• Caroline (8/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer und der Mini Balkon direkt am Kanal ist ein tolles Extra. Nett könnte etwas angenehmer sein, aber sonst ist die Ausstattung top. Insgesamt auch sehr angenehm ruhige Umgebung und alles sehr gut erreichbar (in Gehweite, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist). Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal im Liassidi Palace, wo man auch ein- und auscheckt. Über dem Zimmer ist scheinbar eine Wohnung mit kleinen Kindern, die man sehr laut trampeln hört. Kann vor allem zeitig in der Früh etwas mühsam sein, da sich auch der ganze Deckenluster dadurch bewegt. Es war am Abend und in der Früh doch noch sehr frisch und kalt im Zimmer. Heizung war vorhanden, aber nicht besonders gut.

• Zoe (8/5): Absolutely perfect - The room was beautiful and spacious and the bathroom had a very luxurious feel. Cutest balcony over looking a quiet canal, and lovely staff. The staff arranged a boat taxi for us very early in the morning for our flight and it was efficient and stress free. Perfect stay The apartment above the room was slightly noisy and there was a lot of movement throughout the night, but this was a small detail out of control of the hotel.

• Giulio (5/5): If you book it in low season I would guess it is ok, but on high season definitely not worth the price. - Location is good, the room are spacious and clean with comfortable bathroom. Pictures are much better than reality. Being an apartment in a separate building, the common entrance is dirty and with no lights at night. I understand the hotel Liassiadi owns only an apartment in the building but they should take care of the common entrance to the apartment. At least the hotel should install a light switch you can see at night when you enter and is pitch black. We stayed in winter but even with AC on the room was too humid, with humid stains on the perimeter walls.

• Konstantin (7/5): - Very close to all the major places in. Venice. Pretty new and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. The description matches the reality as 100% 1. Only one key - this is really a problem. 2. The mattress on the bed is too soft and one feels when the other makes a slightest move. 3. On the top floor there is a usual flat. Someone was walking and jumping all the time and it felt very uneasy, because we couldn't address the reception as it would be in a hotel.

Check-in e check-out da svolgere presso la struttura dell'hotel (4 stelle lusso) dove sarete accolti da un personale di straordinaria gentilezza e professionalità.

• Ευαγγελία (10/5): Πολύ όμορφη και ευχάριστη - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική και το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και πολύ μεγαλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε . Το προσωπικό στο check in καθώς και στο check out πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μας κράτησαν και τις βαλίτσες μετά το check out χωρίς κάποια παραπάνω χρέωση για να κάνουμε βόλτα και να τις πάρουμε πριν αποχωρήσουμε. Παρόλο που μείναμε για δύο βράδια το δωμάτιο καθαρίστηκε και μας αλλάχτηκαν οι πετσέτες . Ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

• Sofia (8/5): - Molto carina, anche la vista dal balcone. Adibita con shampoo, balsamo, ecc… e asciugamani. Mancavano spazzolini e dentifricio, e le sedie che c’erano sul balcone erano state sporcate da alcuni uccelli… (non è successo mentre eravamo lì, erano già sporche quando siamo arrivati)

Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e l'estrema cortesia dello staff, anche nella gestione di una piccola emergenza si sono attivati immediatamente, con grande gentilezza e professionalità. La camera era pulitissima, molto grande e arredata con gran gusto. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo nella stessa struttura.

Purtroppo la stanza non si trova nella struttura principale di Liassidi Palace Hotel che è molto bello, ma in un edificio separato, a poca distanza, in una via defilata non particolarmente bella e poco illuminata la sera, con un ingresso per nulla accogliente.
• stefania (10/5): perfetto. - la camera è ben arredata, luci bellissime, un piccolo balcone sul canale.Il bagno MERAVIGLIOSO, nuovissimo, super funzionale, prodotti disponibili ti qualita eccellente proprio per scrivere qualcosa, manca un gancio per asciugamani accanto alla doccia, e nessuno aveva avvisato di fare il check out presso albero (2 minuti apiedi!)

Al hacer el check out nos quedaban aún muchas horas para el vuelo y pudimos dejar ahí las maletas las horas que necesitamos. Muy bien todo. Por poner una pega, la habitación que cogimos era con cama grande y cuando la vimos eran dos pequeñas juntas, pero dormimos perfectamente.

From the moment we checked in, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. I would stay in Liassidi Arco hotel again.

• Yoan (10/5): - Liassidi Arco sits right on the edge of Venice’s bustling streets and where the charm and tranquility of the Castello neighborhood begin. The room and bathroom were beautifully styled, with a delightful view over a peaceful canal. The area itself is very quiet, ensuring a restful stay with no noise disturbances. Although the building is separate from the main hotel (3-4min walk), both check-in and check-out were seamless. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

AC was good and very much appreciated on a hot weekend in Venice The hotel is sort of a "branch campus" of the larger hotel a few blocks away, and staff were incredibly helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed and check in was as smooth as possible. The room overlooking a canal was novel and memorable, and the location on the edge of the main tourist hub of San Marco allowed us to be close to the action, but also escape the chaos and explore some more local feeling areas as well. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

• NING SUM NELSON (8/5): - We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights while on vacation, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was consistently good. The location is also a strong highlight – it’s conveniently walkable to the piers and nearby attractions, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Our room was located a bit far from the main building, so having a direct line to reception would be helpful for any urgent requests. That said, the staff were mostly very helpful and approachable, so we’re confident they’d assist if needed. As a tip: if you have heavy luggage, it’s worth mentioning it at check-in – we’re sure the team would be happy to help. One minor issue we encountered was the presence of mosquitoes in the room, likely due to its proximity to the canal. We suspect that during cleaning, if the windows are left open, mosquitoes might find their way in. It would be helpful if the hotel could implement some preventive measures—such as screens, repellents, or other deterrents—as they became a bit of a nightly annoyance. Lastly, it would be ideal if the hotel could consider extending the check-out time to around 12 noon or even 1 PM. As tourists, it’s common to stay out late, and having a little more time to rest and pack comfortably on the last day would really enhance the experience. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely consider revisiting.
• Maria (8/5): - Struttura molto curata, pulita e ben tenuta. Purtroppo non insonorizzata quindi sentirete sia gli altri ospiti che tutto ciò che succede in strada, rovinando ogni tipo di riposo notturno.
• Adam (10/5): Quaint and perfect getaway in Venice - The trip to Venice was amazing, the accommodation was great. Check in easy at the main hotel and even offered to escort us to the apartment. Was only 4 minute walk to the accomodation and lovely navigating through the small streets. Location was great, just 15 minute walk to the south of the island where you could walk along the coastline and to St Marcos Square. Balconly and seeing the locals way of live was a nice treat as well.

Venían a limpiar, si querías, una vez al día Recogimos las llaves en Liassidi Palace y luego hay unos 3min a pie hasta Liassidi Arco, la calle da un poco de mal rollo pero lo demás está todo bien

• Verified traveler (6/5): - För det låga priset var boendet bra, men viktigt att veta att det är rum som ligger i ett vanligt bostadshus. Rummet luktar unket och varenda steg från lägenheten ovan hörs. Överlag är rummet i gott skick och som sagt var bra med tanke på priset.

• Emily (10/5): - The room itself had been beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There is one flight of stairs to get to the property which is fine. We only went to the reception of the hotel twice and both times the gentlemen behind the desk were so helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. I can’t remember their names now, but they are a credit to the hotel. Only minor downsides you can hear the family (that live above) walking about upstairs but it is an old building so it’s a given you would hear creaks and the odd noise but you can hear it when you are there.
