• Kenneth (10/5): Family Stay in Rome - Great family stay in Rome. 2nd bathroom was fantastic to have with a family of 5 as well as the 3 bedrooms. Very functional kitchen. Staff were very helpful with any issues that we had and Michela gave some amazing restaurant recommendations which our family enjoyed tremendously! Very convenient to the Colosseum and Forum as well as bus and metro stops. Great restaurants close by. Would recommend!
• Julianne (8/5): - Good location. Easy walking to Metro, Bus, etc. great restaurants nearby, as well as mini marts for water and snacks. Only complaint was the water bathing situation. They have a tankless system but the water pressure is terrible. To fill the tub takes 35-45 minutes as the water comes out in a trickle. If anyone flushes or washes their hands it changes the pressure, no flow to the tank, which shuts off the heating element and you get a bath of freezing cold water. If my husband hadn’t been familiar with how tankless works I wouldn’t have figured out what was happening. Also in the shower the rain head only works if you hold onto the pull out. It doesn’t stay. Must be broken. It was a bit frustrating trying to get a warm shower or bath. Otherwise it was great. The lady is so nice, and it has a lift/elevator.
• Vivian (6/5): God beliggenhed, men ingen varme og vandtryk lavt - Lejligheden lå rigtig godt, men der var meget koldt og vi frøs alle sammen. De havde allerede lukket for radiatorerne, selvom der stod de først gjorde det den 15. April og vi var der den 4-9. April. Fjernbetjeningen til aircondition var der ikke, så vi kunne få varme derfra. Skrev til dem vi havde haft kontakt med, men ejeren af lejligheden var ikke tilstede. De har ikke dyner, men tæpper til at sove med, så vi frøs hver aften, når vi kom hjem. Sov med ekstra tøj for at holde på varmen. Der kom næsten ingen vand ud af bruseren, når vi skulle i bad. Jeg kunne ikke vaske mit hår, da der kun kom lidt vand ud af bruseren. Rom er en fantastisk.
• Jerry (10/5): - Unique. It took 3 keys. One to open a giant gate to access the apartments. A 2nd key to access your apartment building and a 3rd key to open your apartment door. Door was a beautiful wood on the exterior side and a massive 4" thick steel door from a safe on the inside!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Good sized property - ideal for families. Good location 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Good communication from the hosts ho ar really helpful.
