• Elizabeth (6/5): Great location but arrange prior to stay for further pillows to be available!!! - The location was spot on, and there was plenty of space for two of us in the apartment! There was only one pillow per person, and once we had realised this we had messaged to see if we could get any more but did not get a response, leading to one of the worst sleeps after a long day of exploring

The kitchen had very nice appliances, including a dishwasher The kitchen didn't have silverware for 4 people. It seems some items have been lost or misplaced over time and just need to be replenished It also would have been helpful to have some paper towels or kitchen towels available at the apartment. The big things (sink, dishwasher, kettle, stove, etc) were very good and the apartment was very clean, just a few small but important things.

• Roisin (8/5): Excellent city centre find - Really clean apartment. Easy to find and in very good location. Booked last minute for 3 adults and they had sofa bed set up for us when we arrived. Really efficient communication from owner/management. Our only fault is that we couldn't get the big shower head to work but the shower was perfect otherwise.

A pochi passi a piedi dal duomo, e dalle vie principali di Milano. Doccia ampia e spaziosa. Il prezzo esagerato. Settimana della design week e probabilmente hanno leggermente calcato la mano per un appartamento che non è impeccabile.

But then on arrival the link didn’t work probably because of all the buildings around so one of the shop keeper helped us . The host was not very helpful was told to wait for internet to load we even though we had been waiting for last 20 mins There were only two spoons, two forks, and just one induction-compatible cookware item. No coffee pods were provided for the Nespresso machine, and there were only two half-used toilet rolls for a family of four. Fortunately, there was a supermarket within walking distance.

• Claire (8/5): It was a great location, easy access, great staff and was fine for our short stay. - The property was in a great location and the staff were very prompt with communication and accommodated our request for a slightly early check-in. The apartment was a little smaller than I thought it would be as there was no couch. The bed was ok for a fold out couch but more pillows would have been good.

• Irina (9/5): Excelent apartment - The apartment was close to a metro station, within walking distance from all of the main attractions in the centre of Milano. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, in the bathroom and in the rooms. It's also quite a spacious place, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed. The staff was very responsive, accomodating all of our needs via messages, including a late check-out. The only thing that can be an issue for longer stays is the noise from the street and neighbouring apartments. We only stayed one night and we were not too bothered, but for several nights it can be disturbing

La cosa peggiore è che c’è muffa nera ovunque in casa, inoltre siamo in 4 e ci è stato fornito solo 1 rotolo piccolo (o forse mezzo) di carta igienica per un soggiorno di 2 giorni e 1 notte - abbiamo cercato ovunque senza successo, abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri fazzoletti. Il divano letto non è fornito di cuscini da letto ma solo di cuscini più piccoli e scomodi.

The apartment is great - large bedroom, large sofa bed for adult in living room, kitchen with everything Not that I don’t like but for people with mobility issues - 8 comfortable steps to front door. There are handrails. Also the entrance is in an alley way opposite a car park entrance. It is a busy pedestrian connection to the shopping streets at each end, so felt safe at all times.

Indicatiile proprietarului pentru self chek-in de ajutor, la fel si cele privind restaurante. Am apreciat facilitatea de a lasa bagajele la receptia lor centrala aflat de 10 min distanta. Ar fi utile cuiere in baie si la intrare si un cuptor cu microunde.

A bejelentkezéshez minden szükséges információt megkaptunk, a kommunikáció a szállással csillagos 5! Alapjában tiszta apartman, függönyökre igazán ráférne egy mosás! Annak aki csak aludni szeretne az apartmanban tökéletes, viszont aki főzni is szeretne annak mondanám, hogy nagyon nem felszerelt a konyha edények stb szempontjából… egy csipet só sem volt

Finestre poco insonorizzate ma la via è tutto sommato molto silenziosa di notte. Si sente il rumore della metro o tram. Consiglio: lascerei in cucina un kit x la pulizia e per le necessità minime di cottura (dal pepe zucchero ecc.). Non costa niente ma x chi si ferma qualche giorno può essere utile.

I cuscini e il materasso un po' troppo morbidi per i miei gusti ma le mie amiche si sono trovate bene, è una questione di abitudine personale :)
