• Jan (10/5): Nice and spacious but very very Disney. - Good location, spacious, has everything needed. The inside has been redone - all of the inside is Disney themed - each room another theme. That felt overwhelming to us and simply „too much“ after spending all day with the mouse. The pool door alarm is tricky to navigate.

• shameeka (10/5): Classis Weekend at Windsor - This home is BEAUTIFUL! The AMAZING artwork throughout the home is breathtaking!!! Every room was decorated with a different theme. The game room captivated the 4 teenagers that were in our group the entire duration of our visit! The pool temperature was too cold; although it was a very hot day. The temperature needs to be turned up.

• Gregor (10/5): Großzügiges Haus mit super Ausstattung und außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hiflsbereiten Vermietern. - Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es waren in großzügiger Menge Handtücher, sowie extra Badetücher zur Poolbenützung vorhanden. In der Küche waren neben ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien noch Kaffeefilter, Geschirrspüler Tabs, Müllsäcke sowie eine kleine Packung Wäsche-Waschmittel bereit gestellt. Außerdem gab es in der Abstellkammer beim Pool diverse Schwimmnudeln und Wasserspielzeuge. Neben dem kleinen Pool der direkt am Haus angeschlossen ist, kann auch noch das Clubhaus kostenlos mitbenutzt werden. Dort gibt es einen großen Pool, Rutschen, einen Arcade Spieleraum, Fitnessraum, Minigolfplatz, und diverse Sportplätze. Insgesamt ein tolles Angebot. Die Informationen zur Unterkunft sind alle gut aufbereitet und zugänglich. Mein persönliches Highlight war aber die überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit den Vermietern! Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts wurden sämtliche Fragen ob per e-mail oder telefonisch sehr schnell und liebenswert beantwortet - hier fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben und versorgt! Sogar einer Anfrage bezüglich eines zurückgebliebenen Stofftieres wurde unmittelbar nachgegangen und extra noch einmal das Haus abgesucht. Würde ich nicht mehrere Tausend Kilometer weit weg wohnen würde ich gleich meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort buchen. Vielen Dank and Ivor und Joyce!!! -

Once I was provided the address, the location was nowhere near where I expected was very far from the parks. Also, the settings in the thermostat had to stay at 76 which was extremely hot. Other than that go home was beautiful clean and very comfortable.
• Melissa (10/5): Awesome experience that made vacation a little more relaxing! - The host, Joyce & Ivor, went well beyond what they were required to do to ensure we were able to confirm our rental- even when the bank declined the transaction 3 separate times to avoid suspicion of fraud. They remained patient with my issues! Plus- The house was extremely nice and rather big! It exceeded my expectations! The arcade room wasn’t at all expected. Between the arcade room and the pool, the kids wanted to stay at the house the entire time. Plus, free admission to a small clubhouse waterpark, which I didn’t even realize was included!! The kids LOVED that! I loved saving money to an additional waterpark. They also like the free arcade at the clubhouse! Nothing- I liked everything!

• Mert (10/5): My parents had a pleasant stay - The fact they stayed patient with me having doubts about the processing of my credit card details, I appreciate that a lot. The accommodation was clean and the backyard was properly fenced off to be protected. This is more something that I didn't like about booking.com than about the accommodation. On booking.com there are many notifications and warnings to not share your financial data like your credit card information for example. To process the transaction the accommodation needed a picture of my card and my card number. Naturally I was worried seeing how there's many warnings on the website telling you not to do this at all costs, luckily the host explained it to me and stayed patient throughout the process. They contacted booking.com and in turn booking.com contacted me to explain me their site is wrong and that it's safe to proceed. The whole transaction went without any issues and any question I had were answered right away.
• Louise (9/5): Overall, our stay was wonderful. I can recommend the property to my friends! - The hosts are very accommodating. Communication with them is great! The location is excellent, very convenient. There was a problem with the indoor pool but they responded quickly and resolved the problem. We even had a great time with the clubhouse pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Additionally, the kids loved the game room! I got some bed bugs bites. I informed the hosts about it and they said they will have them checked.

The hosts provided a highchair at no extra cost and ensured our stay was fantastic. The games room is a bonus which both big and little kids enjoyed. Nothing to say - it was awesome.

Everything was so clean. The home is in a great location. I would love to stay in this community again. The game room was an added bonus. The entire family enjoyed it. There was not a protective fence in front of the pool.

Expensive not even allowed in garage where you can normally dry your clothes. Did not like all glass tables not ideal when you have small children, pictures on website were deceiving.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The house and the amenities were great and enjoyable. The only thing I can say was the 5 bedroom house was supposed to have two rooms with two twin beds. Thankful there was a loft, so everything worked out.
• Rangerred85 (10/5): Clean and Comfortable stay in a 5 Bed Villa with Pool. - - Spacius Home with a great sized pool, size of property was great and each bedroom had own ensuite. - Located near supermarkets and plenty of restaurants (we were situated in the Windsor Island complex) just of Sand Mine Road. - Attractions were only 30 - 45 mins away, traffic depending, so great access for parks and malls. - Hosts were very friendly and easily contactable via email. - Kitched was fully stocked with enough utensils, cups, plates etc to cook a decent meal in the eves. - Games room was a bonus! Would def stay again in this accom in the future, and recommend to others. 2 minor concerns we only had: 1: Was the lack of a pool net, we had to buy one ourselves (to clean out insects etc in the mornings - needed during storm seasons) as the accomodation did not come with one, which we left by the pool for future visitors to use. 2: Bedroom curtains didnt seem to fit the window fully, so light bled in as soon as the sun rose.

This is an incredibly safe, clean, spacious, home to stay with your family. There is nothing to not like, this property has everything you need to have a fantastic time.
• Evelyn (4/5): Fair stay but a lot of MAJOR issues to be taken care of!!!! - Locations and convenient to many attractions The cleanliness of the house VERY dusty, black film of mold, bed linen had dry blood spots/stains, huge carpenter ants/roaches INFESTATION inside the house that me and my family had to continue to kill and spray raid the ENTIRE stay. I don't think this house should be booked until extermination is done and done on a regular basis. Ants filled the pool, and the water in the jacuzzi continuously to drained out and wasn't getting hot the little time that it was in there. The house is BEAUTIFUL but needs some MAJOR sanitization and MAJOR cleaning. I have several VIDEOS to justify what I'm saying.
