• Ahmad (4/5): - The blame here on expedia , they mentioned on their site that the property has free wifi . I cheked in at 11pm And i have to use the internet to plan the rest of my trip The frontdesk simpley told me that they do not have internet service at all since more that a month and other sites like hotel.com mentioned that clearly However expedia till now say they have free wifi I was in a bad situation since it was after midnight and i have no mean to buy internet to plan the rest of my trip Anyway when I contact expedia they did not address the problem and they still have in their site that the facility has internet ! Very disappointed expedia
• Karin (6/5): Okay til prisen - Lidt slidt motel. Vi havde et stort værelse med masser af skabsplads. Der er ingen hårtørrer, køleskab eller el-kedel. Dårlig lugt fra afløbet, så vi lagde et håndklæde over - det hjalp noget. Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Ligger lige overfor Messe Berlin, men der er en motorvej imellem, så hvis man vil gå derover er det en lang omvej.
• Andrew (2/5): - Cheap truck stop at best ! No curtains in one of the rooms and no shower curtain in the other. This is a hotel very much in need of an upgrade!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Just your average truck stop motel. Staff were very friendly but rooms were nothing special, lots of traffic noise.
• Vyuhgenics (6/5): - there was no lift in the hotel and was difficult to carry the bagage to the second floor and no staff was there to help to carry the baggage to the floor.
• Sathya (10/5): - The place is very spacious and the dining is very generous portions. The prices are very, very fair and the staff and local guests are incredibly accommodating. There is a very special member of staff who is an icon to this residence and meeting her is worth the stay alone. Marvellous.
• Anka (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren groß, schlicht und einfach. Auch das Badezimmer hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Nur zum Schlafen völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut. Die S-Bahn ist nicht weit entfernt, so dass man das Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz stehen lassen kann. Wir waren zufrieden.

• Sylke (8/5): - Motel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer weitestgehend sauber, wenn man vom Schimmel in der Dusche absieht. Insgesamt für 1 Nacht aber in Odnung. Frühstück ausreichend. Sehr nettes Personal.

• Andy (8/5): - Ein tolles historisches Gebäude mit sehr netten Personal! Die einzigen Nachteile sind, dass die Badezimmereinrichtungen wie zb Duschschläuche etwas in die Tage gekommen sind, das WLAN so gut wie nicht vorhanden und im Fernsehen nur öR Sender sind. Desweiteren ist es ein Motel das praktisch nur für Autofahrer zu verwenden ist, zu Fuß ist Westkreuz oder Halensee etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Lime scooter verschaffen Abhilfe
• Birgit (8/5): - In der Dusche war das Silikon ab. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker
• Frederik (2/5): - Zimmer von der Größe OK, leider aber viel zu warm. Fenster auf ging nicht weil die große Straße direkt daneben ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster immerhin Recht ruhig. Das Motel ist sehr abgewohnt, Zimmer Recht hellhörig. Außerdem nicht sauber, Mülleimer war noch gefüllt und es lagen Erdnüsse unterm Tisch. Zu Fuß quasi nicht zu erreichen, nur mit langem Gewaltmarsch von der S-Bahn. Nicht zu empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The motel is a 4 minute walk from the messe. The staff were nice. The motel is not maintained and there is a bad smell in hallways. Breakfast is plentiful but coffee was horrible (large caraffes of lukewarm with no taste). WIFI only works in restaurant, not available in rooms.
• Nadine (8/5): - Wir haben dort nach einem Konzert in der Waldbühne übernachtet, dafür ist es vollkommen okay, sehr überrascht waren wir über das gute Frühstück. Insgesamt ist es old school eingerichtet, aber für eine Nacht vollkommen okay .

• Uwe (10/5): - Eine einfache und saubere Unterkunft, ideal, um eine Nacht dort zu verbringen. Das Frühstück war überraschend vielfältig.
• Anja (4/5): - Das Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen, das man die Federn spürt. Die Toilette spült nicht richtig und ist sehr schmutzig. Fliesen im Bad sind angeschlagen und die Armaturen teilweise mit Kalk und Rostablagerungen. Ein muffiger Geruch hängt im Zimmer. Die Gardinen waren teilweise runtergerissen. Der Flur und das Treppenhaus sind schon länger nicht gereinigt worden. Es richt im Haus nach Zigarettenrauch und Toilette. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht so besonders, wie einige andere Gäste angegebenen haben. Vielen Fertigprodukte, der Kaffee ist sehr bitter. Für fast 90€ pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück viel zu viel. Hier müsste dringend eine Komplettrenovierung stattfinden. Im Zimmer war kein WLAN verfügbar. Ich hatte auch noch kein Hotel, das von mir verlangt, beim Verlassen des Hotels tagsüber, den Schlüssel dazulassen. Und das obwohl kein Safe im Zimmer verfügbar ist. Sorry das Hotel ist ein Reinfall und sollte nicht mehr angeboten werden.
• Martin (6/5): - das Personal war sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück gab es auch nichts zu meckern. lediglich das Zimmer selbst war nicht OK. Spinnweben und zwar Lange, direkt übern Bett an der Decke. Die Toilette ( Sitz) der Spülrand sehr sehr unsauber. Die Dusche war so voller Kalk und andere Sachen, auch Schimmel im Fugenbereich, das ich es vorzog, nicht zu Duschen und mich lediglich mit dem Waschbecken begnügte. Schmierereien an der Außenfasade, dass man sich mit seinem Partner schon schämen konnte. Die Betreiber sollten hier mal eine Rundumsicht investieren, da so wie es war, wir nicht nochmal dort Buchen würden. Im Gegenzug war natürlich die Übernachtung mit Frühstück sehr günstig. Dennoch sollte das Badezimmer für jeden Gast ansprechend sein.(Sauber)
• HISANORI (8/5): - 両側を道路に挟まれたwifiもカードキーもない古い施設ながら、生活でスタッフのサービスが良いモーテルで、イベント会場まで歩いて10分で行ける便利なロケーションで、概ね満足だった。レストランの食事にも満足出来た。

