room in poor condition: cracked walls, no heating, mouldy water dispenser, shower not very clean. Staff limited English.

- Ooly (4/5): - No one is at the counter when I arrived, had to search for someone in the basement, had to ask for a different room due to extensive mould on the wall. The second room was better but not clean in the bathroom, lots of grime in tje shower corners. Not much for tourists in the area of good restaurants but the street food is good. When I checked out there was no one at the counter and just left my key there as tje older lady in tje basement just ignored me. Do not go there IMO.

All staffs are kind and helpful to visitors, and provide 5 stars hotel service to all the visitors. Noone will not regret chosing this bloom hanoi hotel!

Their very helpful especially Nguyen who facilitated our check in and her colleague Nhung But I will commend most specially the girl at night shift up to 6 am. I don't know if I will spell her name correct. She is very helpful in recommending places to explore and eat in Hanoi. I would like to mention the girl at the dining area every morning. She is very friendly. Her name is Diu. I hope I am correct also. Thank you very much and thank you ROOM 903

- Verified traveler (10/5): Love love love - Such a lovely and fresh apartment in Hanoi. You feel like home when u come there. Only bad thing is that there are not hot shower, very wierd because they have a big bathtub which we couldnt use. Also its hard to find, but totally worth it when u find it! (close to cirkle K and V-mart. Otherwise I would recommend it and of course book it again.
