Guest Reviews
- Katie (10/5): - This apartment was very spacious compared to all the other accomodations we stayed at throughout Croatia. It had a nice patio space, parking, and all the basics you'd want. I really liked the neighborhood and glad we chose not to stay in old town.
- David (10/5): - Lovely, LARGE, well equipped, clean property near the bus stop to get to the more touristy Old Town. A couple of nice cafes/bars/restaurants nearby.
- Jeff (4/5): Not luxury! - I wouldn’t describe this property as “luxury.” At the very least, I would expect a luxury apartment to have the basic amenities covered. Upon arrival, I had planned to do laundry using the advertised machine, only to discover there was no detergent provided. I messaged Daniela to ask about it, and after leaving my message on WhatsApp. I could see that she read the message but didn't reply. I had to message for a second time, again I could see she read the message but didnt reply until late in the evening. She said her cleaner had the day off and suggested I walk up the street to buy my own detergent without offering to drop some off or even apologizing.
The kitchen was also missing some basic cooking essentials such as pepper and cooking oil. Overall, the apartment felt overpriced for what was provided and certainly did not live up to the “luxury” label.
- Ben (10/5): - Great apartment in a quiet part of town. Made it great and relaxing
- Alessia (8/5): - Great location and apartment, spacious for 2 people
- Loi (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this place, it's clean, everything you need for a short trip is provided. The owner met us and showed us around the property very kind and accommodating, the contact person is very prompt to answer our question. I would to reccomend this place.
- sa (10/5): - The property is very nice, very roomy, everything functional. At night, can hear car driving by. Many restaurants around
- Vesna (10/5): - Everything was nice,beautiful place.
- Marie Claire (8/5): - Logement sympathique avec parking
- Lynette (10/5): - Nothing but great! Highly recommend. Quick responses & the place was so lovely. Nicest place we have stayed on our travel journey
- alice (10/5): - So perfect!
- Alejandra (10/5): - Gran opcion de hospedaje en Dubrovnik
- Heather (8/5): - Apartment was spatious and clean. Location was convenient; the bus around the corner goes straight to the Old Town. Some construction in the area, so a bit noisy. Had a difficult time getting a hold of property owner to check in, but she was responsive to my questions once i was there. Overall, nice place and good value.
- Alejandro (10/5): - Loved this apartment!!
- Jörg (4/5): - Die Unterkunft war enttäuschend. 1.
- Petr (2/5): Terrible management terrible attitude. - We arrived at the place, there was no one and no info, no contact number only the sign on the door. We called the number from the reservation only to hear from some agency that they dont manage this property. So my girlfried went to contact two of the neigbours(partly in spanish, partly italian and hand speech - the neigbougs were around 65-80) and since they were at home and very kind we got the right number to call. That was the last option we tried so it all took almost two hours.
I called the number and talked to Daniela Vukadin. One of the first things she had to say when we didnt exactly like the situation was: "I'm doing this for 15 years, I have 15 appartments, I run this through Expedia(we have booked through hotels.com) and if you dont like it you can leave". Basically an overgrown spoiled child.
What we didn't hear once during the whole conversation was "sorry". I run the bussines too and I understand mistakes happen but such an attitude is obviously disaster. Basically there was no attempt to improve the situation, only to end the call very quickly and god forbid admit that some mistake was made.
I guess if everthing goes fine it's allright, but if not you don't want to deal with this.
And by the way parking is advertised as free, but its only free if there are free spots on the street in front of the property. There was a free spot so fine, otherwise you pay hourly I guess.
- Ravi (10/5): - Apartment Daniela is very well situated local amenities eg the bus station is 200m for bus number 6 to the Old City ( Pile Gate) 15 minutes ride. Supermarkets are also very close ( 200m), restaurants and the beach ( 400m) away.. The apartment was very comfortable with a large lounge/bedroom. Kitchen is adequate with a fridge , microwave, etc.Daniela's mother looked after the apartment who was very friendly and gave all the local information. Thanks for the lovely wine and the cake, chocolate you brought us. We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik.
- Fredrik (8/5): Mysig lägenhet i lugnt område - Trevlig lägenhet i lugnt område.
