• Dmitry (7/5): - Расположение дома рядом с линией метро, т.к. были без автомобиля. Сам дом в спокойном месте без большого потока туристов, но рядом со всеми центральными достопримечательностями. Удобная кровать для отдыха. Есть отопление, но не позволяющее регулировать температуру, а для лета кондиционеры. Вдвоем комфортно, а вот четверым уже нет. Заменить диван в гостиной комнате, его состояние ужасно - пятна и он прожжен. В первый вечер обнаружили, что душевая лейка сломана, ее заменили по моей заявке на следующий день. Но тут, конечно, вопрос уже к супервайзеру/агенту, который не следит за управляемой недвижимостью. Смеситель на биде также требует чистки. Площадь квартиры существенно меньше, так как большую часть занимает терраса. Внутреннего обеденного стола нет, мне пришлось переносить его из террасы.

• Thomforde (10/5): A lovely stay convenient to everything in Rome. - The Apartment was very comfortable and the location was perfect for walking around the City! Accessing the location was very easy. Our contact Diego was also accessible via WhatsApp and he was very helpful . The Apartment was very clean and well outfitted for morning coffee and light evening meals for us. Also having a washing machine available was helpful. The parrots in the trees were a special bonus. The shower fixture needs a bit of work. One has to hold the head while getting wet and while rinsing. The holder slips down to the base near the handle.
• Petya (10/5): Very good - Perfect location in a great clean neighborhood close to a metro station and at a walking distance to most attractions. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a stay of several days. The hosts are kind and responsive :) Everything was perfect, exept the shower.
• Sagel (5/5): It’s a standard accommodation, in hindsight I would have chosen a hotel. - Location was good No hot water, shower door and shower head was broken, beds was very uncomfortable, staff set up a group chat for any issues, but didn’t hardly respond when we told them about the hot water issue. The man downstairs at reception was very unapproachable.

• Sandra (7/5): Good - Nice apartment if you want to stay close to the subway. The couch is unfomfortable and overall a bit outdated.

• Thomforde (9/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location for walking - The apartment was lovely, especially enjoyed the balcony with views of passing parrots. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect allowing for easy walks to Rome Centro. Paid parking was convenient in front of the building. (Timing is everything in getting close spaces, but it is very doable!) Good wifi was available. Lots of towels available. Shower door didn't close all the way. Shelf in the kitchen opposite the sink/stovetop/dishwasher that held pots/pans and cooking utensils was way too high to reach, we used a chair to get things, a step stool would be safer. There were no dish towels, but lots of bath and hand towels. The apartment had a partial roll of toilet paper with no additional rolls in reserve - so we purchased a package and left them in house. It would be useful to have a folder of information about nearby shops for groceries, bars and favorite restaurants and local maps for folks not familiar with the area.

• Josie (5/5): Underwhelming - Balcony good. Good location. Quiet over night. Nice minimal decor. It was dirty- had to clean the apartment when in there. Alot of dust. Kettle has mold and calcium in it. Very small kitchen only one person at a time can enter. Shower door put on the wrong way so it is difficult to get into the shower.
