- Hugo (10/5): Rome central rooms guest house review - we had a wonderful time, we were pleased to see how easy it was of access. everything was communicated by the staff days before. we've even requested for an early check-in which was granted for a reasonable price. Kelly was so nice with us, and made sure everything was perfectly tidy and neat. She made us coffee in the morning as well, very nice and caring lady. The bedrooms don't lack anything, and the place itself is well located and not too far away. But expect to walk a lot, but if you don't want to there's a subway station and bus stops close by. Nothing.

- Magdalena (10/5): Great! - Our stay in Rome was wonderful due to the great location which is very close to the metro, the rooms were beautiful. We were very pleased with the room and the overall standard, the beds were very comfortable and Kelly is a truly wonderful person who was incredibly kind and helpful—she deserves special recognition. The only disadvange is that the rooms are quite noisy because the walls are thin and you can hear the street noise and the kitchen equipment is rather modest if you are planning to cook for yourself.

The room was immaculate and Kelly was amazing, she kept everything super tidy and would make us coffee in the morning which was a great start to each day! We are super grateful to her for the stay we had, we couldn’t recommend this place more! No issues

- Viktor (10/5): - All very good. I would recommend to upgrade the base of the shower door. The flushing of the toilet needs some quick maintenance, it works, but you need sometimes to press it multiple times so the water strarts to refill. Otherwise perfect.

- Lasley (10/5): Great location - The location was excellent - very near a metro station, but in a more residential neighborhood. Nearby restaurants were very good, and people were friendly. Since the venue is not manned, we had some trouble finding it, finding our room, and entering. The venue has great wifi but we didn't have the password so couldn't reach out to Gianni to get it. Once we were able to contact him, evening went very smoothly.

Kelly was such a nice person. She even made breakfast for us and make sure everything was alright and comfortable. The bathroom doesn’t have much privacy.

Las instalaciones bien y todo muy limpio. Ubicación buena, aún estando un poco alejado del centro ,tiene muy buena comunicación con trenes y autobuses, andando tienes el colisseo a 20 minutos. Calidad/precio totalmente recomendable. Zona muy tranquila y segura. Volveremos seguro. Hubo unos huéspedes que llegaron de madrugada haciendo mucho ruido, madrugaron bastante y hacían ruido y hablaban a un volumen que no correspondía con la hora y sin embargo, no se les llamó la atención.

Przecudowna Kelly, która dbała o nasz komfort, proponowała kawę czy śniadanie. Pokoje zadbane i czyste, pięknie pachnące. Tv z netflixem i asystentem Alexa. Przestrzeń wspólna zadbana i jak wspomniałam dobrze wyposażona. Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra i podstawowych sklepów. Bardzo jasny proces zameldowania, dzięki dobrej komunikacji ze strony zespołu pracowników. Na plus możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w obiekcie po wymeldowaniu. Łazienka wyposażona w podstawowe kosmetyki i suszarkę, komplet ręczników.

- Montse (10/5): - Hemos estado 5 dias y la verdad que todo estupendo. La ubicacion perfecta, fuera de la zona mas turística pero a 20 m andando del Colisseo. El barrio muy agradable y tranquilo. Kelly nos ha atendido muy bien y con muchas facilidades (desayuno por la mañana y hemos podido dejar la maleta el ultimo dia antes de ir al aeropuerto). Las Instalaciones muy limpias. Ho pernottato nella camera n. 1, molto pulita, spaziosa e con balconcino su via Taranto. Stesse caratteristiche per il bagno privato, una rarità. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, addirittura con gli asciugamani a sagoma di cigno. Soggiorno estremamente accogliente e dotato di tutti gli accessori utili per la colazione (nonché di biscotti e merende confezionate). Kelly, che era presente al momento del check out, è stata molto simpatica e disponibile. Da sottolineare che ho speso decisamente di più per alloggi ben più scadenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

- Marc (7/5): - Très bon acceuil de Kelly. Propre. Proximité du métro. Lorsque l on est arrivé devant la porte d entrée de la rue. Impossible de rentrer. Pas de code,pas d indication du loueur. On est resté dehors en attendant que quelqu'un sorte pour ouvrir. Mauvaise indication pour se diriger vers la chambre. Erreur de numero de chambre. L annonce dit qu il y a un coffre ,en effet mais comme il n y a qu une seule clé ,il nous demande de la cacher dans la chambre donc aucune sécurité,surtout que la proprio se trompe de chambre à donner aux clients. Pour le petit déjeuner on le prends à table de 4 avec d autres clients, pas conviviale ,surtout quand les clients parlent fort. Des le matin très désagréable.petit déjeuner pas du tout copieux, pas de jus de fruit. De l eau. Bref pas terrible. On enttends les clients qui se douche ou qui font leur pipi.EN conclusion publicité contournée. Murs peinture écaillée à plusieurs endroits. Contours de la base de douche rongée par le tartres ,aspect très dégoûtant. Faience cassée sur des coins . Poubelle couvercle cabossé. Pour un soit disant prestige c est à revoir. Proprio a un contact téléphonique agréable, mais je pense manque de communication entre son personnel.Elle nous a autorisé à laisser nos bagages dans la cuisine en attendant le départ, très sympathique. Trop de contrainte dans cette établissement. Je ne reviendrai pas.Elle présente son établissements comme un B&B? Je ne comprends pas.je dirai que c est un RBNB.

