It was a very convenient location above the Tokyo Metro Kyobashi station, nearby access to the Tokyo Train Station, and across the street from a shopping center. If you’re looking for a place to stay convenient to the luxury shopping of Ginza. The room was very small compared to the North American standard but was expected. Other than that the amenities and service were great to make up for that.

Staffs are very courteous, nice & friendly. Helped us to hail taxi in a rainy day. Thank you Would be great if little more choices on breakfast like rice, porridge, ramen, eggs

• Janessa (10/5): The hotel was overall pretty good overall. No complaints. - Nearby Tokyo station and 7-11 is just next door for your everyday convenience. The massage chair was a plus after a long day of walking. Rooms was a bit small as a couple traveling with 3 luggage’s and a carry-on but knew that beforehand, but we made it work.

• Noskova (7/5): Локация отличная, цена хорошая, отель в целом средний, но для данной локации хороший - Отличная локация, метро при выходе из отеля, благодаря этому удобно добраться куда-угодно, также в 10 минутах ходьбы вокзал, также удобно при прибытии из другого города! Комбини прям в здании, где есть всё необходимое, в 10 минутах ходьбы магазины Гинзы. Кровать и подушки удобные, отличный вид из окна. В целом, неплохой отель. Неудобная регистрация при заселении, средства гигиены и чай находятся непосредственно перед стойкой регистрации, а не в номерах. Когда молодой человек пошел взять набор принадлежностей, то ему сделали замечание что одна персона- «одна зубная щетка», я при этом находилась в номере…Также тапочки не одноразовые, а из дермантина/кожи - непонятно, но сказали что обработаны, но в душ в них не зайдешь, а босиком негигиенично. Стаканы в номере из жесткого пластика, это всё с повесткой об экологии, но чем не экологично стекло - непонятно. Массажное кресло прикольное только в том случае, если у вас невысокий рост , я 175 и сидеть в нем было неудобно. Стиральная машина в прачечной оставила дырку на одежде , а на другой кофте появились сильные катышки, хотя ранее всё было в порядке и до данной стирки их не было. Номер маленький, но это часто в Японии .

• Naomi (9/5): Very nice hotel - I booked a corner room, which was spacious and well designed. I used the massage chair every day! Breakfast was excellent with fairly broad choices. Coffee is not from a pot but made by a coffee machine. I like the neighborhood, which is representative and not at all chaotic like Shibuya. Ginza in walking distance. The corner room can be warm due to the many windows but can be quickly cooled down by the ac. I expected more noise insulation. Street noise was audible.

• Sandra (9/5): Nice hotel in great convenient location - Great convenient location opposite a train station and only 5-10mins walk to main Tokyo Central station. Lovely safe business area with lots of convenient food options, 7-11 downstairs . Great new laundry facilities and good rooms , facilities and bathrooms . Definitely would stay there again . .

• Kathryn (9/5): Quiet haven in a busy city - Great location next to Kyobashi Station and 7 minute walk to Tokyo Station. Decent late night food options in mall on other side/down station stairs. Right next to 7/11. Short walk to Ginza. The hotel is quiet and restful and you can relax after a busy day. The bed was a little hard but fine otherwise.

• Shaltiel (10/5): חוויה כייפית ונעימה - מיקום מצויין של המלון ברובע גינזה היוקרתי, חנות נוחות של 7 elvan נמצאת ממש מתחת למלון. הכניסה לתחנת המטרו של קו גינזה צמודה גם היא לפתח המלון וממש קל להתנייד באמצעותה ברחבי טוקיו. צוות המלון מאוד ידידותי ומקצועי ומגיש עזרה בכל דבר שנדרש. בקומה 12 ישנן מכונות כביסה ומייבשי כביסה לשימוש עצמאי של האורחים באמצעות מטבעות. סניף הדגל של יוניקלו וכן שאר חנויות המותגים המאפיינים את רובע גינזה נמצאים במרחק הליכה קצר ונוח בכביש מישורי. אין מה לציין

• Blanca (9/5): Inmejorable situación. - Muy bien la zona del desayuno. Y el servicio. El hotel tiene una situación inmejorable en Chuo, cerca de Guinza. Las habitaciones en Tokyo nunca son muy grandes pero están muy bien iluminadas y adecuadas. Aquí además cuentan con un sillón de masaje en cada habitación. No tiene una zona comunitaria donde poder descansar en la recepción si uno no quiere permanecer en la habitación, ya que el comedor -cafetería permanece cerrado después de las horas de servicio.

• Natascha (8/5): Perfekte Lage, gute Betten und sehr sauber - Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios. Wir waren das erste Mal in Japan und waren etwas unsicher, was die Anbindungen angeht. Aber direkt vor der Tür ist die Ginza Station und auch der Bf. Tokio ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten waren zudem extrem bequem und es war alles sehr sauber. Nachts ist es sehr leise. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmergrößen in Japans Großstädten ist natürlich immer sehr überschaubar, aber das weiß man ja, bevor man bucht. Also kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt. Das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar und bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird es schwierig, abwechslungsreich zu essen.
