◎ Front desk operation hour: Weekday 08:00-22:00, Weekend & holiday 08:00-22:00
◎ Check-in time：15:00-22:00, please make sure you will arrive in time or choose late check in.
◎ Check-out time: 11:00
◎ Luggage room: We can keep your luggage for free during your stay until 22:00 of the check out day.
◎ Traffic information: Taipei Main Station→Underground Mall→Exit Y13→Taiyuan Road, walk for about 3 minutes to arrive.
◎ Breakfast: You will receive breakfast voucher upon check-in.

- Yukari (8/5): コスパ大！ - 台北駅から近く、エレベーターがあるY13出口よりまっすぐ5分程度。ドミトリーもベットが向かい合ってないため、気にならない。スタッフも丁寧で、日本語ができるスタッフもいた。朝食バウチャーはとても便利で、提携飲食店は慣れているため、日本語案内のメニューもあり、気軽にローカル気分を味わえる。 スーツケースを広げてるスペースがないこと。

- AYA (9/5): 最高！次もまた泊まりたい！ - 水回りが最高‼️こんなに綺麗なところも珍しい、ドミトリーに2度目の宿泊です。今回は女性専用ではなかったが、問題なかった。そしてまた泊まります！ シャワーブースが着替える場所とシャワーが分かれていて、バスマットを個人で交換して1人ずつ新しいバスマットが使える！肝心の写真は今回撮ってないが以前感動して口コミに載せたはず。 ベッドの作りがよい。今回も下の段にしてもらえたが、上の段でもハシゴじゃなく階段なので楽に上り下りできる。バスタオルも毎日交換してくれます。 コーヒー、紅茶、お茶、浄水が飲み放題。朝食券をくれて、何時くらいならどのお店で使えるとアドバイスをくれた。朝じゃなくても使えるので助かる！初めての場合部屋と施設の中を案内してくれてわかりやすい！ 荷物を当日夜10時まで預かってくれる。正直ここより良いドミトリーに泊まったことないです。 今回お得な価格で宿泊できたので、更に良かったです！ 良いところばかりです。改悪されないことを祈ります。 一点残念だったのは、洗濯機が常に誰かが使っていて今回も使えなかった。 2日目のバスタオルがちょっと臭かった。

Good common area with coffee machine, kitchen facilities, washing machines. We had the opportunity to go on an evening walk with the staff to see the fireflies. This was an absolute highlight. Thanks to PJ and Meander 1948 Breakfast was not included but vouchers given to a number of eateries, some not so good.

- Esha (9/5): Second stay in Taipei at Meander 1948 - I stayed here for the second time on the same trip because I enjoyed staying there when I forst arrived in Taipei. The location is excellent because it's so close to Taipei main station, which is so convenient if you are looking to travel around Taipei on the MRT (metro) or catch the national trains to other places in Taiwan. The neighborhood is really nice but also quiet, with lots of places to eat. I stayed in a private room for my second stay which was very comfortable and clean. I love the meal vouchers they give, and you can use them at local places which are recommended for authentic dishes. I would stay here again when I next visit Taipei in thr future. The shower door in the bathroom wouldn't shut fully which meant water leaked outside the shower. Also, the room wasn't very soundproof and I could hear people walking down the corridor and opening and closing their rooms. It wasn't too much of a problem but it was noticeable after my stay at the Yoshi hotel in Tainan.

- Esha (9/5): Excellent stay in Taipei very close to Taipei main station - Everything is very well thought out and very well designed. The dorm was one of most comfortable and practical I have stayed in. Each bed has it's own locker hooks for towels and space to keep luggage. The bed are like pods where you have a socket for charging, bed light and a shelf. I felt really safe staying here and the staff were really helpful and pleasant. I really liked the common area as well which has a kitchen, drinking water for refills and tea/coffee facilities. The shower cubicles are so good, with a separate section to leave your clothes/ hang belongings while you shower. The shower is very powerful and hot/cold. They also had Japanese style toilets which were very comfortable. I also loved the breakfast choices where you can go out to eat at one of their partner restaurants. My favourite was My Warm Day. The location of Meander is also so good for exploring Taipei but for also onward travel to other parts of Taiwan, as the Taipei main station for trains, metro and bus is only 5 minites wall away. The shared shower room for women gets so hot. After you shower the room feels so hot and you start to feel sticky again. I also wish there were hooks by the sinks in the women's shower room when you come out of the cubicle. There was also no facility to dry hands in the separate toilet. These are small things; overall I would highly recommend this place to stay.

