• Amanda (9/5): Great stay would stay with them again - Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great kitchen and showers had good water pressure. Management was quick to respond when we dint receive our QR code to get in Needs more bath towels, and a towel holder would be nice for the hand towels. Also the toilet in main bed needs to be fixed, it works but needs to be reset on the floor. Panels for living room also need to be replaced as they never fully closed. None of this affected our stay greatly but should be addressed.

• JESÚS (10/5): Excellent and complete stay for large groups - The size of the house! Very big and spacious house! Modern and comfortable furniture. Big kitchen and very nice patio with huge heated pool. Patio furniture cushions are dirty and with mold.
• ChaToya (7/5): I would stay again - As always, it was a great stay. It was clean and close to everything we needed. I’ve stayed here last year as well. The only thing is this time around is the sliding door blind panels kept falling and the master bedroom door handle also kept falling off. This didn’t take away from the experience but it is always concerning when things like this is already happening and you have to worry about your security deposit.

• Delozier (1/5): Bad - Nothing we where lied to by booking .com do not believe what you read . You can not get your our reservation tried to tell us we owed 400.00 more because taxes had gone up . We tried to figure out why they wanted more money when we had reserved and paid in full months earlier. Then they told us we couldn't get all of our money back they told us we would not get it all back even tho it was days before any penalty . We tried to ask why they needed more they told us they told us to cancel they where not gonna give us back what we payed the add said a hundred percent back they lied . We tried to cancle two days before the to late to cancel time they told us 900.00 was what we are getting we paid 1500.00. we are not happy with this and we did not accept there offer.

• Wood (8/5): Great family fun. - The area was nice and the house was large. The pool was awesome with the hot tub. The traffic getting to the house and having to stop at the gate to get in each time
• Chatoya (10/5): Amazingly beautiful - We had a wonderful time! Everything was as expected. Please understand Florida is tropical and geckos and other little insects will be around. The only thing we had an issue with was our QR code working at the gate but the security was very prompt with letting us in.

• Yolanda (7/5): Beautiful house but a nightmare to get in or go back. - The house was nice and clean. It was super complicated to get in because the key code they gave me didn't work, and I tried to talk to someone about it, but it was difficult to get ahold of the management. Nobody knew the company that was renting the house and at one point I thought it was a scam. Every time we came back to the gate trying to come back into the house nobody let us in and we have to wait between 10 and 20 minutes. At one point we had a line of cars behind us.

• Megan (6/5): Beautiful home but will not stay with this rental company again. - This property was beautiful. All rooms had a bathroom and we had plenty of space. The WiFi information given to us did not work. No one responded regarding that or my request to heat the pool. The furniture was uncomfortable including the beds and they had limited towels with NO washcloths.

• Derek (4/5): house is ok, roan noise very frustrating - the property was a good size with well spaced out rooms the property is located to close to the freeway, you couldn’t site by the pool comfortably, the road noise was so loud it interfered with our sleep
