• L (9/5): Was really nice bed and location have nothing bad to say other then the washing situation - Bed was really comfortable and staff were nice. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar. The location was really good 1min walk to the monorail so if u need to get any where. I need to wash my clothes they don’t have washing machines for public they has a service but the service was going to charge me $15 each shirt to wash , $8 each pants , $6 each pair of socks and $8 for jocks which I think is insane so 3 sets of clothes $120 for one load of washing

• Patrick (10/5): Stunning hotel on Sentosa with exceptional sea views - This hotel is amazing - it has the best views from the ocean view rooms, overlooking Palawan Beach. It's a short walk from all of the attractions Sentosa has to offer, and an even shorter walk to the Beach and Imbiah monorail stations, making it easy to get to the mainland quickly. We loved our room and the facilities, including a lovely bathroom area and shower, plus space to put your cases and unpack. The staff were incredibly friendly - especially Maureen (?) at the rooftop bar - who made you feel very welcome. Speaking of the bar, this is a great area for adults only, with brilliant cocktails and drinks at the bar and a beautiful pool. In the evening, the restaurant served great food and drinks, with spectacular views of the ocean, and you can see the fireworks display from Siloso beach, too. The beauty of this place is that you can use the family friendly pools on level 3, as well as the adult-only pool on level 7. I'd highly recommend it for young couples looking for a perfect getaway on Sentosa Island. We felt incredibly relaxed and safe here. One of the pools was sadly closed for maintenance, and this wasn't communicated before our stay (but that's an incredibly minor inconvenience). Food and drink here is great, but it's very pricey. That being said, you do get a 2-for-1 drinks voucher to use between 6pm and 9pm, plus 10% off food and drink as a guest. Also, book through the hotel if you want the free snacks at reception - this wasn't possible for third party bookings which is a shame.

• tiffanyfxy (10/5): Fantastic 2-Day Meeting at the Planning Room (Outpost/Barracks Hotel Events Centre) - We organised a meeting at The Barracks Hotel / The Outpost Hotel and the hospitality was incredible. We had meals at Bedrock Origin as well as Native Kitchen, and the service was efficient and impeccable. All throughout the 2 days, they did their best to accommodate anything and everything our group asked for, and I am very thankful for the wonderful Cheryl, Siva, and Guna for all their help and support! Their fantastic and prompt service took a huge weight off my mind, and I couldn't have had a successful event without them. Once again, a huge thank you and kudos to the team!

There were no umbrellas to sit under, as very limited shady sitting, towels old, broken tiles behind furniture, no soap in womens toilet. Lounge stained and mouldy. Pool attendant not happy with us getting own towel.Reception staff member didn't know if shuttle operated partly by your company would take our bags, left it to us to walk over and ask.

Our plan is to go to Universal Studios, so we arrived at the hotel before the check-in time to store our luggage. The staff were all very friendly. Our host Serene at the front desk coordinated our room for us, allowing us to check in early. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
• zibol2026 (10/5): A Perfect Anniversary Beach Getaway - This is my second time staying at The Outpost Hotel on Sentosa. After comparing different options, I still find this hotel has the best location — it's very close to Beach Station, making transportation super convenient. The hotel also has two swimming pools, including a sky pool and a bar, with a great atmosphere. Right across from the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven, which makes shopping easy. This time, I came with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. I emailed the hotel in advance, and a special thank you to Reservation Sales Executive Joseline Ying Ying TEOH for arranging the room decoration, as well as FITRI for the commemorative card and small gift. Coming back to the room after an evening out was such a lovely surprise — I was absolutely delighted, and my partner was very happy too. Thanks again to all the hotel staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

• twintraveller2015 (6/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is more than adequate for a couple of nights stay on Sentosa. The pool is fabulous and well suited to the many families making good use of it. Rooms are clean, attractive and have everything you need except storage. They are also quite small. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is ok with lukewarm food and not much choice. It’s a great base for the island but apart from the pools I wouldn’t want to spend much time there.

• Culture56220804375 (10/5): A great staycation at Outpost! - I’m booked a staycation for my birthday at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa and I had a wonderful stay. The outpost hosts, Tinesh, went out of her way to make a nice decoration of swans which was a nice welcome to the room. Outpost Host, Jing Yuan, arranged for a nice surprise birthday cake for me. That really made our stay memorable. The room was clean and well equipped. The toiletries added a nice aromatherapy after a day out exploring Sentosa. The only suggestion for improvement will be the morning breakfast which felt ordinary. We will definitely be back at outpost again and looking forward for the pool to be reopened after improvement works.

Poor breakfast and a noisy, hard to adjust AC. - hotel was clean, and the beds and pillows were top quality, extremely comfortable The breakfast was definitely not up to five-star hotel standards, with an extremely limited selection: just one proper buffet line and a few pieces of fruit. The air conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. Location is quite unusual as access to the hotel requires going through the parking garage each time.

A bit peculiar that the hotel lacked a proper entrance, you had to find your way out through the garage when you wanted to go down to the beaches.

The rooms felt new and very comfortable, with great amenities like a Nespresso machine and a Japanese toilet. The bed, towels, and linens were all very high quality and extremely comfortable. The location was also very convenient, close to Universal Studios and the beach.

• Rain (8/5): Wonderful hotel in paradise - This hotel is in paradise - 3 beautyful beaches in a walking distance. Very easy to travel to mainland with monorail. Hotel is new - rooms are modern, with new facilities, big TV, huge shower-cabin, a lot of toileteries free and tea +coffee mashine. There is a separate tap for fresh drinking water - very useful with so high temperatures! We didn’t buy any bottle of water during our stay. Breakfast was very good and on 7-th floor with view. There could be a rack where you could dry your swimming suits. Hotel has 2 pools and beaches so close but you don’t have any place to dry your bikini or swimming costume.

• Jack (9/5): Great value for money for a comfortable stay in Singapore - We really enjoyed the stay here. It’s very continently placed for an easy walk to the monorail station to vivacity mall. The room is clean, sleek, modern. The shower especially is fantastic. We made sure to get a beach view and felt this was worth it for the morning views rather than looking back over the resort complex. We were worried from some other reviews that it was going to be small, and it is smaller than many other hotel rooms, but I certainly found it easily manageable for a couple and would stay here again.

• alexey (7/5): - Бассейн на 3-м этаже понравился, места хватало. Бассейн на крыше - не пользовались - маленький, только для взрослых.. Близко от станции наземного метро. Заселение. Дважды в переписке информировал о раннем заселении. Ни слова в ответах о доплате!!. В итоге оплатил 180S$ для возможности заселиться с 9 утра, т.к. за более раннее заселение запросили 480 S$ - хамство.. Касаемо персонала, то не понравился именно подход при заселении. Нас пустили в номер чуть раньше 9-ти утра, преподнеся это как великое одолжение. Работа системы кондиционирования. Влажность убирается только низкими температурами (ниже +21), которые можно установить на терморегуляторе в номере. Это говорит о том, что подготавливаемый воздух не осушается до комфортной влажности и при температурах от +22 в номере очень влажно. Даже +22 для нас холодно.. Душ. Нет регулировки напора.

• Lyndal (5/5): Not recommended - The bed was comfortable, and the location good. The property was tired, and felt more like a 3 star basic motel than a hotel. The staff were unhelpful when you could find them, but that could take 30-40 minutes. The “over 18s” rooftop pool was open to children of all ages, drinks and food service was very slow despite it being relatively empty and it also provides no shade. By far the least enjoyable place I’ve stayed at in a long time.