• Johann (2/5): - In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel. Aufgrund der Autobahn war es sehr laut und da die Fenster nur mit einem weißen Vorhang versehen sind, war es ab 5 Uhr morgens taghell und somit an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

• David (2/5): - My room was burglarized!!! Nobody showed concern when I reported the break in. Nobody said they'd review cameras of the room. There seems to be prostitution in the area. People hopping switching rooms at all hours. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms. Very suspicious!!! Do not visit this Motel.
• Thomas (6/5): - Den Preis entsprechend nicht so berauschend, jedoch das Personal und das Frühstück/Essen sehr gut. Zimmer brutal warm, keine Klima oder ähnliches. Ausstattung..... ziemlich abgedroschen
• RALF (6/5): Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte (1-2 Nächte) - Das Hotel ist für Kurzaufenthalte (Messe, Olympiastadsion, Waldbühne) sehr gut geeignet. Die Zimmerausstattung hat einige Mängel. Es ist kein Fön vorhanden und im Zimmer bzw. Bad ist nur eine Steckdose (für Handyaufladung) vorhanden. WLAN ist im Zimmer nicht möglich. Der Fernseher ist zwar neu, aber nicht richtig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und mit dem Frühstückraum direkt an der Autobahn einzigartig. Der kürzeste Weg zur S-Bahn (Messe Süd) geht direkt über die Parkplätze und ist vonb der Länge akzeptabel, wenn man ihn dann gefunden hat.

• Kathleen (6/5): - Leider, war ich mit der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden. Keine Vorhänge. Um 6:00 Uhr war es schon zu hell, das ich nicht schlafen konnte. Kein Föhn in der ersten Nacht bekommen zweite Nacht bei Nachfrage hab ich einen bekommen, der ist aber nach Anschluss der Steckdose gab es einen Kurzschluss und es kam Rauch raus. Ärgerlich, wenn man 2:00 Uhr mit nassen Jahren ins Bett gehen muss und am nächsten Tag die Haare nicht liegen. Hatte extra vorher bei der Unterkunft nach einen Föhn gefragt, deswegen hab ich keinen mitgenommen. Die Unterkunft ist schlecht mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Positiv zu erwähnen war das Frühstück und besonders die Frühstücksdame sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ.

• Christina (6/5): - Would not recommend it for a stay longer than one night, especially not for attending venues at Messe Berlin. Difficult to get to by foot (at least 15 min from nearest S-Bahn station), surroundings a little sketchy (mainly streets, one narrow stair at the North-East end of parking lot, way across motorway parking lot with partly broken lights, stair even blocked by parking bus once) though safe. Noisy (right at motorway) even with closed windows, no air condition, no darkening curtains. Room superficially clean, curtesy water bottle closed with crown cork, interior of cupboard dusty (but needed). No possibility to skip every-day service (not necessary, but more thouroughly cleaning after visitors adviced). Good: Bed linens and towels clean, bathroom clean (but lacking hooks), solid mattress. Breakfast caters mainly to professional long distance drivers (eggs and bacon, barely fruits). Highlight: Very friendly staff at breakfast. Bottom line: Bargain, ok for one short night while travelling.
• Christian (8/5): Surprisingly priceworthy and nice. - I was surprised. When I arrived and looked at the building my hopes went down. But from checkin in and through the stay I was surprised. Shure the building is a bit scuffed and somethings not working. But breakfast was nice and pretty clean. Would def. Stay again!

• Claus (8/5): Julemarkede - Det var et OK hotel - beliggenheden er bare ikke den bedste, når man skal til Julemarkede - de taxi vi kørte med kunne ikke finde Hotellet i første forsøg :-(, men alt i alt et OK sted til prisen. Med venlig og hjælpsom personale

• Heidi (10/5): Personlig service midt mellom motorveiene - Hyggelig opphold, veldig personlig service og utmerket frokost. Hotellet ligger nær konferanseområdet, men de fleste gjestene er trailersjåfører, så prisene er mye lavere enn på vanlige konferansehoteller. Det ER støy utenfor, men vinduene gir god lydisolasjon. Det var svært komplisert å finne stedet til fots fra offentlig transport, men etter hvert fant jeg en OK vei fra Westkreuz (der jeg ikke trengte å gå blant uteliggerne): gå til venstre der gangveien splitter seg!
