- Glen (10/5): - Great location. Well equipped kitchen for our use. Washing machine was much appreciated.
- Aleksei (2/5): - First of all, the place was so tiny and it wasn’t even close to what it showed in the pictures. We were supposed to get a panoramic one bedroom suit and it was a studio with a bed. No views at all. The place was dirty and not ready by the time of check in. I have a broke leg and had to rest. The check in time was at 2pm. The cleaning staff got there to clean at 2:30pm. I checked in at 3:40pm. The person in charged promise to refund the cleaning fee and he never did. He blamed Expedia for the wrong pictures and refused to give us an upgrade. We had to pay the difference to get the place from the pictures. Very bad service.

- Jennifer (10/5): Lots of stairs - The view from our room was amazing. Downside there are 100 stairs and no elevator. Plus you have to go down a nice staircase in the middle of the night to access the bedroom. Location was great!
- Graham (10/5): Florence couples - Giotto was an excellent apartment. Best suited to a couple or maybe two couples (good friends). Super facilities, fantastic location, wonderful views from apartment. We will stay again.