It was excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant! It was spotless and well equipped. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. The food vouchers were fantastic and we loved the restaurant choices suggested by Meander. It will be our first choice when we return to Taipei in the future We loved the property. There was nothing that we weren’t impressed with.

- 祐子 (8/5): また泊まりたいし人にも勧めたい - 重厚感のある建物をおしゃれにリノベーションされていて、とても素敵でした。 窓付き個室(シャワーとトイレは共用)に2泊しました。 どこも清潔で、トイレはウォシュレットつき、室内にも洗面台はついてるし、ぐっすり眠れて、ストレス全くなく、界隈のローカルな雰囲気も最高！ ご飯屋さんもたくさんありました。 ミールクーポンがお得でした。 フロントの若い男性も物腰柔らかくホスピタリティを感じました。 トイレもしょっちゅう掃除が入ってました。 4階共用スペースが非常におしゃれなのですが、個室が快適すぎて結局使わず。 一人旅でも友達旅でも大満足のホテルです。 唯一、Wi-Fiが繋がらなかった(角部屋だったから？) それ以外はとくになし

- LostAndyTravel (10/5): One of the world's best hostels. No hyperbole. - I love Meander so much I'm almost reluctant to review it and spoil the secret. Whatever, they earned a good review. In short, after staying in hundreds of hostels in my life, Meander is honestly one of the best in any city. The rooms are super nice, the bathrooms are clean and numerous, the wifi is strong, the lockers are enormous, the social vibe is good, the staff is superb (everyone from the reception to the custodians to the management and so on), and the location is impossible to beat. I'm really struggling to find a gripe here, so I can look objective. Uhm... the kitchen is a little sparse? It's also Taipei though, and no one cooks at home. Why would you when you're next to one of Asia's best night markets and food is super cheap overall? Uhm... the lounge has only one sofa and I wish they had two? I dunno, I'm really struggling to complain here (though more armchairs and sofas *would* be nice TBH). It's just a superb hostel. Expensive? Sure, a little, but worth every cent. I will absolutely go back. Oh, and huge shout out to PJ for taking us on those amazing (and free!) excursions.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in and you get a locker to put your stuff in and some space to store luggage. It felt like a hotel and I liked that there was a separate floor for females.

- えっちゃん (9/5): とっても快適でした！初一人旅&初台湾の方へオススメです♡ - 初めての一人旅、初台湾で使用しました。 1番は桃園空港に行くの帰るのも乗り換えなしで、Y13口からすぐに行き帰りできるのは便利で、安心でした。 •台北駅前なので、観光拠点としてとても立地が良い。 •1階にセブンイレブンがあり、朝のミールチケットで評価の高いご飯屋さんやコーヒーショップを利用でき、それぞれ色んなジャンルがあったのでそこから選ぶのも楽しかったです。 •女性専用ドミトリー利用。冬でもエアコンで暖かく、昼夜問わず薄着で過ごせるほど快適。エアコンで乾燥はするので、気になる人はマスクがあると良いです。そしてみなさん静かに利用していました。 •ルームキーでロックできるロッカーも十分な広さがあります。大きなスーツケースを広げるのは難しいので、機内持ち込みくらいが扱いやすかったです。 •部屋の前にシャワールームとパウダールーム、トイレ2つ。混雑せず使えたのと、シャワールームではバスマットも毎回新しいのが使え、連泊だと部屋の自分のロッカーの上に古いタオルを置いておけば翌日新しいタオルに交換してくれます。シャワーの水圧・温度ともに快適です。 •各ベッドごとにルームキーで照明のオン／オフが管理でき枕元にスイッチがあり便利です。コンセント2口とUSB-A端子2口あり。 •4階にコミュニティルーム、冷蔵庫、飲用水、洗濯機、トイレあり。マイボトルを持って来てたので滞在中は水も買わずに過ごせてよかったです。 •ドミトリー内は飲食禁止なので、テイクアウトして4階で食べたりとコンパクトではありますが快適に使用できました。 •女性用バスルームエリアに、髪の毛が取れるフローリングモップがあると、サッと掃除できたら嬉しいなと思いました。時間帯によっては気になるタイミングがありました。 •週末だけと思いますが、セブンイレブン前で台湾らしい音楽を演奏しています。自分はノスタルジックで台湾らしい雰囲気を感じるので気になりませんが多少音が聞こえます。18時前に休みたい、寝たい人はイヤホンか耳栓があると安心だと思います。笑
