• Andrew (10/5): bright and easy accommodation near everything you might want to get to. - The location was great - very central could walk everywhere and near the metro. The apartment was quiet. It was well furnished, clean and nice and the access (using key codes) so easy. Really good and positive would recommend. for perfection - would be lovely to have bedside lights to make easier to get in at night.
• Travelin (5/5): Highly disappointed – terrible service and unbearable smell - Location I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. First of all, I never received the check-in instructions. When I called to resolve it, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. There was an unbearable smell coming from the drains, which was so strong that I couldn’t sleep at all. On top of that, the TV did not work. Calling the helpline during the night would not have helped me anyway. As a "compensation," the hotel offered me a ridiculous 190 CZK. I accepted it, but it was a complete joke compared to a ruined night and a total lack of sleep. It was a terrible experience with awful customer service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
• Juan Almanza (10/5): Buena ubicación y comodidad - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, aproximadamente a una cuadra y media de una estación de metro y una parada de tranvía, por lo cual llegar desde la estación central de tren fue muy sencillo. El ingreso a la propiedad fue sencillo al ser automatizado. El apartamento estaba limpio, las camas eran cómodas y había tanto aire acondicionado como calefacción, lo cual era muy conveniente para una época del año como la primavera con temperaturas tan cambiantes. En general, nos sentimos muy a gusto. Todo estuvo bien.

• Jennifer (8/5): - Ich und mein Partner waren übers Wochenende hier. Die Lage von der Unterkunft war super. Sehr zentral, gute öffi Verbindungen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Einchecken per Tür Code war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder hier buchen.

• Ernesta (6/5): Not very good apartament - We arrived late at night. There was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, but there was no tea, coffee or sugar. The windows of the room faced the offices. When you went out onto the balcony, there was no view, only abandoned ruins and office windows. There is an Indian restaurant downstairs with its wonderful smells. So the windows have to be closed. The kitchen smells come into the room through the ventilation. You can hear it a lot when people walk into other rooms.

On arrival when we’ve opened the door to the apartment the smell of bad drains just hit us in the face. It was horrible and having a balcony helped to air the place. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. Apart from this, everything was great. Big bed, small shower and very quiet considering you’re in the heart of the city. Location is amazing !

Több bár is van szemben, ami nagyon hangos (ez persze nem a szállás hibája), viszont annyira vékonyak az ablakok, hogy hajnalig mintha az ember fülébe kiabálnának a bulizók. A konyhasziget pedig elég kicsi, nagyobb kellene.

Separate toilet area from the bathroom which was convenient and a small balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire place spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated and furnished.

W kamienicy dojazd windą na wyższe piętra. Super kontakt z gospodarzem pomimo bariery językowej ;) Szybko udało się rozwiązać problem z niedoszłym mailem z kodem do wejścia. Spędziliśmy z mężem wspólne super 3 dni poświęcone na zwiedzanie, spacery i rejs jachtem po Wetławie. Szybko uciekający czas ;)

• Jelena (7/5): - Location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is full of light and air, given the high ceilings. The equipment of the apartment is extremely basic - only a table and two chairs, so nowhere to put any things to be handy nor luggage, nor plugs next to bed. All towels that we've been provided with had holes. The fan didn't work, but they changed it when we reported the problem. Even though they knew that we had the one-year old infant, we didn't get the baby chair. Since the apartments overlooks the street, it was very noisy even after the midnight. The elevator stations are on the mid-floors, so it means that we always needed to carry baby strollers for one flight of stairs. For someone who has 24/7 reception it is beyond imagination that they don't have luggage storage options - even worse, for some of their establishments they do and advertise it, while for our (City Nest) there wasn't any! So, we spent there a week, paid very highly compared to other nearby options, and had to carry our heavy bags and strollers to another place and to pay for that additionally. When we complained about it, we only got general phrases as response. Finally, we booked for clearly listed price in euros, while the final price charged was 50 EUR higher than listed on Booking - when asked about it, they stated that "in fine prints is stipulated that prices are to be in local currency - Czech crowns". That's quite some exchange rate margin.

Check in and check out were perfectly smooth. Quiet place. Look Forward to come again! It would been nice if owners provided tea bags and or coffee pods for the machines.

• Dagmara (9/5): - Great location, the design stands out, easy to check-in and the whole property is well maintained and clean. The apartment was even nicer and more spacious in person than on the photos. There is an elevator stopping at every half floor (typical for older buildings). I recommend taking earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper. Since its an old building, any noise from the hallways gets to the apartment. The bathroom was different than on the photo, with a smaller shower, which I found a bit dissapointing.

• Andrew (8/5): Lovely relaxed and well appointed apartment in central prague - Very comfortable, clean, and modern apartment in the heart of prague. Location literally couldn't be better, a lot of the major attractions are right at your doorstep. Good cooking facilities, a coffee pod machine, great bathroom and a smart TV which is always a major plus. Access to the apartment is seamless you're given a code to use before your stay, no worrying about keys. Shampoo and soap are provided. Hosts were always very quick to respond to any queries. There's no access to the air conditioning outside of the summer months, while it wasn't a major issue for us in late spring it would've been nice to have. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description which is a bit deceiving. No washing machine or dishwasher which could be an issue for longer stays.

Lekki grzyb na suficie w łazience. Brak herbaty / kawy w kuchni.

The room was so hot that I struggled to sleep all three nights. I usual for me as someone who is usually always cold. I turned the radiator switch to off but it didn’t make a difference. • 273b4e08168971fbd70d2132be11a1c8 (10/5): - Krásný, prosotorný, čistý apartmán blízko Národní, dokonce se nám podařilo i bezproblémově zaparkovat téměř před vchodem ve fialové zóně. Jediné mínus bylo to, že jsme zde byli pouze na jednu noc.

• Nadine (8/5): Sehr schöner Osteraufenthalt in Prag mit guter Ausgangslage von der Unterkunft aus. - Super Lage, nett ausgestattetes Appartment. Unkompliziert mit Code-Check-in, sehr sauber Unsere Kids haben auf der Couch nicht so gut geschlafen. In der Bar unten in der Straße wurde am Wochenende sehr laut und lange gefeiert. Das hört man sehr im Apartment.

• Irena (8/5): Čisté ubytování, blízko centra - Apartmán byl dost prostorný, čistý. V kuchyni se nacházelo veškeré vybavení a nádobí, plus jsme ocenili kapslový kávovar. Všechny okna byla do vnitrobloku, což zajistilo ticho a klid. Líbil se nám i check-in systém, veškeré instrukce byly srozumitelné a do ubytování jsme se dostali rychle. Lokalita ubytování je výborná. Prakticky bydlíte v centru, blízko metra B, vše do pěší vzdálenosti. V horním střešním pokoji bylo rozbité topení, nešla regulovat teplota a topení topilo na max, což je žádoucí v zimních měsících. Teď na jaro, když již svítí sluníčko, bylo v horním pokoji dost teplo. Nebyly k dispozici ovladače na klimatizaci. Na televizi nebyly žádné české kanály (pouze německé). Ocenili bychom i nějaké kapsle ke kávovaru, ale to je jen věc navíc (nebyl pro nás problém si je koupit).
