• Sharon (8/5): Overall great location and the host is friendly and accommodating. - The location was perfect and spot on. Very conveniently to shopping area eg. Pratunam market & Platinum Mall. The downside of this place, we have to climb stairs..no lift. And our room is situated on the 5th floor. By the end of your stay, you have no choice but to carry your heavy luggage all the way down.

It would have been better if there is a English speaking staff is there. Also, someone to help with the luggage's. Especialy when there is no lift. Carrying 4-5 luggages to the 3rd floor and back is not easy. Internationally accepted power switches or adapters should be there in the room
• Low (9/5): for those looking for short or long stay, this is a super location for food and shopping! - No breakfast by hotel, but breakfast is just outside the hotel.....super location! i stay 5 floor, a lift will be better! not getting younger!
• Rojy (4/5): Disappointing - The surrounding location is central, but the hotel is literally located in between shops, so as soon as you step out, you will go through crowds of shops. Has two large beds, so good for sharing for 4 people. The hotel is not value for money especially for solo travellers. I feel like I paid too much for that room while I could get something better in a proper hotel in a central location at a much similar rate. If you are travelling in a group of four or two, the rate makes sense for you. The hotel did not have any staff to interact with, though they are available on whats app, responses were slower than you would expect for a without staff service.
• Peter (10/5): Our stay was really pleasant and it really exceeded our expectation especially for its price. - The owner of the place was really accommodating, he even let us check in an hour early than the specified time. The room was really spacious as we had the whole floor to ourselves. Also, it is located in the heart of the Pratunam area. There wasn't any problem that we thought needed a huge solution. Only a suggestion that would maybe help future guests is to have a lift/elevator, even if it is only for luggages only since our room was located on the fourth floor. Luckily for us, we didn't experience bringing our luggages up since we didn't bring heavy stuff.

• Low (8/5): Pls ask for lower floors unless you are fit - The room was very clean. Aircond works well & the basic amenities were all in order. We were given the room on the 5th floor. With no lifts. The stairs are quite steep. Unless you are fit, pls request for lower floors. We were also given 1 key & there was no reception, so when somebody wants to come back to the room we need to wait for the person who holds the key. So that was troublesome.

We booked a room with 2 big beds we as a family of 5, usually my 8 yo get to stay for free, but no, the owner made us pay for extra bed. The key to our room also the key to the front door, so every time my husband had to go out he took the key and it shut the ac which is very inconvenient.

Pratunam is our perfect Bangkok location as it tick all our boxes. The guest was very friendly and help full. no lift. lots of high "Thai style stairs" to our 4th floor room. Lots of noisy guests stayed it the room above had a party on the landing at 02.30 a.m. you may have better luck if you stay here. other than that its a great place to stay.

One of the things I appreciated most was how clean and well-maintained the property was. The location was perfect, being so close to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. It made shopping and getting around so convenient. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. -
• Nurina (10/5): comfortable! - very spaceyyy, i love the blankets and pillows. we got the room at 5th floor so the whole floor is ours. bathroom is outside tho. the aircond function very well, everything is good! please be mindful this property doesnt have lift. so not suitable for elderly. even youngsters like us are dying but it's worth it! check-in process is very easy, the landlord gives precise tutorial. no iron and microwave

• Joo (6/5): Overall it is a good location easy to move around near to train station and market. - Breakfast not provided. It is better if there is a lift leading to our room because we are staying on the 5th floor the highest , need to walk up by stairs.
• Navinraw (6/5): Neither good nor bad. - The hotel boasts a spacious and clean environment, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Its location in the middle of Pratunam Market is ideal for shopping enthusiasts and those looking to explore the vibrant local scene. Additionally, I appreciated the provision of mineral water, a nice touch for guests. Overall, while the location and cleanliness of the hotel were commendable, the inconveniences related to accessibility, privacy, and amenities impacted my experience negatively. However, there were several drawbacks to my stay. My unit was on the 5th floor, and unfortunately, there was no lift, which made it inconvenient, especially with luggage. The room also had a leaking issue when it rained, which was quite disruptive. The bathroom and toilet were in a common area accessed by the owner and cleaner, which compromised privacy. Moreover, the bathroom and toilet were too small, making them uncomfortable to use. Only one key and one access card were provided, which meant everyone had to leave and return together, limiting flexibility. Additionally, I found the presence of CCTV in the dining area to be intrusive, affecting my comfort during meals.

The check in, whith nobody in the building had to ask the neighbour to call the owner. You have to ask for a code for the main entrance, if the other family members stay in the room you can not enter at the main entrance without a key or code.

• Neil (9/5): Thank you - We booked it at the last minute and it had everything that we needed for an overnight stay. The staff could not have been more helpful . Excellent value for money per person - although only two of us, there were four queen-sized beds in the room. Communication with the owner was very prompt, and we felt reassured from the moment that we booked :) It would be tricky for people with small children or with a .mobility disability as the stairs were quite steep and there was no alternative.

• Goh (9/5): We love it and would recommend this to others. - The room is clean with 4 separate beds that’s like a dorm. We have the whole floor for ourselves. Quiet and very convenient location. Water pressure is good. Clean toilet & shower. Host is kind and helpful. He allowed us for early check-in and keeping our luggage after check-out time. He offered to help us carry our heavy luggage too. Our room is on the fifth floor. If you can’t climb the stairs or having a heavy luggage, it can be challenging.
• Thenmathy (10/5): Excellent host & location! - We stayed on the 5th floor. Except for the fact we had to climb 4 flights of stairs, the rest of the place was excellent. Clean place, host was professional (Helped with info & book a day trip to Ayutthaya, prompt replies etc). Walking distance to the Platinum Mall and the Pratunam night market. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options in the mall or around the property. Overall good place to stay with friends. Note : the massage centre downstairs were a little overrated by the previous reviewers we think; there are far more better massage centres in close proximity around the property, in terms of value and service. We realised that the female staff staying above our floor was actually using the bath/washroom located at our floor. A little unnerving though she used it quite early in the morning. Also, more/brighter lights would be good for the common area outside the room.

Jackie was also a very patient, understanding and helpful host, being first timers in Bangkok. The beds were located in an elevated area that needs an additional step to go up, for people that are not that tall.

• Dianne (8/5): Clean and big - The whole floor was ours to use. We rented the 4-bed dorm room, which included the whole floor with dining area and 2 sets of bathroom, fridge and wash area. The room was big and clean, but there was no elevator and we were at the 6th floor, only stairs. Beds were also bigger than usual, very clean, but for us, the windows were not enough, there are times it felt suffocating because no air flow or ventilation. Location was great, at the center of pratunam. Windows were no sufficient for air flow. And part of the window cant be covered by the curtain. For women, it can be quite an issue.

• Lisa (8/5): Fine for our short stay - We only stayed one night and for that it was fine. The room was clean and everything was working well. The location was a bit tricky for our taxi driver to find, down a small alley, but it was convenient for the market in front and the shopping malls nearby. The room was basic but huge with good aircon and a fridge. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, which is good as there is no reception as such. We were able to leave our bags in a common area downstairs after checkout.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hope the owner of the property could maintain it so that we can come next time. The location is really good, besides is the massage centre with genuine good massage service (lady boss very friendly) and near to Platinum mall, 7 eleven and other shops. Really worth for the money. 🥰👍🏻 The stairs as our room at 4th floor. However the stairs are clean and lighting is bright so we can walk up without fear only tiring 😅

Our room is big with 2 king size beds and clean too. Our host Jackie is vey helpful to help take one of our luggage up into the room. Outside street full of street food vendors and convenience store. No lift but very lucky to get the 1st floor unit.
