The Hostel allows outsiders to get into the property with alcohol and every time they create a ruckus. Extremely unprofessional. The rooftop cafe staff is extremely unhelpful and rude.

Atleast called 3-4 different personnel for a minute query. The Bathrooms weren’t clean, geyser wasn’t functioning and The cistern wasn’t working at all. The lifts were stinking badly. Overall not at all recommended for a stay.

- Smita (1/5): KINDLY NOTE: THE HOTEL BATHROOMS ARE COMPROMISED AND SO IS YOUR PRIVACY - Location Discovered the entire hotel bathrooms are constructed in a fashion where two bathrooms shares one ventilation fan opening which makes it easy for an individual to get his/her privacy compromised and jeopardize it. KINDLY NOTE: THE HOTEL BATHROOMS ARE COMPROMISED AND SO IS YOUR PRIVACY. Booked a room for 2 nights however stayed one. We had to leave the place the other morning as we discovered that our safety, security and privacy has been compromised. The privacy of an individual is at stake and depends on the integrity of the other individual working(owner/ manager/ staff) or visiting the hotel- MOUSTACHE AGRA, because the ventilator fan for one room bath opens to the other room bath, and is clearly visible. One can clearly view, observe and record you without your knowledge or consent. When we called the staff, manager and owner to address this concern, they brushed off their shoulder as if it's common or nothing for a person to get his privacy in a bathroom or hotel room gets compromised easily. Above all, the broader concern is who approved this location as suitable for conducting a hotel business. When we asked the owner and manager to take this issue seriously and get it resolved as soon as possible, his reaction was rather uninformed and ignorant. We, then contacted the appropriate authorities (112-Agra Police) to investigate and settle this issue.

They were so helpful and understanding, 10/10 from my side. The total experience was good, as I've stayed in the past here as well while I was travelling solo that time. In the morning, everything is lit up, so you can walk to the Taj entrance without any problems. The hosts were very kind and helpful. In my opinion, this is a great hostel.
