• Vincent (8/5): Stylish apartment in a good location with a great host. - The location, the decor, and the owners responsiveness over WhatsApp, who was flexible and helpful. The rooms needed to be wafted often, but this was a minor inconvenience. Some corners of the apartment could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned (e.g. under the bed).

• Jon (9/5): Apartamento muy completo y moderno - El apartamento amplio para nosotros (2 adultos y un bebé). Para 4 quizás se quedaría corto porque solo hay una habitación y 1 cama (+1 sofá cama). El acceso al apartamento: ascensor muy estrecho (no entraba el carrito de bebé, había que desmontarlo), la puerta de entrada al hall que daba al apartamento (también muy estrecho). Se oía un poco el ruido de los vecinos cuando alzaban la voz.

We were provided very clear instructions on booking in and access to the property. The host was very helpful with additional info in taxis and provided a handbook with recommendations

• Michelle (9/5): Great place to stay in the Jewish Ghetto area of Rome - Luca was great and supportive during our stay. It's a great position. Very well maintained flat.
• Vinopal (10/5): Large luxurious space - The quiet neighborhood and proximity to bus lines to all the major attractions was the best part. The apartment has an elevator which was very helpful for those with mobility challenges or have heavy luggage to carry.There was plenty of space and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. We received a welcome bottle of prosecco and water in the refrigerator. The host was amazing with communication, directions and provided accurate info to the apartment. We felt very safe walking around late at night. It's an updated space in an older building so the water pressure for the shower was the only issue.

It was clean, tidy, spacious, and overall very pleasant. Also, we were able to completely darken the bedroom. (For those who are religious – we were given a physical key for Shabbat. There’s automatic lighting in the hallway near the apartment, so we covered the motion sensor on Shabbat. The a light also in the fridge, but it can be taped over. We suggested him to buy a Shabbat hot plate. It’s worth checking if one is available) The location is excellent. 2 minutes from the Synagogue and all the kosher restaurants in the Ghetto. Walking distance from the other attractions in the city. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak.
• Marc (10/5): This apartment is even better than advertised! - The location is excellent, everything in the apartment works perfectly, the apartment is well-maintained and clean, and the manager is incredibly responsive. Nothing.
• Elena (9/5): Modern apartment, great location, nice host! - This modern apartment has a great location in the heart of the historic center. You can easily reach the main attractions by foot or use many public transportation options near the apartment. It is very easy to collect the key, the host sends you a precise explanation on the day of arrival. The host himself is super nice, helpful and communicative. He gave us a lot of tips and helped us with any questions we had. The apartment was on the third floor. Don't worry, there is an elevator. It is very easy to get there with luggage, no stairs. The building and the neighborhood are secure and safe. The apartment was spacious, very clean, with a full equiped kitchen, cable TV, wardrobe, private bathroom, bidet and toilet. A baby cot can be requested if needed. There is a nice little balcony facing the inner courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. Enjoy! Slow water sinking in the shower, which is typical of many apartments in Rome due to narrow pipes. Do not throw anything down the toilet, shower or sink
• Patricia (8/5): Happy enough - No breakfast! The location was superb. The bed was not comfortable, with hard pillows. The overall apt. was dark. The living area looked out to a small lightwell and the bedroom to an uninteresting street.

They couldn’t do enough for us. The drains did smell a bit in the shower - which were worse when the shower was used.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Superb - There was clean and cozy. Almost everything what you need. We asked about more towels and we got it. The owner was nice. He helped us to get taxi back to aiport, this is very helpful. Small cosmetics for shower and little sampan for hello. TV has a lot programs but I'm not sure if is something in English. There was map and tips wich luca left for his guest. That was very helpful. In apartament was quiet. Great location. A lot restaurants and some stores around. Apartament had only 2 cups (for coffe). This is not practical even if we are only 2. I drink coffe and tea in the morning and then my husband doesn't have any cup. On booking.com I saw information that there is safety box but that wasn't true,but maybe that was put in booking by mistake. Apartament is safe enough so that was OK. We had ants but only in bathroom and they was so small ,so not that big problem for us. Sometimes someone was calling to our doors like crazy and we got scared(that was by this demophone).the bed wasn't good for my back but it can be because i use better materace at home. For someone else maybe will be perfect. 2 different pillows was nice. But those all things didn't distroit our trip.

• Ani (10/5): Highly recommended - The neighborhood was very safe and quite and at the same time near to the touristic attractions. The building had elevator that was the biggest pro of this apartment as I was travelling with 2 years old kid. The apartment itself is very comfortable and stylish. in the mornings we cooked for the kid, and there was everything we could possibly need for cooking. Luka was very helpful and responded to our messages very quickly. -

• Janet (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a lovely area with easy access to all the main Rome sights. - The property was in walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see in Rome. Plenty of restaurants close by and a lovely bakery. Sadly our taxi driver had difficulty finding the property and I struggled to help. I wrongly thought someone would be meeting us at the property but I had been sent emails regarding entry to the building which I had not seen. Once I spoke to the host all became clear and everything was fine.

Security was very good. Self check in a bit of a muddle. Sending passport photos to owner in advance would help as you can't gain entry before they have the copies.

Everything clean and modern, two aircons, great equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Customer service was incredible, thank you Luca! Nothing!! only thing would be great if there was a washing machine, but Luca found one for us within 5min walk.