Les chambres sont bien entretenues avec des odeurs de parfum agréable. Elle nous décore le lit avec des serviettes travaillée en forme de cygne.Agreable surprise! - Marcel (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Bardzo fajny hotel! Pokój był przestronny, nowoczesny i przede wszystkim bardzo czysty. Widać dbałość o detale i komfort gości. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta – od razu można poczuć się swobodnie i mile widzianym. Lokalizacja to ogromny plus. Tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, a około 500 metrów dalej są dwie linie metra, którymi bez problemu można dojechać do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. Idealne miejsce zarówno na zwiedzanie, jak i na krótki city break. Zdecydowanie polecam – chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie! Wszytko było w porządku

The room were very clean thanks to Giovanni. We had a great time. The location isn’t as central as we thought, but we’re able to get Ubers very quickly, which we didn’t mind and the room was priced very well.

Her exceptional service ensured we were comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, and being able to use the shared kitchen facilities for tea/coffee was an added plus. We were able to leave our baggage there as well to make the most of our stay in Rome. The property is close to the Metro A line, about a 30min journey to most of the Rome attractions. We will definitely be coming back in future trips. NA

Besides the shared kitchen through which you have to walk by to get to the r - The property is really well-kept, the rooms and kitchen are clean and have everything you need. The rooms look exactly like in the photos so you won’t be surprised by anything :)) The walls are quite thin so you can slightly hear people talking or walking in the other rooms.
- Tatiana (10/5): Volvería a quedarme aquí - La habitación muy amplia y limpia. La cocina y el comedor muy agradables y puedes preparar tu comida. La atención de Kelly excelente, siempre con una café y una sonrisa y lo mejor de todo es que tienes múltiples opciones de transporte cerca para desplazarte. El lugar es seguro para caminar y muy central.

- Eva (9/5): - Camera moderna, pulita e posizione molto comoda rispetto alla metro e ai servizi principali. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile, sia da remoto che quello che si trovava lì.

- Jonathan (7/5): Bumpy start, but handled with care - Our original apartment was cancelled on the day of arrival, but the host quickly arranged another place on the same street. That was appreciated and made the situation much easier. Communication was fine, and in the end we had a place to stay without too much stress. The apartment had the basics we needed. The cancellation on the day we arrived was not ideal. The replacement apartment was very basic and not something we really loved. It worked, but there were a few issues and it didn’t feel especially comfortable or well thought out.

- Alina (7/5): Całkiem spoko - Lokalizacja i wyposażenie mieszkania jest super. Bardzo blisko metra i w spoko dzielnicy. Obsługa przemiła, nie musieliśmy się spieszyć z wymeldowaniem. Chciałabym wcześniej dostać informację o tym jak się dostać do pokoju, najlepiej dzień wcześniej albo rano.

Estuvo en cada detalle para que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable Nada que tenga que ver con las instalaciones o el b&b. Solo mencionar que el ascensor es un poco incómodo por sus dimensiones. Pero se entiende por estar en un edificio antiguo

Her service was very helpful and I had a wonderful time staying. As a solo female traveler, I also felt very safe with security.
- Soraya (10/5): Je recommande cet hôtel pour l’accueil, la propreté et la proximité avec le métro et le centre de la ville - Tout d’abord la proximité avec le centre de Rome, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable et surtout ce que nous avons aimé est l’accueil et le travail de Kelly. Elle nous pliait nos serviette avec des formes différents chaque jours, rangeait nos affaires avec soin et nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison ! Ce sont ses petites attentions et sa minutie qui nous ont conquit ! Sinon, il est possible de laisser les bagages dans la cuisine de l’hôtel avant le Check in et après le check out, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé ! Si nous revenons à Rome nous nous ferons un plaisir de séjourner de nouveau dans cet endroit :) La rue qui donne sur l’hôtel est très fréquenté et on peux être dérangé par le bruit des voiture et les klaxons. A part ça tout était parfait !
