- Fiona (9/5): Great location, neat and tidy - Excellent location, close to public transport and a short direct stroll to darling harbour. Room was neat and tidy, beautiful hot water. Staff were lovely and welcoming everytime we saw them. Photo is view of QVB from the room. The bed pushed into a corner. Its a small room, however small layout changes could centre the bed and allow access from both sides.

The staff were great, I called down to let them know I’d be late to checkout because I woke up unwell, and they were nice about accommodating me. The wifi didn’t work in my room during my stay (too weak of a connection) so check on this is you don’t have phone data. My room was also an executive room right that’s just a few inches from the elevator so it was loud and woke me up quite early, so I’d request to be in a room further away from the elevator.

The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was large and even the air conditioner was quiet. An unexpected bonus was the welcome package of fruit and chocolates. The next time I stay in Sydney, I will be making another booking here. I can't think of any complaints.

- Jake (8/5): Great value for a centric CBD work stay - Quiet and clean, the staff were very nice, they allowed me to check out late without extra charge, the fruit and chocolates were a lovely touch and the room had everything you would expect and need. I spent a long time waiting for the elevator in the morning. The light on the button didn't stay on, so I didn't know whether it was coming or not, so I would have to keep routinely pressing to make sure. It went past my floor 2 times before it opened, leading me to think there was something wrong with the button, I was on the fifth floor. I probably had to wait close to 10 minutes for it. This only happened on one of my days, but it was one in which I was in a rush, and it was very inconvenient

- Nina (10/5): - Die Lage war perfekt, man ist direkt im Zentrum und konnte schnell überall sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht und haben uns weitergeholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Es war alles in Ordnung, keine Einwände oder Probleme :-)

- Leonie (8/5): - Sehr Zentral, wirklich tolle Lage. Großer Balkon. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem einchecken und nach dem auschecken noch in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war für den Preis nicht ganz so sauber und groß wie wir uns das erwartet hätten.

- Lara (8/5): Great for a short stay if you want to be centrally located. - Location was excellent for my needs to meet with clients in central Sydney without spending too much. The hotel bed was a little soft for my liking but that may be to others preference.

- Delathiere (8/5): Emplacement génial, ce qui a rendu le séjour pratique et facile. - L'emplacement est très bien si l'on souhaite être dans le centre, proche des transports (bus et tramway) très pratique pour se balader jusque l'Opera, Circular Quay ou Haymarket et shopping dans le centre. On a pu avoir deux chambres différentes, elle sont petites notamment la plus petite proposée pour deux est vraiment très étroite mais les équipements sont suffisants. Cependant impossible d'ouvrir deux valises à la fois dans la chambre, même une seule était compliqué.
- Julie (8/5): - Right in the middle of the city, easy to get to via light rail & trains from central. So many cafes & restaurants at your fingertips as well as Woolworths across the road for extra convenience. As a female I feel completely safe staying here especially on my own. The built in Hair dryer is of no use as the cord connecting it to the wall is so short you can’t use it. I’ll take my own next time.
- Tania (7/5): - Location was good We had 4 of us stay together Beds weren't overly comfortable The sitting room felt like a doctors waiting room, and the chairs were very uncomfortable Heaps of bathroom tiles cracked , cupboard doors were falling off Think ya should do some renovations as it's not really safe to have badly cracked tiles in a bathroom The hotel room took out our $200 dollar bond money out on Thursday the 23rd of April, but we weren't arriving there till the 29th of April When I discussed this with a staff member when we arrived, they mentioned they would find out why this happened but never got back to us on it Then, he gave us some cheap nasty wine , which we didn't drink , to try to justify the issue Never have I stayed at any place where they take that money out so early. It's always on arrival when it's meant to happen Location is really the only thing I can say is good, but as for the place itself to stay, I wouldn't be returning when back in Sydney.

- Kelly (10/5): The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are incredibly engaging and kind. - Very accessible. The lights in the lobby are dim or dark at night.

- Bin (10/5): I will definitely stay here again if anytime I come to Sydney. - The location is great. It is next to the Queen Victoria Building, train and bus station just 10 meters away. This hotel is in the center of the city. It is super handy with shopping and dining, or you can just have an evening walk in the city and back to hotel, so handy.
